Why Rosen Law: We encourage investors to select qualified counsel with a track record of success in leadership roles. Often, firms issuing notices do not have comparable experience, resources, or any meaningful peer recognition. Many of these firms do not actually handle securities class actions, but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that actually litigate the cases. Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered billions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs' Bar. Many of the firm's attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.
Details of the case: According to the lawsuit, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Ensign's business model depends on the systematic and widespread neglect of elderly people who live in its facilities, including those with needs for high levels of care; (2) Ensign's abuse and neglect includes not giving residents enough food, medical attention, or even basic toiletries as well as failing to respond to residents in clear distress, which has resulted in resident deaths; (3) Ensign uses self-reporting measures as a way to cover up that it systematically neglects patients; (4) Ensign defrauds Medicaid and Medicare by taking federal funds to help patients who need high levels of care, and then neglecting those same patients; (5) Ensign falsifies the number of hours that Certified Nursing Assistants spend with residents; (6) Ensign engages in an illegal scheme to rent the licenses of Administrators who are not generally present at, nor actually managing, its facilities; (7) Ensign materially understated the reputational and litigation exposure that comes with a dangerous, abhorrent, and illegal business model; and (8) as a result, defendants' statements about Ensign's business, operations, and prospects, were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

No Class Has Been Certified. Until a class is certified, you are not represented by counsel unless you retain one. You may select counsel of your choice. You may also remain an absent class member and do nothing at this point. An investor's ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff.

Chemours has been sued for securities fraud after its stock plummeted 18.63% because Chemours allegedly misrepresented the strength of demand for its Opteon products.
New York, New York--(Newsfile Corp. - October 24, 2026) - Leading securities law firm Bleichmar Fonti & Auld LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against The Chemours Company (NYSE: CC) and certain of the company's senior executives for securities fraud after a significant stock drop resulting from potential violations of the federal securities laws.
If you invested in Chemours, you are encouraged to obtain additional information by visiting: https://www.bfalaw.com/cases/chemours-class-action-lawsuit.
Key Details of the Chemours ($CC) Class Action:
Lead Plaintiff Deadline: December 7, 2026Alleged Misconduct: Securities fraud alleging Chemours misrepresented the strength of demand for its Opteon products Stock Drop: August 5, 2026 – 18.63% Stock DropCourt: U.S. District Court for the District of DelawareAction: Contact BFA Law to discuss your rightsInvestors have until December 7, 2026 to ask the Court to be appointed to lead the case. The complaint asserts securities fraud claims under Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 on behalf of investors in Chemours securities. The class action is pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. It is captioned Darcy v. The Chemours Company, No. 26-cv-1299.
Why is Chemours Being Sued for Securities Fraud?
Chemours offers a range of industrial and specialty chemical products, including Opteon, a set of refrigeration chemicals with a reduced ozone-depletion footprint. In late 2020, Congress enacted the U.S. AIM Act, which directed the EPA to oversee the transition to alternative refrigerants that present a lesser impact to the ozone layer.
According to the complaint, Chemours stated that continued adoption of the AIM Act drove sustained growth for its Opteon products. Chemours stated that the "sustained double-digit" Opteon expansion would be "driven by the continued regulatory adoption" of the AIM Act. What's more, Chemours provided 2026 net sales guidance of 3% to 5% growth and 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance of $800M – $900M, driven by "higher . . . demand" in its Opteon segment.
As alleged, Chemours failed to disclose that customers were already oversupplied with Opteon products because of the AIM Act transition, leading to an "oversupplied channel heading into 2026."
Why did Chemours's Stock Drop?
On August 4, 2026, Chemours announced Q2 2026 financial results, revealing an approximately 1% year-over-year decrease in net sales and cutting 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance by about 11% (to $775M – $825M from $800M – $900M). Chemours also revealed that customers had "built additional inventory" of Opteon products the prior year, that aftermarket channels had been filled, and that Chemours was selling into an "oversupplied channel heading into 2026."
On this news, Chemours's stock dropped $3.34 per share, or 18.63%, from a closing price of $17.93 per share on August 4, 2026, to $14.59 per share on August 5, 2026.

New York, New York--(Newsfile Corp. - October 24, 2026) - Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP, a leading national securities law firm, is investigating potential claims against The Chemours Company ("The Chemours" or the "Company") (NYSE: CC) and reminds investors of the December 7, 2026 deadline to seek the role of lead plaintiff in a federal securities class action that has been filed against the Company.
Faruqi & Faruqi is a leading national securities law firm with offices in New York, Pennsylvania, California and Georgia. The firm has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for investors since its founding in 1995. See www.faruqilaw.com.
As detailed below, the complaint alleges that the Company and its executives violated federal securities laws by making false and/or misleading statements and/or failing to disclose that: (i) Defendants had materially overstated aftermarket demand for their Opteon products; (ii) demand for such products was decreasing as a result of Defendants' overselling Opteon products in the preceding fiscal year; (iii) as a result of these undisclosed issues, Defendants' financial guidance for the 2026 fiscal year was unreliable; and (iv) as a result, Defendants' public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
On August 4, 2026, after market hours, Chemours announced second quarter 2026 financial results, including a reduction of its adjusted EBITDA full-year guidance to $775 million to $825 million (from $800 million to $900 million previously), and management admitted that "[a]s a result of the initial channel fill, aftermarket customers built additional inventory, creating an oversupplied channel heading into 2026." On this news, Chemours's stock price fell $3.34 per share, or 18.63%, to close at $14.59 per share on August 5, 2026.
The court-appointed lead plaintiff is the investor with the largest financial interest in the relief sought by the class who is adequate and typical of class members who directs and oversees the litigation on behalf of the putative class. Any member of the putative class may move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff through counsel of their choice, or may choose to do nothing and remain an absent class member. Your ability to share in any recovery is not affected by the decision to serve as a lead plaintiff or not.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for Investors Regarding the The Chemours Securities Class Action Lawsuit:
What is the The Chemours securities fraud lawsuit about?
The lawsuit alleges that The Chemours Company ("Chemours") and certain of its officers and directors made materially false and/or misleading statements and failed to disclose material information to investors during the Class Period. Specifically, the complaint alleges that Defendants materially overstated aftermarket demand for their Opteon products and concealed that demand was declining due to Defendants' alleged overselling of those products in the preceding fiscal year. As a result of these allegedly undisclosed issues, the complaint further alleges that Defendants' financial guidance for fiscal year 2026 was unreliable. On August 4, 2026, after market hours, Chemours allegedly revealed the truth when it announced reduced full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance and management acknowledged that aftermarket customers had built excess inventory following an initial channel fill, creating an oversupplied channel heading into 2026.
Who may be eligible to participate in the lawsuit?
Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the common stock of The Chemours Company (NYSE: CC) on the open market between February 20, 2026 and August 4, 2026, inclusive, may be eligible to participate in this lawsuit. The class period encompasses all qualifying purchases made during those dates, and eligible investors are encouraged to review the complaint and assess their potential claims. Importantly, investors do not need to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in order to participate in the case or share in any potential recovery. Any investor who believes they may have suffered losses as a result of the alleged misconduct is encouraged to contact counsel to learn more about their rights and options.
What is a lead plaintiff, and how can I seek appointment?
A lead plaintiff is a court-appointed representative who acts on behalf of all class members in directing the litigation, including making key decisions regarding litigation strategy and the selection of counsel. Any member of the proposed class may move the court for appointment as lead plaintiff, and the court will typically appoint the applicant or group of applicants who demonstrate the largest financial interest in the relief sought and who otherwise satisfy the requirements of the applicable law. The deadline to file a motion for appointment as lead plaintiff in this action is December 7, 2026. Critically, an investor need not serve as lead plaintiff to be a member of the class or to share in any recovery that may be obtained; class membership and any resulting recovery are available to all eligible investors regardless of whether they seek a leadership role in the case.
Why should investors contact Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP?
Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP has represented investors in securities litigation for decades and has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for shareholders. Investors who purchased The Chemours securities during the Class Period may contact the firm to discuss their legal rights, potential claims, and the lead plaintiff process at no cost or obligation.

Three BDC lenders are dangling yields above 13%, but a sky-high payout on one of them comes with a trail of red flags that most income investors miss until it is too late to get out whole.
Business development companies (BDCs) lend to midsize private businesses that are too small to tap the bond market. To avoid corporate income tax, they have to pass most of their taxable income through to shareholders, so their yields sit well above almost everything else on the income menu. In this group of three large lenders, even the lowest yield is 13.1%. A yield that high usually signals the market doubts the payout will last, so this bundle prioritizes safety. For each name, we look at how well net investment income (NII) covers the dividend, how many loans have stopped paying, and where the stock trades against book value.
FS KKR Capital: A 21.3% Yield Flashing Warning Lights FS KKR Capital (NYSE:FSK | FSK Price Prediction) yields 21.3%, the highest of the three. Read that number as a warning before you read it as an opportunity. When a lender’s yield goes above 20%, the share price is usually telling you the market expects more trouble. The payout history supports that reading. FS KKR paid $0.70 in each quarter of 2025. In 2026, the payments fell to $0.48, $0.42, and $0.44. The trailing 12-month total is $2.04, compared with an annualized forward figure of $1.76.
Coverage: Second-quarter NII came in at $0.44 per share, exactly matching the $0.44 third-quarter distribution. An outside factor helped that match: KKR is giving up 50% of its subordinated income incentive fee for four quarters starting in Q2. Before the cut and the waiver, first-quarter adjusted EPS of $0.41 did not cover the $0.48 distribution. The company also said it may pay distributions from sources other than NII.
The trailing EPS of -1.41 is the second warning sign. GAAP earnings include realized and unrealized losses on the loan book. In the first quarter alone, FS KKR posted a GAAP loss of $1.57 per share on $558 million in net losses, with another $154 million in Q2. Negative earnings mean the loan book is losing value faster than interest income can replace it. A smaller asset base produces less NII in future quarters, which is the money that pays your dividend.
Credit and book value: Nonaccruals (loans that have stopped paying) improved to 3.8% of the portfolio at fair value from 4.2%, but they are still 7.1% at amortized cost. Debt-to-equity fell to 127% from 138%, putting it back within the target range. The stock trades around $10.44 against a NAV of $18.30, and NAV was $20.89 at the end of 2025. Shares are down 20.19% year to date.
Bull case: KKR has committed its own capital. It bought $150 million of convertible preferred stock and completed a $150 million tender offer at $11.00 per share. FS KKR has also repurchased about 3.7 million shares at roughly $10.73, well below NAV. In the Q2 release, CEO Michael C. Forman said FSK “reduced net leverage to within our target range, and made progress reducing our non-accrual assets.”
Risk: The fee waiver is temporary, and the portfolio is shrinking. Q2 sales and repayments totaled $1.33 billion against $590 million in purchases. When the waiver ends, a smaller book must cover the payout on its own.
Blue Owl Capital Corporation: A Reset Dividend With Room to Spare Blue Owl Capital Corporation (NYSE:OBDC) yields 14.4%. Management cut the base dividend to $0.31 from $0.37 to match the company’s go-forward earnings power, and it still pays occasional supplementals. The latest supplemental was $0.02, paid 2026-09-15. The annualized forward amount of $1.24 is below the trailing total of $1.38, so budget your income around the lower base.
Coverage: The adjustment is working. Second-quarter adjusted NII of $0.34 beat the $0.32 consensus and covered the $0.31 base with room for a supplemental. In the first quarter, by contrast, NII of $0.31 fell short of the old $0.37 base. CEO Craig W. Packer pointed to “a 9.6% annualized return on adjusted net investment income and healthy dividend coverage.”
Credit and book value: Nonaccruals rose to 2.8% of the portfolio at cost, up from 2.0%. The balance sheet is the best part of the story. Net debt-to-equity is 1.11x, a two-year low. Moody’s upgraded the company to Baa2 in January, and it issued $800 million of unsecured debt in Q2. The $14.96 billion portfolio spans 229 companies. The stock trades near $10.06 against a NAV of $14.26, and management has bought back about $35 million of stock in each of the past two quarters. Sentiment around the wider Blue Owl platform is still weak: the Wall Street Journal recently reported that the company’s share price hasn’t budged despite its founders’ promise of a comeback.
Bull case: An investment-grade rating, low leverage, and a base dividend that fits current earnings make this the clearest coverage story of the three. Shares are down 11.28% year-to-date, so the discount to book is wider than it was in January.
Risk: Earning power is under pressure. New commitments are yielding 8.7%, down from 9.7% a year ago, and Q2 repayments of $747 million far topped financings of $219 million.
Blackstone Secured Lending Fund: Best Loan Book, Thinnest Cushion Blackstone Secured Lending Fund (NYSE:BXSL) yields 13.1%, and it has the steadiest payout record in this group. It has paid $0.77 every quarter from the 2023-09-28 ex-dividend date through 2026-09-30, and the latest payment is scheduled for 2026-10-23, which is today.
Coverage: This is the weak spot. Second-quarter NII of $0.75 covered 97% of the dividend. Coverage has slipped each quarter, from 106% to 104% to 100% to its current level, while NII per share fell from $0.82 as base rates came down.
Credit and book value: The portfolio is the highest quality of the three. It is 96.8% first-lien senior secured and 96.3% floating rate, and 93.2% of income comes from cash interest. Nonaccruals are 1.8% at fair value and 3.6% at amortized cost, up from historically low levels. The all-in cost of debt is 5.05%, and the fund issued $650 million of 2031 notes and $400 million of 2029 notes. Moody’s rates it Baa2 with a negative outlook. The stock trades near $23.76 against a NAV of $25.53, the smallest discount to book in this group. NAV was $27.33 a year ago.
The bull case: the market believes this book more than the others. Shares are up 1.92% over the past year while FS KKR and Blue Owl fell by double digits. Brad Marshall said the fund had “no new assets placed on non-accrual” in Q2, and that the portfolio is “underpinned by stable EBITDA growth across our borrowers.”
Risk: If rates keep falling, NII will probably keep drifting lower. Two more quarters below full coverage would put pressure on the board to cut the $0.77 payout.
Which Over-13% Payout Holds Up Best Blue Owl’s adjustment-based dividend of $0.31 looks like the most durable of the three. It is covered by $0.34 of adjusted NII, backed by the company’s lowest leverage in two years, plus an investment-grade rating. Blackstone Secured Lending has the clearest loan book, but at 97% coverage, its long-steady payout leaves little room for error. FS KKR pays the biggest check, and its 21.3% yield, negative trailing EPS, and temporary fee waiver all point to it being the least secure of the three (the same cluster of red flags we broke down in a free guide to spotting dividend traps before the cut).

Two packaged-food giants both bleed red ink on paper, both offer yields that would make most retirees salivate, yet one has already slashed its payout while the other keeps insisting it won't. The cash flow numbers behind each promise tell…
Conagra Brands (NYSE:CAG | CAG Price Prediction) or Kraft Heinz (NASDAQ:KHC): which packaged-food dividend looks safer for retirement-focused investors right now? Both companies report negative trailing EPS, -4.12 for Conagra and -2.87 for Kraft Heinz. Both still yield 8.48% and 6.71%, respectively. Conagra has already cut its dividend. Kraft Heinz has held its payout.
Most of the red ink comes from write-downs. Conagra booked $2.0 billion in non-cash goodwill and brand impairment charges, caused by a sustained decline in its share price. Kraft Heinz recorded $7.4 billion in non-cash goodwill and intangible impairments in its second quarter, down from $9.3 billion in 2025. Those charges show brand values eroding. Whether the dividend survives depends on cash flow, though, and the companies are far apart on that.
Dividend Track Record: Kraft Heinz Wins
Kraft Heinz has paid $0.40 per quarter since 2019, when it cut the payout from $0.625. The payout stayed flat through two straight years of multibillion-dollar impairments.
Conagra paid $0.35 quarterly from July 2023 through April 2026, then halved it to $0.175. Chief Executive John Brase framed the cut as a way to “enhance financial flexibility” and fund brand and supply chain investment. Jim Cramer noted on Mad Money that Conagra was “yielding north of 10%” before the cut, adding: “With very few exceptions, a double-digit dividend yield is a major red flag.” That red flag is the same pattern we broke down in a free guide to the seven warning signs a big yield is about to be cut.
Cash Coverage and Debt: Kraft Heinz Wins
Kraft Heinz generated $3.66 billion of free cash flow in 2025, against $1.898 billion in common dividends. That covers the dividend about 1.9x. In the second quarter, it paid down $1.9 billion of debt and repaid another $1 billion after the quarter closed. It also held $2.42 billion in cash. CFO Andre Maciel put it: “Our balance sheet remains very strong.”
Conagra’s fiscal 2026 free cash flow of $978.7 million covered its $669.7 million dividend bill about 1.5x at the old rate. In the first quarter of fiscal 2027, litigation payments drove operating cash flow to-$4.2 million and free cash flow to -$127.9 million. Management expects net leverage of about 4.0x at fiscal year-end. After the cut, the $0.70 annual rate works out to roughly 48% of the center of Conagra’s adjusted EPS guidance. For Kraft Heinz, the figure is about 78%. Conagra got that buffer by cutting its payout, and with leverage near 4.0x, it has little room for errors.
Turnaround Momentum: Kraft Heinz Wins
Kraft Heinz raised its 2026 organic net sales outlook to a decline of 0.5% to 2.0%, improved from 1.5% to 3.5%. It also raised adjusted EPS guidance to $2.03-$2.09 after a fifth consecutive EPS beat. Consumption fell about 2.5% in the second quarter, then improved to roughly minus 1% in July. Emerging Markets sales rose 10.4%.
Conagra beat expectations with first-quarter adjusted EPS of $0.41, against a $0.28 consensus. Even so, it guides fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS to $1.40 to $1.50, down from $1.72. Organic volume declined 2.1%. Share prices show the same split: Kraft Heinz is up 3.12% over the past year, while Conagra is down 14.43%.
Verdict: Kraft Heinz Has the Sturdier Retirement Income Profile
Kraft Heinz wins all three categories. Its payout has been stable since 2019, free cash flow covers the dividend nearly twice, and sales trends are improving. It has real risks of its own. The company guides constant-currency adjusted operating income down 16% to 18% while raising brand investment to about $700 million. In its next earnings report, investors should check whether the July consumption improvement held up.
Conagra’s case rests on a different profile: deep value and turnaround risk, coupled with the higher yield and a payout already reset to a level its guided earnings cover with room to spare.

New York, New York--(Newsfile Corp. - October 24, 2026) - Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP, a leading national securities law firm, is investigating potential claims against Duolingo, Inc. ("Duolingo" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: DUOL) and reminds investors of the December 7, 2026 deadline to seek the role of lead plaintiff in a federal securities class action that has been filed against the Company.
Faruqi & Faruqi is a leading national securities law firm with offices in New York, Pennsylvania, California and Georgia. The firm has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for investors since its founding in 1995. See www.faruqilaw.com.
As detailed below, the complaint alleges that the Company and its executives violated federal securities laws by making false and/or misleading statements and/or failing to disclose that: (i) Daily Active User ("DAU") growth rates were being leveraged against deliberately added user friction in the form of significant increases in ad volume, subscription tier upsells, and worsened product quality, and defendants understood that any amount of user friction would cause users to leave the app and, ultimately, negatively impact DAU growth rates; (ii) Duolingo's rigorous A/B testing demonstrated to defendants that increased friction in the free user experience was having negative impacts on DAU growth rates; (iii) Duolingo's quickly generated AI content was worsening the quality of Duolingo's product offerings, negatively impacting the user experience and user trends, and threatening the sustainability of Duolingo's financial performance; and (iv) far from driving sustained growth and strong user momentum through content and "product improvements" that "get improved retention," Duolingo's constant A/B testing informed Duolingo that its monetization push and lower-quality, rapidly generated AI content were degrading the Duolingo product experience and the value proposition of its subscription tiers.
On November 5, 2025, the Company reported its third quarter ("3Q") financial results, revealing another sequential decline in DAU growth to 36%, a substantial drop from 49% in 1Q 2025 and 40% during 2Q 2025, and announced a long-term strategy change to pivot away from monetization and towards improving quality of teaching and prioritizing long-term DAU growth. On this news, Duolingo's stock price fell $66.28, or 25%, to close at $193.74 per share on November 6, 2025.
On January 12, 2026, Duolingo announced that its Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), Matthew Skaruppa ("Skaruppa"), had resigned, and provided limited, preliminary fourth quarter ("4Q") 2025 operating metrics revealing DAU growth of only 30% - nearly six points of additional deceleration from 3Q 2025. On this news, Duolingo's stock price fell $14.92, or 8.5%, to close at $161.74 per share on January 12, 2026.
On February 26, 2026, after the market closed, Duolingo announced its 4Q 2025 financial results, confirmed the slowdown in DAU growth, and revealed material negative impacts on 2026 bookings, DAU growth rates, revenue, and adjusted EBITDA, with 2026 DAU growth guidance of only 20% accompanied by lower bookings and less profitability. On this news, Duolingo's stock price fell $16.45, or 14%, to close at $101 per share on February 27, 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for Investors Regarding the Duolingo Securities Class Action Lawsuit:
What is the Duolingo securities fraud lawsuit about?
The lawsuit alleges that Duolingo, Inc. made materially false and misleading statements during the Class Period regarding the company's daily active user ("DAU") growth and the drivers of its business performance. Specifically, the complaint alleges that defendants knew that deliberate increases in ad volume, subscription upsells, and other friction in the free user experience were negatively impacting DAU growth rates, a dynamic that Duolingo's own rigorous A/B testing allegedly confirmed. The lawsuit further alleges that rapidly generated AI content was worsening product quality and undermining the sustainability of Duolingo's financial performance, contrary to defendants' public statements touting content and product improvements as drivers of sustained growth and strong user retention. Investors allegedly were not told that Duolingo's internal testing had demonstrated these adverse trends until a series of corrective disclosures caused the company's stock price to decline significantly.
Who may be eligible to participate in the lawsuit?
Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Duolingo, Inc. (NASDAQ: DUOL) securities between May 2, 2025 and February 26, 2026, inclusive (the "Class Period"), may be eligible to participate in the lawsuit. Participation in the litigation is not limited to those who apply to serve as lead plaintiff; any eligible class member may share in any recovery that may be obtained on behalf of the class. Investors who believe they purchased Duolingo securities during the Class Period and suffered a loss are encouraged to review the complaint and consult with counsel to understand their rights and options.
What is a lead plaintiff, and how can I seek appointment?
A lead plaintiff is a court-appointed representative who acts on behalf of all class members in directing the litigation, including decisions about litigation strategy and any settlement. The lead plaintiff is typically the class member with the largest financial interest in the relief sought by the class who also meets certain adequacy and typicality requirements under the federal securities laws. Any investor who purchased Duolingo securities during the Class Period and wishes to seek appointment as lead plaintiff must file a motion with the court no later than the lead plaintiff deadline specified in the notice. Importantly, investors are not required to serve as lead plaintiff in order to be a member of the class or to share in any recovery that may result from the litigation.
Why should investors contact Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP?
Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP has represented investors in securities litigation for decades and has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for shareholders. Investors who purchased Duolingo securities during the Class Period may contact the firm to discuss their legal rights, potential claims, and the lead plaintiff process at no cost or obligation.

MP Materials (MP -0.67%) has ample long-term growth potential, but can it become a "millionaire maker?" Trading at a nearly $7 billion valuation, the company has grown very far, very fast, making it questionable whether a small investment can grow into a $1 million position.
Yet while MP Materials stock may not make you a millionaire, growth investors may want to consider it a speculative buy, given its potential to make big moves on news about its efforts to further develop its Mountain Pass rare-earth production site in California.

MP Materials and recent results
While its shares are down 22.7% since January, lately MP Materials has made significant commercialization progress. Back in August, alongside beating expectations with its second-quarter 2026 results, the company also provided bullish commentary on its prospects for processing and selling rare-earth magnets to industrial end users. That is, MP Materials announced plans to make major shipments to General Motors and Apple during Q4 2026 and Q1 2027, respectively.
$38.30-$0.26 (-0.67%)
NYSE · As of 4:00 PM ET 10/23/26
This is on top of MP Materials successfully scaling up production of Neodymium-Praseodymium (NdPr), the underlying rare-earth metal derived from its Mountain Pass facility. Last quarter, NdPr production totaled 840 metric tons, up 41% year over year, with NdPr sales increasing 127% from the prior-year quarter, to 1,006 metric tons.
The next big move, though perhaps a modest one
Based on its brief post-earnings surge, the next move for MP Materials could be just around the corner. On Nov. 5, MP Materials will report earnings. A big move could happen if results and guidance once again prove promising.
Still, with so much of its future potential value already reflected in its stock market valuation, and forecasts that MP Materials will only hit the billion-dollar sales mark two years out, forget about "millionaire maker." Even becoming a multibagger stock could prove a stretch.
Moreover, any hiccup in production expansion, or in its GM and Apple rare-earth magnet orders, could cause a new pullback. With this, consider a small speculative position. Even if investors react bullishly to the next earnings release, execution risk will persist.
Brookstone Capital Management boosted its position in shares of Howmet Aerospace Inc. On August 6, 2026, D-Wave announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, reporting revenue of just $3.08 million, compared to $3.1 million for the same period in the prior year, falling short of analyst expectations ranging from $4.03 million to $4.08 million. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for Investors Regarding the D-Wave Quantum Securities Class Action Lawsuit:
What is the D-Wave Quantum securities fraud lawsuit about?
The lawsuit alleges that D-Wave Quantum Inc. and certain of its officers and directors made materially false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose material information during the Class Period. Specifically, the complaint alleges that Defendants materially overstated D-Wave's business and financial prospects, and that this alleged misrepresentation was reasonably likely to negatively impact the Company's business and reputation. As a result, the lawsuit alleges that Defendants' public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times during the Class Period. The action was filed on behalf of investors who suffered damages as a result of their reliance on those allegedly false and misleading statements.
Who may be eligible to participate in the lawsuit?
Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired D-Wave Quantum Inc. (NASDAQ: QBTS) securities between February 26, 2026 and August 25, 2026, inclusive, may be eligible to participate in this lawsuit. Eligibility is not limited to those who seek appointment as lead plaintiff; any class member who suffered losses during the Class Period may potentially share in any recovery obtained. Investors are encouraged to review their trading records for the relevant period to assess whether they purchased QBTS securities during the Class Period. Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP invites potentially affected investors to contact the firm to discuss their legal rights and options.
What is a lead plaintiff, and how can I seek appointment?
A lead plaintiff is a court-appointed representative who acts on behalf of all class members and plays an active role in directing the litigation, including working with counsel to make key strategic decisions in the case. Any investor who purchased D-Wave Quantum securities during the Class Period and suffered a loss may move the court for appointment as lead plaintiff by the applicable lead plaintiff deadline. Courts typically appoint the movant with the largest financial interest in the relief sought, provided that movant satisfies the relevant legal requirements. Space Exploration Technologies (SPCX +1.89%) shares soared after Elon Musk predicted the company could deliver annual recurring revenue (ARR) of between $500 billion and $1 trillion in 2027. If SpaceX hits those 2027 revenue estimates, the stock looks like a strong buy.
However, Musk acknowledged that meeting all his 2027 targets was not guaranteed, and that there are risks to the company's ability to reach these goals. SpaceX stock was up about 9% from its $135 IPO price before its earnings report on Tuesday.
Let's take a closer look at its results and prospects to see whether the stock still looks like a buy.
SpaceX has big ambitions Musk's huge ARR projections stem mainly from increased compute capacity and an increased rocket-launch cadence. The company plans to bring online an additional 10 gigawatts of computing power in 2027, which is up considerably from Musk saying last quarter that the company planned to have cumulative compute power closer to 10 gigawatts than 5 gigawatts after ending 2026 with around 2 gigawatts. He added there was a small possibility it could have over 20 gigawatts of compute power online by the end of next year.
In addition to increasing compute capacity, SpaceX plans to accelerate its launch schedule in 2027. Its goal is for Starship to fly weekly in the first half of the year and possibly twice a week in the second half. This, of course, depends on the company being able to rapidly recover, refurbish, and fully reuse its Starship rocket, which it still needs to do.
Turning to its results, SpaceX's Q3 revenue surged 161% to $14.6 billion, topping the $12.7 billion analyst consensus, as compiled by LSEG. Its net income from operations came in at $2.8 billion, while net income was $4.4 billion. Meanwhile, its adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) more than quadrupled to $8.8 billion.
The company's growth was led by its superintelligence (formerly AI) segment, as revenue climbed from $813 million a year ago to $7.56 billion. Segment EBITDA, meanwhile, went from a loss of $428 million to a profit of $4.95 billion. SpaceX is mainly renting out compute capacity on a short-term basis and benefiting from high prices, as it continues to see a payback on its investments in less than a year.
Starlink, the company's satellite internet service, also had a strong quarter. Revenue in its connectivity segment climbed 69%, while its operating income roughly doubled to $2.4 billion. Starlink subscribers climbed 89% year over year and were up 13% sequentially. Meanwhile, Musk said its acquisition of low-band spectrum will help it become a major mobile carrier in the U.S. some time in 2028.
Its space segment, home to its reusable rocket and launch service business, saw revenue rise 6% to $1.8 billion. However, the segment's operating income flipped from a profit of $259 million to a loss of $7 million. Importantly, the company said it was on track to recover the first and second stages at the tower this year and then refly the second stage early next year.
Looking ahead, SpaceX said it remains on track to reach $100 billion in ARR by the end of 2026. It expects to have up to 3 gigawatts of compute power online by year-end and anticipates Q4 capital expenditures of between $35 billion and $40 billion.

NASDAQ · As of 4:00 PM ET 10/23/26
If SpaceX can end 2027 with ARR between $500 billion and $1 trillion, the stock should move significantly higher, given that the current 2028 analyst revenue consensus is under $250 billion. Just applying a forward price-to-sales (P/S) multiple of nearly 10 times on $500 billion in 2028 revenue would give the stock a $5 trillion market cap, more than double where it trades today.
However, Musk's forecast should be taken with a grain of salt, as his track record of ambitious predictions has been pretty spotty. First, the company needs to achieve its goals with Starship, which, while it is making progress, will be no easy task.
Meanwhile, much of SpaceX's projected growth is set to come from AI infrastructure, which will require massive capex. It is also worth noting that SpaceX is benefiting from a compute-starved world, allowing it to command high prices and get quick paybacks on its investments. If supply and demand start to become more balanced due to its own aggressive infrastructure spending, its current AI economics could worsen.
Overall, SpaceX still has strong upside potential even after its post-earnings surge, but there are also risks to the story.
SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX) stock has endured a volatile first few months on the public market, leaving IPO investors weighing whether to hold or lock in their gains.
SpaceX began trading on Nasdaq on June 12, 2026, at an IPO price of $135 per share, raising approximately $85.7 billion in gross proceeds.
SPCX subsequently reached an intraday high of $225 before falling to a low of $104. The stock closed at $147 on October 23, leaving IPO investors with an unrealized gain of approximately 9.25%.

The latest closing price remains approximately 34.6% below the post-IPO high. Shares fell 9.14% on October 22 to $144.75 before recovering 1.89% in the following session, reflecting continued reassessment of the company’s growth prospects and valuation.
SpaceX reported third-quarter revenue of $14.6 billion, up 161% year over year, while net income reached $4.4 billion, reversing a $1.1 billion loss in the same period of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA surged 306% to $8.8 billion, while operating income reached $2.8 billion.
The Artificial Intelligence segment generated $7.56 billion in revenue, up from $813 million a year earlier, while connectivity revenue rose 69% to $5.25 billion. Space operations revenue increased 6% to $1.77 billion, highlighting the growing contributions of satellite broadband and AI beyond rocket launches.
Starlink remains a key growth driver, with 13.6 million consumer subscribers as of September 30, up from 12 million in June and 7.2 million a year earlier. Consumer revenue reached $3.12 billion, while enterprise and government revenue totalled $2.13 billion. Connectivity operating income rose 99% year over year to $2.37 billion.
SpaceX expansion
SpaceX is also expanding into mobile connectivity through a proposed acquisition of licenses covering 800 MHz of spectrum. Announced after the quarter ended, the deal is expected to close in the first half of 2027, subject to regulatory approval and other conditions. Its success will depend on expanding subscriber numbers and services while maintaining profitability.
Meanwhile, Artificial Intelligence is growing through cloud services agreements, the acquisition of Cursor, and AI applications, including Grok Bot. SpaceX reported 1.7 gigawatts of nameplate computing capacity as of September 30.
However, this expansion requires substantial investment. Capital expenditure reached $19.59 billion in the third quarter, including $16.44 billion for Artificial Intelligence, exceeding total quarterly revenue of $14.6 billion.
Although capital expenditure is not an immediate income-statement expense, it can pressure cash flow and raise questions about investment returns.
SpaceX’s AI opportunity depends on sustained demand, profitable contracts, and efficient use of computing capacity. Competition from established cloud providers and other AI infrastructure companies could also weigh on margins.
Capital expenditure remains a broader risk, as spending on AI infrastructure, satellites and launch systems could pressure cash flow if returns fall short of expectations. Starship delays, technical setbacks or cost overruns could further undermine the investment case.
Valuation presents another challenge: despite trading above its IPO price, SPCX remains well below its post-listing high. Slower AI growth, rising costs, or disappointing guidance could trigger further losses, while additional share issuance could dilute existing shareholders.
SPCX stock investment case
Nevertheless, SpaceX stock remains a potential hold for long-term investors who can tolerate volatility. Its third-quarter results and expanding Starlink subscriber base strengthen the growth case.
Ultimately, SpaceX’s ability to convert growth into sustainable cash flow and attractive investment returns will determine whether SPCX remains a hold. Investors should monitor upcoming earnings, Starlink subscriber growth, AI profitability, and capital expenditure.
Apple's foldable iPhone Duo sold out in minutes and sent the stock to a record that briefly toppled Nvidia from the top of the global market cap rankings. Whether a supply-starved device cycle can justify that valuation is the question…
For a few hours on Friday, a phone maker was worth more than the company behind the AI boom. Shares of Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL | AAPL Price Prediction) touched a record intraday high of $351.73. That raised its value to about $5.1 trillion and briefly put it ahead of NVIDIA (NASDAQ:NVDA) on the day its foldable iPhone Duo reached stores.
Nvidia took the lead back by the close. Apple slid 0.14% to $347.73 ($5.074 trillion), and Nvidia fell 0.59% to $210.96 ($5.094 trillion), ending up about $20 billion ahead.
On Thursday, the gap was about $42 billion. What remains uncertain is whether a foldable cycle held back by limited supply justifies the same valuation as the AI chip leader, ahead of Apple’s report on November 2.
Two Opposite Businesses Now Carry the Same Price Tag Apple sells devices plus the services built on them. Nvidia sells the data center systems behind AI.
Lens Apple Nvidia Latest quarterly revenue $109.42 billion $96.22 billion Revenue growth 16.4% 105.8% P/E 45 42 One-month move +3.18% -6.45% Nvidia is growing far faster at a lower multiple. The opposite one-month moves suggest some money is rotating from AI chips toward Apple, although one month is a short window.
Sold-Out Duos Prove Demand but Cap the Holiday Quarter The Duo starts at $1,999 and tops out at $3,199. Preorders sold out almost immediately, and deliveries slid into late January. On eBay, sellers asked more than $4,000 for the base model.
Demand clearly tops supply. That shortage limits what Apple can book in the December quarter and drives some revenue into 2027. Even so, the higher entry price should raise the average iPhone selling price, which helps margins.
Beijing Scalpers Point to Real China Demand In China, the Duo starts at nearly 16,000 yuan. Apple blocked walk-in purchases there on launch day and limited online orders to two per buyer. Scalpers in Beijing offered up to 3,000 yuan (about $448) above what buyers paid.
That premium matters in a market where Apple has faced tough local competition. It also gives John Ternus, CEO since September 1, a strong first major launch.
Apple’s July guidance for the September quarter called for 9%-11% revenue growth and a 47%-48% gross margin. That margin included about one percentage point from tariff refunds. Tim Cook, then CEO, described “a 100-year flood on the memory pricing,” and Apple has reluctantly raised prices.
You’d want to hear holiday guidance, Duo supply timing, and China commentary. Nvidia follows on November 18, after guiding to $108 billion in revenue for the quarter.
Apple’s Record Valuation Faces a Critical Test Apple’s valuation looks extended at this record high. At 45 times earnings, the stock already prices in a Duo cycle that limited supply will spread across several quarters, while memory costs squeeze margins.
Nvidia offers faster growth at a lower multiple. Its data center revenue rose 117%, and management expects about 70% revenue growth in fiscal 2028 even with supply limits.
Nvidia has real risks, including no China data center compute revenue in its guidance and financing ties to AI labs. Still, Nvidia’s lower multiple looks more reasonable for that growth. If Apple shows easing Duo supply and steady margins on November 2, I would change my view.

Key Stories Impacting Meta Platforms Here are the key news stories impacting Meta Platforms this week:
Positive Sentiment: Strong Q3 operating performance: Meta reported $64.6 billion in revenue, up 26% year over year, and adjusted earnings of $7.40 per share versus expectations of roughly $6.54. AI-driven recommendations and advertising tools are improving engagement, ad pricing and conversions. META Q3 Earnings Beat Estimates Positive Sentiment: Muse adoption supports the AI thesis: Meta’s Muse AI agent has surpassed 10 million downloads, strengthening the case that the company could eventually monetize AI through subscriptions, enterprise services and additional advertising. However, meaningful revenue contribution is expected later, potentially from 2027 onward. Meta Muse Adoption Positive Sentiment: Analysts remain broadly constructive: UBS, Citigroup, Mizuho, JPMorgan, Bank of America and other firms raised or reaffirmed bullish ratings and price targets, citing resilient advertising growth and long-term AI potential. Some investors, including commentator Mike Khouw, view the selloff as a buying opportunity. Why Mike Khouw Is Buying Meta Neutral Sentiment: New Class C shares and a 2-for-1 split: Meta plans to issue one non-voting Class C share for each Class A and Class B share. The move should improve trading liquidity and give Mark Zuckerberg greater flexibility to sell shares or finance AI investment without surrendering voting control, but it does not by itself create economic value for shareholders. Meta’s New Non-Voting Shares Neutral Sentiment: Commercial terms delayed: Meta postponed controversial terms that publishers and advertisers said could authorize broader web scraping, moving implementation to November 20 from October 30. The delay may reduce near-term friction, though the underlying regulatory and customer concerns remain. Meta Delays Commercial Terms Negative Sentiment: AI spending is the main pressure: Meta lifted the lower end of its 2026 capital-expenditure forecast to $135 billion, with spending potentially reaching $145 billion. Free cash flow turned negative as infrastructure investment accelerated, while credit-default-swap costs reached records. Investors are questioning when Muse and other AI projects will generate returns. Meta AI Spending and Free Cash Flow Negative Sentiment: Legal and regulatory risks remain significant: Meta faces a $25 billion New Mexico privacy judgment, additional lawsuits alleging harm to children and scam advertising, and rising legal costs. The company plans to appeal the New Mexico ruling, but the liabilities add uncertainty and pressure margins. Meta New Mexico Privacy Judgment Wall Street Analyst Weigh In A number of equities analysts recently issued reports on META shares.
