Investors in A. O. Smith Corporation (AOS - Free Report) need to pay close attention to the stock based on moves in the options market lately. That is because the July 17, 2026 $40.00 Call had some of the highest implied volatility of all equity options today.
What is Implied Volatility?Implied volatility shows how much movement the market is expecting in the future. Options with high levels of implied volatility suggest that investors in the underlying stocks are expecting a big move in one direction or the other. It could also mean there is an event coming up soon that may cause a big rally or a huge sell-off. However, implied volatility is only one piece of the puzzle when putting together an options trading strategy.
What do the Analysts Think?Clearly, options traders are pricing in a big move for A. O. Smith shares, but what is the fundamental picture for the company? Currently, A. O. Smith is a Zacks Rank #4 (Sell) in the Manufacturing - Electronics industry that ranks in the Top 32% of our Zacks Industry Rank. Over the last 60 days, no analysts have increased their earnings estimates for the current quarter, while five analysts have revised their estimates downward. The net effect has taken our Zacks Consensus Estimate for the current quarter from $1.10 per share to 99 cents in that period.
Given the way analysts feel about A. O. Smith right now, this huge implied volatility could mean there’s a trade developing. Oftentimes, options traders look for options with high levels of implied volatility to sell premium. This is a strategy many seasoned traders use because it captures decay. At expiration, the hope for these traders is that the underlying stock does not move as much as originally expected.

At the center of everything we do is a strong commitment to independent research and sharing its profitable discoveries with investors. This dedication to giving investors a trading advantage led to the creation of our proven Zacks Rank stock-rating system. Since 1988 it has more than doubled the S&P 500 with an average gain of +24.00% per year. These returns cover a period from January 1, 1988 through May 4, 2026. Zacks Rank stock-rating system returns are computed monthly based on the beginning of the month and end of the month Zacks Rank stock prices plus any dividends received during that particular month. A simple, equally-weighted average return of all Zacks Rank stocks is calculated to determine the monthly return. The monthly returns are then compounded to arrive at the annual return. Only Zacks Rank stocks included in Zacks hypothetical portfolios at the beginning of each month are included in the return calculations. Zacks Ranks stocks can, and often do, change throughout the month. Certain Zacks Rank stocks for which no month-end price was available, pricing information was not collected, or for certain other reasons have been excluded from these return calculations. Of these, value investing is easily one of the most popular ways to find great stocks in any market environment. Value investors use fundamental analysis and traditional valuation metrics to find stocks that they believe are being undervalued by the market at large.
In addition to the Zacks Rank, investors looking for stocks with specific traits can utilize our Style Scores system. Of course, value investors will be most interested in the system's "Value" category. Stocks with "A" grades for Value and high Zacks Ranks are among the best value stocks available at any given moment.

Value investors also frequently use the P/S ratio. This metric is found by dividing a stock's price with the company's revenue. Some people prefer this metric because sales are harder to manipulate on an income statement. This means it could be a truer performance indicator. ADM has a P/S ratio of 0.45. This compares to its industry's average P/S of 0.81.
Finally, investors should note that ADM has a P/CF ratio of 13.25. This metric focuses on a firm's operating cash flow and is often used to find stocks that are undervalued based on the strength of their cash outlook. Powered by the new RADCOM RASE real-time, adaptive streaming engine, RADCOM ADM cuts analytics changes from months-long projects to same-day deployment
, /PRNewswire/ -- RADCOM Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDCM) announced today the introduction of RADCOM ADM (Analytics Designer Module), a new module of the RADCOM ACE platform. It enables network data analysts to define, configure, and deploy datasets, KPIs (key performance indicators), and alarms in real time without requiring vendor engagement, software release cycles, and service interruption, reducing change cycles from months to the same day and meeting the pace and scale of the world's leading telecom networks.
As network automation and agentic systems take hold, traditional analytics impose three constraints on operator agility. They are not dynamic: changes to data structures often require vendor engagement, a new software release, and a planned service interruption. They are not cost-efficient: simple requests can turn into months-long custom development projects. And they are not real-time: analytics often run at 15-minute resolution at best, while live troubleshooting needs sub-one-minute granularity, down to 10 seconds. RADCOM ADM is designed to address all three. It draws on both RADCOM ACE assurance data and external feeds, real-time or historical, with on-the-fly Call Detail Record (CDR) correlation.
"The pace at which network conditions change demands analytics that can keep up," said Eran Dotan Rosenberg, Vice President of Product Management at RADCOM. "With RADCOM ADM, operators can define the data they need, at the resolution they need it, and the moment they need it. The platform adapts to the operator, not the other way around. And because streaming data flows directly into RADCOM Neura's agentic AI layer, ADM serves as the data foundation that makes Neura's agents reliable and accurate, turning real-time insights into automated action."
The module is powered by RADCOM RASE (Real-time Adaptive Streaming Engine), RADCOM's new real-time analytics engine, which combines dynamic aggregation with resolution as fine as 10 seconds. Critically, it surfaces insights into the subscriber's experience as events unfold. Delivering RADCOM RASE required a fundamental rebuild of RADCOM's core infrastructure, including new in-memory databases, a new processing architecture, and new scaling approaches. This is the depth of engineering required to deliver real-time analytics at Tier-1 operator scale, and it is not easily replicated.
The result is a shared analytics foundation across RADCOM ACE: every KPI defined in RADCOM ADM flows into RADCOM ACE network analytics, RADCOM AIM anomaly detection, and RADCOM Neura's agentic AI layer, using the same KPI identifier to establish a single source of truth across the platform.
For operators, RADCOM ADM is designed to help teams that depend on network data get what they need in real time: network operations teams that need immediate, on-demand data for fault resolution; network planners and engineers that need structured planning data; and business functions such as marketing, fraud management, and device analytics that need business intelligence (BI)-grade reporting. Behind this, RADCOM ADM gives the network data analyst an Integrated Development Environment (IDE)-like workspace to define and deploy datasets, KPIs, and alarms, which each team can then access directly with appropriate permissions.
RADCOM ADM will be generally available to RADCOM ACE customers in the third quarter of 2026 as a licensed module of the RADCOM ACE platform.

Booking Holdings (BKNG - Free Report) has recently been on Zacks.com's list of the most searched stocks. Therefore, you might want to consider some of the key factors that could influence the stock's performance in the near future.
Over the past month, shares of this online booking service have returned +9.4%, compared to the Zacks S&P 500 composite's +0.3% change. During this period, the Zacks Internet - Commerce industry, which Booking Holdings falls in, has lost 9.5%. The key question now is: What could be the stock's future direction?
While media releases or rumors about a substantial change in a company's business prospects usually make its stock 'trending' and lead to an immediate price change, there are always some fundamental facts that eventually dominate the buy-and-hold decision-making.
Revisions to Earnings EstimatesHere at Zacks, we prioritize appraising the change in the projection of a company's future earnings over anything else. That's because we believe the present value of its future stream of earnings is what determines the fair value for its stock.
Our analysis is essentially based on how sell-side analysts covering the stock are revising their earnings estimates to take the latest business trends into account. When earnings estimates for a company go up, the fair value for its stock goes up as well. And when a stock's fair value is higher than its current market price, investors tend to buy the stock, resulting in its price moving upward. Because of this, empirical studies indicate a strong correlation between trends in earnings estimate revisions and short-term stock price movements.
Booking Holdings is expected to post earnings of $2.47 per share for the current quarter, representing a year-over-year change of +11.3%. Over the last 30 days, the Zacks Consensus Estimate remained unchanged.
The consensus earnings estimate of $10.44 for the current fiscal year indicates a year-over-year change of +14.5%. This estimate has remained unchanged over the last 30 days.
For the next fiscal year, the consensus earnings estimate of $12.35 indicates a change of +18.3% from what Booking Holdings is expected to report a year ago. Over the past month, the estimate has remained unchanged.
With an impressive externally audited track record, our proprietary stock rating tool -- the Zacks Rank -- is a more conclusive indicator of a stock's near-term price performance, as it effectively harnesses the power of earnings estimate revisions. The size of the recent change in the consensus estimate, along with three other factors related to earnings estimates, has resulted in a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold) for Booking Holdings.
The chart below shows the evolution of the company's forward 12-month consensus EPS estimate:
12 Month EPS
Projected Revenue GrowthEven though a company's earnings growth is arguably the best indicator of its financial health, nothing much happens if it cannot raise its revenues. It's almost impossible for a company to grow its earnings without growing its revenue for long periods. Therefore, knowing a company's potential revenue growth is crucial.
In the case of Booking Holdings, the consensus sales estimate of $7.19 billion for the current quarter points to a year-over-year change of +5.7%. The $29.4 billion and $32.08 billion estimates for the current and next fiscal years indicate changes of +9.2% and +9.1%, respectively.
Last Reported Results and Surprise HistoryBooking Holdings reported revenues of $5.53 billion in the last reported quarter, representing a year-over-year change of +16.2%. EPS of $1.14 for the same period compares with $0.99 a year ago.
Compared to the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $5.5 billion, the reported revenues represent a surprise of +0.61%. The EPS surprise was +3.64%.
The company beat consensus EPS estimates in each of the trailing four quarters. The company topped consensus revenue estimates each time over this period.
ValuationWithout considering a stock's valuation, no investment decision can be efficient. In predicting a stock's future price performance, it's crucial to determine whether its current price correctly reflects the intrinsic value of the underlying business and the company's growth prospects.
Comparing the current value of a company's valuation multiples, such as its price-to-earnings (P/E), price-to-sales (P/S), and price-to-cash flow (P/CF), to its own historical values helps ascertain whether its stock is fairly valued, overvalued, or undervalued, whereas comparing the company relative to its peers on these parameters gives a good sense of how reasonable its stock price is.
The Zacks Value Style Score (part of the Zacks Style Scores system), which pays close attention to both traditional and unconventional valuation metrics to grade stocks from A to F (an A is better than a B; a B is better than a C; and so on), is pretty helpful in identifying whether a stock is overvalued, rightly valued, or temporarily undervalued.
Booking Holdings is graded C on this front, indicating that it is trading at par with its peers. Click here to see the values of some of the valuation metrics that have driven this grade.
ConclusionThe facts discussed here and much other information on Zacks.com might help determine whether or not it's worthwhile paying attention to the market buzz about Booking Holdings. However, its Zacks Rank #3 does suggest that it may perform in line with the broader market in the near term.
Some dips present good buying opportunities, and Booking Holdings (BKNG +0.74%) may qualify. The travel platform's shares are down by roughly 20% year to date despite healthy fundamentals. Here's what investors should know before buying the dip.
Macroeconomic factors and the Mideast war could slow revenue growth Booking Holdings delivered 16% year-over-year revenue growth in the first quarter, but only expects a high-single-digit growth rate for full-year 2026. The company mentioned in its Q1 press release that a prolonged disruption in the Middle East could introduce "broader inflationary pressures" that could impact jet fuel prices, traveler sentiment, and the travel value chain.
Easing tensions in the Middle East may be enough for Booking Holdings to maintain elevated revenue growth. The U.S. and Iran recently signed an initial agreement to end the war, but the past few months have taught investors that it's not truly over until it is over.
The guidance was a letdown from otherwise good results. Investors may hope that this is just softball guidance and that the company delivers beat-and-raise results throughout the year.
For instance, in Q2 2025, Booking Holdings guided for 8% year-over-year revenue growth in Q3 2025 at the midpoint. When it came time to actually report those results, the company reported it had grown its revenue by 13% year over year. That's not to say Booking Holdings is guaranteed to beat its 2026 guidance, but there is a recent precedent for that scenario.

Investor pessimism has made the stock's valuation compelling Booking Holdings' strong Q1 and history of beating guidance suggest that things won't be as bad as full-year 2026 guidance would have you believe. Meanwhile, the stock trades at a 22.6 P/E ratio; it traded closer to a 40 P/E multiple last year. If growth rates remain similar to Q1 throughout the year, it should get closer to last year's valuation.
The stock also has a yield of almost 1%. It's rare to find Booking Holdings offering that type of yield for new investors. It further goes to show how much the stock has dipped year to date and that it may be an overreaction from investors.
The big tests for Booking Holdings are if the Middle East conflict and macroeconomic tensions ease. That will influence actual results, and positive scenarios for each of those cases can help the company beat and raise guidance throughout the year. If that happens, Booking Holdings looks like a compelling value stock at current levels. The stock can regain momentum quickly based on its 92% return over the past five years.

Americans say they'd rather give up alcohol, dining out, and even sex than skip a summer vacation
, /PRNewswire/ -- With travel costs rising and household budgets under pressure, Priceline set out to understand what summer travel looks like for Americans in 2026. The answer: Americans remain deeply committed to their summer vacations and are cutting back on nearly everything else to make them happen.
Priceline releases inaugural 2026 State of Summer Travel Report Today, Priceline released its inaugural 2026 State of Summer Travel Report, based on a survey conducted by Wakefield Research among 2,500 nationally representative U.S. adults in March 2026. The findings span consumer sentiment, generational behavior, spending patterns, and the growing role of AI in travel planning.
Summer Travel May Feel Out of Reach. Americans Are Going Anyway
Forty-four percent of Americans say a summer vacation feels out of reach this year. Yet 73% plan to do whatever it takes to make one happen and 79% expect to take at least one trip this summer. Americans are also planning longer trips, with the number planning four or more days of summer travel up across every bracket compared to last summer. Nearly 7 in 10 (68%) say it simply would not feel like summer without a vacation.
The affordability pressure behind those numbers is real. 84% of Americans say they are paying more and getting less when it comes to travel, and 55% find travel less affordable than last year. The spending data points to a K-shaped travel economy: more Americans are planning budget-level trips this summer, fewer are in the middle, and spending at the top is holding steady.
More than one-third have already started cutting everyday expenses to fund a summer trip. Eighty-three percent of adults 21+ say they would give up alcohol before giving up vacation, while 45% of all adults would give up dining out, and 20% would give up sex.
"What we're seeing is a traveler who hasn't pulled back on the aspiration but is being more deliberate about how they get there," said Brigit Zimmerman, CEO, Priceline. "People are cutting back everywhere else, spending more time researching deals, and making trade-offs they later regret. Our goal is to help them find the trip they want at the price they can afford."
Parents and Millennials Are Feeling It Most
For families, the pressure is sharper. Parents are 34% more likely than non-parents to have already cut everyday expenses to fund summer travel, yet 89% still plan to travel this summer. Nearly a quarter (23%) have had to cancel or drastically change vacation plans due to rising costs, compared to 16% of non-parents.
Millennials reflect a particularly striking tension. Thirty-six percent say trips that once felt attainable now feel like a luxury, the highest of any generation. At the same time, 28% plan to spend $5,000 or more on summer travel this year, also the highest of any generation.
The Cost of Cutting Corners
Sixty-nine percent of Americans say they have made travel cost-cutting decisions they later regretted -- staying with family or friends instead of a hotel (20%), driving instead of flying (20%), taking a shorter trip (19%), and booking a flight with multiple stops instead of nonstop (19%). Yet many reported that they are considering similar trade-offs this summer.
Finding a Deal Has Become Its Own Challenge
Eighty-one percent of Americans say planning a vacation is exhausting, and 43% point specifically to the hunt for the best deal as the source of that frustration. Sixty-five percent believe finding a truly exceptional deal is basically impossible, yet 85% say scoring a great deal feels as good as the vacation itself.
Half of Americans plan to use AI tools to find better travel deals this year, a figure that climbs to 69% among Millennials and 62% among Gen Z.
"Parents and Millennials are feeling the most financial pressure this summer, yet they're also planning to spend the most on travel. That's exactly why they're the most likely to turn to AI for help planning their trips," said Christina Bennett, Consumer Travel Trends Expert, Priceline. "When the cost of getting it wrong is highest, that's when people want the most help getting it right."
Ahead of this summer, Priceline introduced the next generation of Penny, its agentic AI travel assistant. Built to address the exact friction points travelers describe – deal hunting, trade-offs, and comparison fatigue – Penny helps travelers uncover savings opportunities and move from trip planning to booking in a single conversation.

Momentum investing is all about the idea of following a stock's recent trend, which can be in either direction. In the "long context," investors will essentially be "buying high, but hoping to sell even higher." And for investors following this methodology, taking advantage of trends in a stock's price is key; once a stock establishes a course, it is more than likely to continue moving in that direction. The goal is that once a stock heads down a fixed path, it will lead to timely and profitable trades.
Even though momentum is a popular stock characteristic, it can be tough to define. Debate surrounding which are the best and worst metrics to focus on is lengthy, but the Zacks Momentum Style Score, part of the Zacks Style Scores, helps address this issue for us.
Below, we take a look at CVS Health (CVS - Free Report) , which currently has a Momentum Style Score of B. We also discuss some of the main drivers of the Momentum Style Score, like price change and earnings estimate revisions.
It's also important to note that Style Scores work as a complement to the Zacks Rank, our stock rating system that has an impressive track record of outperformance. CVS Health currently has a Zacks Rank of #2 (Buy). Our research shows that stocks rated Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) and #2 (Buy) and Style Scores of "A or B" outperform the market over the following one-month period.
You can see the current list of Zacks #1 Rank Stocks here >>>
Set to Beat the Market? In order to see if CVS is a promising momentum pick, let's examine some Momentum Style elements to see if this drugstore chain and pharmacy benefits manager holds up.
Looking at a stock's short-term price activity is a great way to gauge if it has momentum, since this can reflect both the current interest in a stock and if buyers or sellers have the upper hand at the moment. It's also helpful to compare a security to its industry; this can show investors the best companies in a particular area.
For CVS, shares are up 6.29% over the past week while the Zacks Medical Services industry is flat over the same time period. Shares are looking quite well from a longer time frame too, as the monthly price change of 5.36% compares favorably with the industry's 0.03% performance as well.
While any stock can see its price increase, it takes a real winner to consistently beat the market. That is why looking at longer term price metrics -- such as performance over the past three months or year -- can be useful as well. Over the past quarter, shares of CVS Health have risen 38.13%, and are up 47.1% in the last year. On the other hand, the S&P 500 has only moved 13.47% and 26.67%, respectively.
Investors should also pay attention to CVS's average 20-day trading volume. Volume is a useful item in many ways, and the 20-day average establishes a good price-to-volume baseline; a rising stock with above average volume is generally a bullish sign, whereas a declining stock on above average volume is typically bearish. CVS is currently averaging 7,967,399 shares for the last 20 days.
Earnings OutlookThe Zacks Momentum Style Score encompasses many things, including estimate revisions and a stock's price movement. Investors should note that earnings estimates are also significant to the Zacks Rank, and a nice path here can be promising. We have recently been noticing this with CVS.
Over the past two months, 12 earnings estimates moved higher compared to none lower for the full year. These revisions helped boost CVS's consensus estimate, increasing from $7.14 to $7.44 in the past 60 days. Looking at the next fiscal year, 11 estimates have moved upwards while there have been no downward revisions in the same time period.
Bottom LineTaking into account all of these elements, it should come as no surprise that CVS is a #2 (Buy) stock with a Momentum Score of B. If you've been searching for a fresh pick that's set to rise in the near-term, make sure to keep CVS Health on your short list.
New $50 monthly copay for eligible Medicare patients, one-on-one pharmacist guidance, and over-the-counter products to help manage common side effects available to support patients
MinuteClinic® expands virtual care with new weight management offering and $49 visits
, /PRNewswire/ -- As demand for GLP-1 medications continues to increase across the U.S., CVS Health® (NYSE: CVS) today announced a comprehensive approach to GLP-1 support spanning its more than 9,000 CVS Pharmacy® locations and MinuteClinic®, available virtually in nearly all states. New offerings include expanded pharmacy support designed to help patients access these treatments and stay on them, and a new $49 MinuteClinic virtual visit that connects eligible adults with licensed clinicians who can evaluate and, where clinically appropriate, prescribe GLP-1 therapy.
CVS pharmacist consulting with patient. The new approach combines lower-cost access, personalized pharmacist support, and over-the-counter products to help manage common side effects, which are three of the biggest barriers patients face when starting GLP‑1 therapy.
CVS Pharmacy offers a broad range of GLP‑1 prescription medications, including both injectable and oral options from multiple manufacturers, along with new digital resources available on CVS.com. Together with guidance from trusted neighborhood pharmacists, these tools are designed to support patients from their first dose through ongoing treatment.
"Access is only part of the equation with GLP‑1 medications. Patients also need support to stay on therapy and see results," said Sid Tenneti, Senior Vice President and Interim President, Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness. "From helping patients manage side effects to identifying ways to lower costs, our pharmacists are there every step of the way."
Lower cost access to GLP-1 medications
To help address cost concerns, CVS Pharmacy will begin participating in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare GLP‑1 Bridge program starting July 1, 2026. Through the program, which runs through December 31, 2027, eligible Medicare beneficiaries can access certain GLP‑1 medications for $50 per month, offering more predictable and affordable pricing for patients who qualify.
For those not eligible, CVS Pharmacy accepts a wide range of third-party prescription discount cards, manufacturer coupons, and manufacturer vouchers to help reduce out-of-pocket costs. At CVS Pharmacy, the out-of-pocket cost for a GLP-1 medication can be as low as $25 a month through commercial insurance with a manufacturer coupon for eligible patients, or $149 for those without insurance who utilize a manufacturer voucher for qualifying medications and doses. CVS Pharmacy is a retail pharmacy partner for NovoCare®, a program that offers discounted Wegovy® and Ozempic®, and was the first to build a streamlined NovoCare enrollment experience.
Pharmacists at the center of care
As more patients turn to GLP‑1 medications, CVS Pharmacy is emphasizing the role of its pharmacists in helping patients navigate treatment.
According to the CVS Health 2025 Rx Report, nearly half of consumers prioritize personalized care at the pharmacy, and many prefer in-person pharmacy support over digital-only options - highlighting the ongoing importance of face-to-face interactions with pharmacists. From answering questions about dosing to helping patients manage side effects and stay on track, CVS pharmacists play a critical role in supporting the overall treatment experience and are available when it is convenient for the patient.
Clinical weight loss support available at MinuteClinic
MinuteClinic is broadening its virtual care platform with the launch of a new digital health offering that connects eligible adults with licensed clinicians to evaluate their weight loss and metabolic health needs and, where clinically appropriate, prescribe FDA-approved GLP-1 medications for weight loss.
At $49 per visit with no recurring membership or monthly fee, the program is built to make a first step toward weight management straightforward and affordable. Patients begin with a virtual video visit with a licensed physician associate or nurse practitioner, who reviews their health history and weight-management goals before determining whether a GLP-1 therapy is the right fit. Those who start treatment can schedule follow-up visits as needed for dose adjustments, side-effect support, and ongoing monitoring.
The program is available in 47 states and Washington, D.C., and is designed for self-pay adults ages 18 to 64 who are overweight or living with obesity and intend to pay out of pocket for clinical weight loss services. Patients seeking weight loss or metabolic health clinical support can visit MinuteClinic.com.
Over-the-counter products to help manage side effects
Side effects remain one of the leading reasons patients discontinue GLP‑1 therapy. To help address this, CVS Pharmacy has expanded its product assortment and is highlighting CVS brand and national brand over-the-counter products to help make managing side effects easier. Pharmacists can discuss concerns and help manage side effects in collaboration with prescribers.
In select locations, dedicated product displays highlight items that can help manage common issues such as nausea and gastrointestinal discomfort, as well as products that support hydration, protein intake, and overall nutrition. These in-store curated displays, sponsored by Haleon, are designed to bring together pharmacist guidance and practical, easy-to-find products to make it simpler for patients to manage their treatment.
Customers can also select from a wide array of CVS brand products found throughout the store to help manage common GLP-1 side effects that offer the quality and value customers have come to expect from CVS Pharmacy store brands.

It doesn't matter your age or experience: taking full advantage of the stock market and investing with confidence are common goals for all investors. Luckily, Zacks Premium offers several different ways to do both.
The research service features daily updates of the Zacks Rank and Zacks Industry Rank, full access to the Zacks #1 Rank List, Equity Research reports, and Premium stock screens, all of which will help you become a smarter, more confident investor.
Zacks Premium also includes the Zacks Style Scores.
What are the Zacks Style Scores? Developed alongside the Zacks Rank, the Zacks Style Scores are a group of complementary indicators that help investors pick stocks with the best chances of beating the market over the next 30 days.
Each stock is given an alphabetic rating of A, B, C, D or F based on their value, growth, and momentum qualities. With this system, an A is better than a B, a B is better than a C, and so on, meaning the better the score, the better chance the stock will outperform.
The Style Scores are broken down into four categories:
Value ScoreFinding good stocks at good prices, and discovering which companies are trading under their true value, are what value investors like to focus on. So, the Value Style Score takes into account ratios like P/E, PEG, Price/Sales, Price/Cash Flow, and a host of other multiples to highlight the most attractive and discounted stocks.
Growth ScoreGrowth investors are more concerned with a stock's future prospects, and the overall financial health and strength of a company. Thus, the Growth Style Score analyzes characteristics like projected and historic earnings, sales, and cash flow to find stocks that will see sustainable growth over time.
Momentum ScoreMomentum investors, who live by the saying "the trend is your friend," are most interested in taking advantage of upward or downward trends in a stock's price or earnings outlook. Utilizing one-week price change and the monthly percentage change in earnings estimates, among other factors, the Momentum Style Score can help determine favorable times to buy high-momentum stocks.
VGM ScoreIf you want a combination of all three Style Scores, then the VGM Score will be your friend. It rates each stock on their combined weighted styles, helping you find the companies with the most attractive value, best growth forecast, and most promising momentum. It's also one of the best indicators to use with the Zacks Rank.
How Style Scores Work with the Zacks Rank The Zacks Rank, which is a proprietary stock-rating model, employs earnings estimate revisions, or changes to a company's earnings expectations, to make building a winning portfolio easier.
Investors can count on the Zacks Rank's success, with #1 (Strong Buy) stocks producing an unmatched +24% average annual return since 1988, more than double the S&P 500's performance. But the model rates a large number of stocks, and there are over 200 companies with a Strong Buy rank, plus another 600 with a #2 (Buy) rank, on any given day.
But it can feel overwhelming to pick the right stocks for you and your investing goals with over 800 top-rated stocks to choose from.
That's where the Style Scores come in.
To have the best chance of big returns, you'll want to always consider stocks with a Zacks Rank #1 or #2 that also have Style Scores of A or B, which will give you the highest probability of success. If you're looking at stocks with a #3 (Hold) rank, it's important they have Scores of A or B as well to ensure as much upside potential as possible.
Since the Scores were created to work together with the Zacks Rank, the direction of a stock's earnings estimate revisions should be a key factor when choosing which stocks to buy.
For instance, a stock with a #4 (Sell) or #5 (Strong Sell) rating, even one that boasts Scores of A and B, still has a downward-trending earnings forecast, and a much greater likelihood its share price will decline as well.
Thus, the more stocks you own with a #1 or #2 Rank and Scores of A or B, the better.
Stock to Watch: CVS Health (CVS - Free Report) Headquartered in Woonsocket, RI, CVS Health Corporation (formerly known as CVS Caremark Corporation) is a health solutions company with integrated offerings across the entire spectrum of pharmacy care. On Sep 3, 2014, CVS Caremark Corporation announced a change of its corporate name to CVS Health to reflect its broader healthcare commitment. In 2018, CVS Health acquired insurance giant Aetna for $70-billion.
CVS is a #2 (Buy) on the Zacks Rank, with a VGM Score of A.
Momentum investors should take note of this Medical stock. CVS has a Momentum Style Score of A, and shares are up 5.4% over the past four weeks.
12 analysts revised their earnings estimate higher in the last 60 days for fiscal 2026, while the Zacks Consensus Estimate has increased $0.30 to $7.44 per share. CVS also boasts an average earnings surprise of +16.8%.
With a solid Zacks Rank and top-tier Momentum and VGM Style Scores, CVS should be on investors' short list.
CVS Health (CVS +0.27%) is pushing harder into a hot segment of the pharmacy market, and on Monday investors rewarded the company for the effort. The pharmacy retailer's stock rose 3% on the news, contrasting very favorably with the slight (0.2%) decline of the bellwether S&P 500 index.
Weight loss equals business gain That morning, before market open, CVS announced it is expanding support for GLP-1 weight-loss medications across its many U.S. pharmacies and MinuteClinics.

This includes more pharmacy support to improve access to such medications for patients and help them maintain their regimens. CVS added that it has introduced a new specialty MinuteClinic virtual visit offering focused on GLP-1 prescription and administration, priced at $49 per visit.
More importantly, on July 1, CVS will begin participating in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS) Medicare GLP-1 Bridge Program, a federal discount initiative.
In the press release touting the new offerings, CVS quoted its interim president of pharmacy and consumer wellness, Sid Tenneti, as saying that "Access is only part of the equation with GLP‑1 medications. Patients also need support to stay on therapy and see results."

Getting them to the pharmacy counter American consumers can't get enough of obesity medications, so CVS is right to bulk up its GLP-1 services. I feel that the Bridge program discount will be a particularly attractive draw for qualifying patients, and overall, this expansion will provide a lift to CVS's business. Just now, this company looks like one of the best -- if not the best -- U.S. pharmacy stock.

With more than 800 top-rated stocks to choose from, it can certainly feel overwhelming to pick the ones that are right for you and your investing journey.
That's where the Style Scores come in.
You want to make sure you're buying stocks with the highest likelihood of success, and to do that, you'll need to pick stocks with a Zacks Rank #1 or #2 that also have Style Scores of A or B. If you like a stock that only has a #3 (Hold) rank, it should also have Scores of A or B to guarantee as much upside potential as possible.
As mentioned above, the Scores are designed to work with the Zacks Rank, so any change to a company's earnings outlook should be a deciding factor when picking which stocks to buy.
Here's an example: a stock with a #4 (Sell) or #5 (Strong Sell) rating, even one with Style Scores of A and B, still has a downward-trending earnings outlook, and a bigger chance its share price will decrease too.
Thus, the more stocks you own with a #1 or #2 Rank and Scores of A or B, the better.

Deciding between Vanguard Global ex-U.S. Real Estate ETF (VNQI 0.96%) and State Street SPDR Dow Jones REIT ETF (RWR +1.31%) depends on whether an investor seeks broad international diversification or concentrated U.S. exposure.
Both funds provide liquid access to real estate, yet they operate in entirely different geographic spheres. While VNQI casts a wide net across more than 30 countries to capture global growth, RWR remains strictly focused on the domestic market through the Dow Jones U.S. Select REIT Capped Index.

The Vanguard fund is the more affordable choice, charging an expense ratio of 0.12% compared to 0.25% for the SPDR ETF. For income-seeking investors, the Vanguard fund also provided a higher dividend payout over the trailing 12 months.

Its largest positions include Prologis (PLD +0.99%) at 10.09%, Welltower (WELL +2.94%) at 9.46%, and Simon Property Group (SPG +1.01%) at 4.7%. The fund was launched in 2001 and paid $3.73 per share in dividends over the trailing 12 months.
By contrast, Vanguard’s fund offers much broader diversification, with 708 holdings across international markets. Its largest positions include Goodman Group (GMG +0.89%) at 4.24%, Mitsubishi Estate at 2.81%, and Mitsui Fudosan at 2.43%. VNQI was launched in 2010 and has a trailing-12-month dividend payout of $2.16 per share.
For more guidance on ETF investing, check out the full guide at this link.
What this means for investorsThese real estate-focused ETFs are most obviously differentiated by the geographies they invest in and their number of holdings. Vanguard's fund holds seven times as many stocks as RWR and excludes U.S. companies. RWR is about half the size of VNQI in terms of assets under management, but they share roughly equal average trading volume.
One thing that stands out is just two stocks -- Prologis and Welltower -- account for nearly 20% of the SPDR ETF's holdings. In contrast, VNQI's top 10 positions make up 21.7% of the portfolio. So there's a real contrast in terms of diversification and concentration risk. That said, RWR has performed better recently, though it also has a higher expense ratio and lower dividend yield. But as investors know, a stock's price and its dividend yield have an inverse relationship, all things equal. So when the price goes up, the yield falls.
In my opinion, the whole point of buying an ETF is that you're getting a basket of stocks to help lower your overall risk. I wouldn't necessarily buy VNQI, but RWR's two largest positions making up around one-fifth of the portfolio isn't my cup of tea.

Key Takeaways Prologis stock has outperformed its industry, the S&P 500 and its close peers over the past year.Prologis raised 2026 core FFO guidance after first-quarter core FFO per share climbed to $1.50.Prologis signed a record 64 million square feet of leases and started $1.3B in data center projects. Prologis (PLD - Free Report) stock has had a solid run, and that matters because REITs have not had an easy backdrop. PLD recently traded at around $141, and the stock is still showing healthy gains over the past year, even after rate-driven market pullbacks.
Over the past year, PLD stock has gained 34.1%, outperforming the Zacks REIT and Equity Trust - Other industry and the S&P 500 Composite. The stock has also outpaced its close peers, like EastGroup Properties, Inc. (EGP - Free Report) and Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. (REXR - Free Report) . That tells investors the market is giving credit to the company’s scale, rent growth and growth pipeline.
The Fed’s latest tone has made the setup more complicated. Rates were held steady, but policymakers sounded less friendly toward cuts and more open to keeping policy tight, or even raising rates if inflation stays hot. For REITs, that can pressure valuations because higher rates make debt and dividend stocks less attractive.
Still, Prologis deserves a closer look. This is not a weak property owner waiting for lower rates to save it. It is the global leader in logistics real estate, with growing data center and energy opportunities that can support earnings beyond the normal warehouse cycle.

Prologis Is Still Executing WellThe bullish case starts with execution. In the first quarter of 2026, Prologis’s core FFO per share rose to $1.50 from $1.42 a year earlier. That is steady growth in a period when many real estate investors are worried about borrowing costs, tenant demand and cap rates. The company also raised its 2026 core FFO guidance to $6.07-$6.23 from $6.00-$6.20 previously, which suggests management is seeing enough strength in the business to look past the noisy macro backdrop.
Leasing is another reason to stay positive. Prologis signed a record 64 million square feet of leases in the quarter, with average occupancy of 95.3% and retention near 76%. Those numbers are important because they show that customers are still committing to space. The company’s assets sit in high-barrier, high-demand logistics markets, which gives it pricing power that smaller landlords often lack.
Rent Growth Gives PLD a CushionA key reason Prologis looks attractive is the embedded rent upside. Cash same-store NOI rose 8.8% in the quarter, while net effective rent change was 31.9% on a Prologis share basis. Even though leasing spreads have cooled from the very high levels seen after the pandemic boom, they remain strong enough to drive earnings growth over time.
This matters in a hawkish Fed environment. Higher rates can weigh on REIT multiples, but internal growth can offset part of that pressure. Prologis has a large global portfolio, a deep customer base and low in-place rents relative to market and replacement cost rents. That gives the company a path to grow cash flow even if rate relief takes longer than investors hoped.
Data Centers Add a New Growth Layer for PLDThe most exciting part of the story is no longer just warehouses. Prologis is building a larger platform around digital infrastructure and energy. In the first quarter, the company started $1.3 billion of data center build-to-suit projects. These projects were fully leased at start and tied to strong technology customers, which gives the company long-term contractual visibility.
PLD’s power pipeline is also meaningful. Prologis reported 5.6 gigawatts of data center power capacity secured or in advanced stages. That is a valuable position in a market where power access is becoming one of the biggest limits on AI and cloud infrastructure growth. If Prologis can turn more of that pipeline into projects, it could create a new source of shareholder value.
Balance Sheet Strength Reduces Rate Risk for PLDThe Fed’s hawkish stance should not be ignored, but Prologis is better prepared than many REITs. The company ended the quarter with about $6.7 billion of liquidity, debt-to-adjusted EBITDA of 4.8 times and a weighted average interest rate of 3.3%. Its weighted average debt term was 8.1 years, which limits near-term refinancing pressure.
The balance sheet gives Prologis flexibility. It can keep investing, recycle capital, use strategic partnerships and fund development without leaning too heavily on expensive new equity. The company also benefits from its strategic capital platform, which brings in third-party capital and helps scale growth while protecting the balance sheet.
PLD's Valuation Still Looks Reasonable for QualityPLD is not a deep-value stock, and investors should not expect it to trade like a distressed REIT. It deserves a premium because its assets, customer relationships, capital access and development pipeline are hard to copy. The near-term risk is that higher Treasury yields keep a lid on REIT valuations. But for long-term investors, that may create a better entry point rather than a reason to avoid the stock.
Currently, PLD stock is trading at a forward 12-month price-to-FFO of 22.07X, ahead of the REIT industry average of 16.34X. PLD is also trading at a reasonable premium compared with its industry peers, EastGroup Properties and Rexford Industrial Realty. EastGroup Properties is trading at a forward 12-month price-to-FFO of 20.04X, while Rexford Industrial Realty is trading at 13.53X.
The bigger picture is simple: Prologis has multiple growth engines. Logistics demand is stabilizing, rent growth is still flowing through, data centers are scaling, and energy solutions are becoming more important to customers. That mix makes PLD more than a plain warehouse landlord.
Final Words on PLDPrologis is a compelling stock, even after the Fed’s hawkish stance, especially for investors with a multi-year view. The stock may remain sensitive to rate headlines, and a higher-for-longer Fed can create short-term volatility.
But the company’s fundamentals are strong enough to support a bullish view. Prologis has high occupancy, solid rent growth, a strong balance sheet, record leasing activity and a growing data center opportunity.
The consensus mark for 2026 and 2027 FFO per share has been revised higher, suggesting analysts’ bullish view and year-over-year growth of 6.37% and 7.28%, respectively.

Though the Fed may slow the market’s enthusiasm for REITs, it does not break the Prologis story. For investors seeking quality real estate growth, PLD looks like a compelling stock.

When deciding whether to buy, sell, or hold a stock, investors often rely on analyst recommendations. Media reports about rating changes by these brokerage-firm-employed (or sell-side) analysts often influence a stock's price, but are they really important?
Before we discuss the reliability of brokerage recommendations and how to use them to your advantage, let's see what these Wall Street heavyweights think about Prologis (PLD - Free Report) .
Prologis currently has an average brokerage recommendation (ABR) of 1.92, on a scale of 1 to 5 (Strong Buy to Strong Sell), calculated based on the actual recommendations (Buy, Hold, Sell, etc.) made by 24 brokerage firms. An ABR of 1.92 approximates between Strong Buy and Buy.
Of the 24 recommendations that derive the current ABR, 13 are Strong Buy, representing 54.2% of all recommendations.
Brokerage Recommendation Trends for PLD
Check price target & stock forecast for Prologis here>>>
The ABR suggests buying Prologis, but making an investment decision solely on the basis of this information might not be a good idea. According to several studies, brokerage recommendations have little to no success guiding investors to choose stocks with the most potential for price appreciation.
Do you wonder why? As a result of the vested interest of brokerage firms in a stock they cover, their analysts tend to rate it with a strong positive bias. According to our research, brokerage firms assign five "Strong Buy" recommendations for every "Strong Sell" recommendation.
In other words, their interests aren't always aligned with retail investors, rarely indicating where the price of a stock could actually be heading. Therefore, the best use of this information could be validating your own research or an indicator that has proven to be highly successful in predicting a stock's price movement.
Zacks Rank, our proprietary stock rating tool with an impressive externally audited track record, categorizes stocks into five groups, ranging from Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) to Zacks Rank #5 (Strong Sell), and is an effective indicator of a stock's price performance in the near future. Therefore, using the ABR to validate the Zacks Rank could be an efficient way of making a profitable investment decision.
ABR Should Not Be Confused With Zacks RankIn spite of the fact that Zacks Rank and ABR both appear on a scale from 1 to 5, they are two completely different measures.
The ABR is calculated solely based on brokerage recommendations and is typically displayed with decimals (example: 1.28). In contrast, the Zacks Rank is a quantitative model allowing investors to harness the power of earnings estimate revisions. It is displayed in whole numbers -- 1 to 5.
It has been and continues to be the case that analysts employed by brokerage firms are overly optimistic with their recommendations. Because of their employers' vested interests, these analysts issue more favorable ratings than their research would support, misguiding investors far more often than helping them.
On the other hand, earnings estimate revisions are at the core of the Zacks Rank. And empirical research shows a strong correlation between trends in earnings estimate revisions and near-term stock price movements.
In addition, the different Zacks Rank grades are applied proportionately to all stocks for which brokerage analysts provide current-year earnings estimates. In other words, this tool always maintains a balance among its five ranks.
Another key difference between the ABR and Zacks Rank is freshness. The ABR is not necessarily up-to-date when you look at it. But, since brokerage analysts keep revising their earnings estimates to account for a company's changing business trends, and their actions get reflected in the Zacks Rank quickly enough, it is always timely in indicating future price movements.
Is PLD Worth Investing In?Looking at the earnings estimate revisions for Prologis, the Zacks Consensus Estimate for the current year has increased 0.1% over the past month to $6.18.
Analysts' growing optimism over the company's earnings prospects, as indicated by strong agreement among them in revising EPS estimates higher, could be a legitimate reason for the stock to soar in the near term.
The size of the recent change in the consensus estimate, along with three other factors related to earnings estimates, has resulted in a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy) for Prologis. You can see the complete list of today's Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) stocks here >>>>
Therefore, the Buy-equivalent ABR for Prologis may serve as a useful guide for investors.

Prologis Inc (NYSE:PLD) has gone public with a possible offer for FTSE 100-listed Segro PLC (LSE:SGRO) after the logistics property group rejected a £12.6 billion all-share takeover proposal.
The US-listed warehouse landlord said it wrote to Segro's board on 16 June with an indicative proposal under which Segro shareholders would receive 0.084 new Prologis shares for each Segro share held.
Segro rejected the proposal on Tuesday, 23 June.
Based on Prologis' closing share price on that day and prevailing exchange rates, the proposal values Segro at 925p a share.
That represents a 24.6% premium to Segro's closing share price of 742p yesterday and matches the group's last reported EPRA net tangible assets per share at the end of 2025.
If completed, Segro shareholders would own about 10.5% of the enlarged group.
Prologis, the world's largest logistics real estate investment trust, said the combination would give Segro investors exposure to a larger global platform while providing access to greater financial resources.
The San Francisco-based company argued that Segro's growth had been constrained by its balance sheet and that its shares have "traded at a persistent discount" to the value of its underlying assets, pointing to its own stronger total shareholder returns over three and five years.
Prologis also pointed to what it sees as "significant embedded value of Segro's development and data centre pipeline in a way that Segro will not be able to do on a standalone basis".
Prologis said this would be helped by its stronger balance sheet, citing net debt to enterprise value of 22% compared with 37% for the UK company.
The US company urged Segro shareholders to encourage the board to engage in discussions so that a binding offer could be put to investors.
Key Takeaways ARE rose 10.9% over the past month, outpacing the industry's 2.4% gain.ARE leased 647,356 RSF in Q1 2026; 72% came from existing tenants, reflecting tenant retention.ARE expects $92M in incremental annual NOI by Q4 2026 from projects 93% leased or negotiating. Alexandria Real Estate Equities (ARE - Free Report) shares have gained 10.9% over the past month compared with the industry's growth of 2.4%.
The company owns a premium portfolio of life science campuses in high-barrier U.S. innovation clusters. Demand is uneven, but leasing to established tenants and its Megacampus platform supports cash flow durability. The balance sheet remains liquid and mostly fixed-rate, which provides financial flexibility.
This real estate investment trust (REIT) carries a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold). The Zacks Consensus Estimate for its 2026 FFO per share is now pegged at $6.40.

Factors Behind ARE’s Share Price RiseAlexandria’s primary emphasis is on the development of Class A/A+ properties strategically located within AAA innovation cluster regions. Alexandria’s Megacampus platform represented 78% of annual rental revenues in effect as of March 31, 2026, keeping the portfolio concentrated in the deepest U.S. life science clusters. Leasing volume in first-quarter 2026 was 647,356 RSF, and 72% of activity came from the existing tenant base, reflecting tenant stickiness in mission-critical lab space.
The company’s Class A/A+ properties in AAA locations are experiencing high demand, aiding occupancy levels and rent growth. As of March 31, 2026, investment-grade or publicly traded large-cap tenants accounted for 55% of annual rental revenues in effect, and the weighted-average remaining lease term was 7.5 years for all tenants and 9.9 years for the top 20. Alexandria reported 97% of leases contain annual rent escalations, supporting contractual revenue growth over time.
Alexandria’s near-term development and redevelopment deliveries are positioned to add incremental NOI as initial free rent burns off and space is placed into service. Management’s pipeline disclosures indicate projects expected to be placed into service from second-quarter 2026 through fourth-quarter 2026 are 93% leased or negotiating, supporting its expectation for $92 million of incremental annual NOI by fourth-quarter 2026.
Alexandria has adequate financial flexibility to cushion and enhance its market position. The company had $4.17 billion of liquidity as of the end of the first quarter of 2026 and maintained its fourth-quarter 2026 annualized leverage target of 5.6X to 6.2X net debt and preferred stock to adjusted EBITDA. The company’s 96.4% of debt was fixed-rate, with a 10.0-year weighted-average remaining term. ARE enjoys credit ratings of Baa1 and BBB+ from Moody’s and S&P Global Ratings, respectively. This renders access to the debt market at favorable costs, positioning it well to bank on growth opportunities.
Risks Likely to Affect ARE’s Positive TrendRisks for Alexandria include lower occupancy after expirations, negative renewal spreads and muted biotech demand. Additional pressure comes from development timing risk and higher interest costs.

Key Takeaways BXP signed McDermott for 150,000 square feet at 343 Madison, set for occupancy in October 2029.With McDermott joining Starr, 343 Madison is now 56% pre-leased, reducing leasing risk.BXP raised its 2026 FFO guidance midpoint and generated about $1.2B in asset-sale proceeds. BXP Inc. (BXP - Free Report) has added another important tenant to 343 Madison Avenue, its 930,000-square-foot office tower under construction in Midtown Manhattan. McDermott Will & Schulte signed a lease for about 150,000 square feet, covering floors 31 through 37. The law firm is expected to begin occupying the space in October 2029, around the time BXP plans to deliver the project.
For BXP, the deal is more than just another lease. It helps reduce leasing risk at one of the company’s biggest development projects and supports the case for 343 Madison as a premium office asset near Grand Central Terminal. With McDermott joining Starr, which now has about 320,000 square feet after exercising an expansion option, the building is now 56% pre-leased.
The lease also fits with a broader trend BXP has been highlighting: demand remains strongest for high-quality office space in top locations. The company’s first-quarter results showed more than 1.1 million square feet of leasing, while total portfolio occupancy rose 70 basis points to 87.4%. Its leased percentage reached 90.9%, suggesting more occupancy gains could follow as signed leases begin contributing rent.
There are other positives for investors. BXP raised its 2026 FFO guidance midpoint slightly to a range of $6.90-$7.04 per share and has been selling assets to improve flexibility. Management said asset sales have generated about $1.2 billion of net proceeds through April 28, 2026, which can help fund development needs and support balance sheet goals.
Still, investors should keep a balanced view. 343 Madison will not deliver until late 2029, so the benefits will take time to show up in earnings. Development costs, financing conditions and execution risk remain important. BXP also faces the broader challenge of an office market that is improving in premium buildings but is still uneven overall. The McDermott lease is clearly a positive step, but the stock’s outlook depends on continued leasing progress, disciplined capital use and successful delivery of major projects.

On June 17, 2026, Autodesk Inc ADSK shares fell 4.1% to a current price of $193.07, marking a significant decline within a challenging market environment. The stock has traded between $192.30 and $329.09 over the past year, reflecting a volatile trajectory that has raised questions about its valuation.
GF Value™ verdict: Current price of $193.07 is 43.1% below the GF Value™ of $339.60, indicating significant undervaluation.GF Score™ of 86/100 suggests a strong overall investment quality, based on various fundamental metrics.Notable signal: Insiders have bought $1.3M in shares over the last three months, indicating confidence in the company's future performance. Is ADSK Overvalued or Undervalued? Based on the GF Value™, Autodesk Inc ADSK is currently trading significantly below its estimated fair value of $339.60, which results in a margin of safety of 43.1%. This substantial gap between the market price and the intrinsic value suggests that Autodesk may present a compelling opportunity for value-focused investors. The GF Valuation label categorizes Autodesk as significantly undervalued, which signals that the underlying assets and growth potential of the company have not been fully recognized by the market.
However, while the undervaluation presents an opportunity, it is important to exercise caution. The predictability score is only 1 star, indicating that the company's earnings may be less stable than desired. Thus, while the undervaluation suggests a potential upside, it is accompanied by risks that investors should consider, particularly regarding the company's ability to sustain expected growth rates in the future. GF Value™ is GuruFocus' proprietary measure of intrinsic value, calculated from historical trading multiples, past business growth, and future performance estimates.
How Does ADSK's Valuation Compare to Its History? Metric Current Historical P/E (TTM) 28.1x 55.6x Forward P/E 15.3x - The current P/E ratio of 28.1x is significantly below Autodesk's 5-year median P/E of 55.6x, indicating that the stock is trading at a much lower valuation than its historical average. The forward P/E of 15.3x further reinforces the notion that the stock is priced attractively when compared to its historical valuation metrics. This analysis agrees with the GF Value™ verdict, suggesting that Autodesk is undervalued based on its earnings potential relative to historical performance.
What Does ADSK's GF Score™ Tell Us? Metric Rating GF Score™ 86 Financial Strength 7/10 Profitability 8/10 Growth 10/10 Valuation 4/10 Momentum 4/10 The GF Score™ of 86/100 indicates a strong overall investment quality for Autodesk. The company scores particularly high in Growth (10/10) and Profitability (8/10), highlighting its ability to generate earnings and expand effectively. However, the Valuation (4/10) and Momentum (4/10) scores reflect areas of concern, particularly in terms of recent price performance and relative valuation metrics. This combination suggests that while Autodesk has strong growth capabilities, it may face challenges in market sentiment and valuation perceptions.
What Are Insiders Doing with ADSK Stock? Recent insider activity indicates a bullish sentiment among Autodesk executives, with insiders purchasing $1.3 million worth of shares over the past three months and no recorded selling. This pattern of buying suggests confidence in the company's prospects and could signal to the market that insiders believe the current share price is undervalued. Such insider buying is often viewed as a positive indicator, potentially reflecting strong belief in the company's future growth trajectory.
What This Means for Investors Based on the analysis, Autodesk Inc ADSK is currently undervalued with a significant upside potential according to the GF Value™ assessment. However, investors should remain aware of the associated risks and challenges, particularly regarding earnings predictability and market momentum.

Accenture's prior guidance, issued during its fiscal Q2 earnings report on March 19, 2026, projected 3-5% revenue growth for full-year fiscal 2026, uplifted from Q1's previous 2-5% target. Today's Q3 results narrowed that range by cutting the upper bound, and the stock recorded its largest single-day percentage decline on record. The Q3 revenue figure of $18.7 billion came in below analyst expectations of $18.78 billion.

Shares of tech consulting giant Accenture (ACN +1.75%) sank about 18% on Thursday, the stock's worst single-day drop in years, after the company reported results for its fiscal third quarter (the period ended May 31, 2026). The slide left the stock trading around $128 as of this writing, and down more than 50% so far this year.
What's strange is that the quarter itself looked healthy. Accenture's earnings per share rose 9% year over year to $3.80, and revenue grew 6% to $18.7 billion. The company's operating margin even ticked higher.
But the selling likely had little to do with the quarter Accenture just posted and a lot to do with what comes next -- and with a question that has shadowed the stock all year. Is artificial intelligence (AI) starting to eat into demand for the work that built Accenture into a consulting powerhouse?
The outlook, not the quarter The most concrete worry was guidance.
Accenture now expects full-year revenue to grow 3% to 4% in local currency, down from the 3% to 5% range it gave three months earlier. That trims the midpoint of its growth target from 4% to 3.5%. For a company generating about $70 billion in annual revenue, even half a point matters, suggesting near-term demand is softening rather than picking up. Management pinned about a percentage point of the drag on its U.S. federal business, where government cost-cutting has squeezed consulting contracts -- a headwind it expects to ease by the current quarter.
Further, new bookings, a useful read on future revenue, slipped to $19.3 billion from $19.7 billion a year earlier.
And then there was the timing of the earnings report. The same morning, Accenture said it would spend about $4.18 billion to buy a majority stake in cybersecurity company Dragos and acquire two smaller security firms, runZero and NetRise. It is the company's largest push yet into protecting operational technology (OT) -- the systems behind power grids and factories. Spending billions on deals while organic growth cools is a lot to ask from investors.
"Our clients across industries and regions are asking us how to be more proactive and integrated in their approach to cybersecurity," CEO Julie Sweet said in the company's announcement of the acquisitions.

The bigger AI question Here's the deeper fear that has driven the stock down about 40% this year. A large share of consulting revenue comes from helping clients build software and integrate their systems. If AI tools can do more of that work in less time, companies may need fewer billable hours. Accenture's consulting revenue, which grew just 1% in local currency last quarter, gives that worry something real to point at.
Accenture's answer is that AI is a reason clients need it more, not less.
Helping a big enterprise actually put AI to work across its operations is messy and expensive -- and that is exactly the kind of project Accenture sells. In its fiscal first quarter, the company booked $2.2 billion of what it calls advanced AI work, and management has since stopped breaking out the figure, saying AI now runs through nearly everything it does.
"We believe that AI will be a tailwind for us and our industry as it scales," said CEO Julie Sweet on the latest earnings call, pushing back on the idea that the technology is denting demand for the company's services.
The cybersecurity bet follows the same logic. As companies wire AI into the machinery that runs factories and utilities, securing that infrastructure turns into a far bigger market -- one Accenture pegs at about $27 billion today.
Which brings us to the stock. After Thursday's drop, Accenture trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of about 11 -- a level it hasn't seen in years -- even as the business generated $3.6 billion in free cash flow last quarter and returned $2.2 billion to shareholders. That is an unusually low valuation for a profitable market leader.
So, is AI coming for the consulting business? Maybe, at the margins -- and the soft bookings number is the one I'd watch most closely from here. But that valuation seems to price in a future in which AI is a major disruptor to consulting and Accenture fails to adapt. Overall, though, I think Thursday's sell-off looks more like an overreaction than a verdict on the business. But I'd want to see bookings turn higher again before calling the stock a clear bargain.
India's Nifty IT index slumped 5.6% on Friday after industry bellwether Accenture forecast quarterly sales below Wall Street view and lowered the upper end of its annual revenue outlook due to weakness in its Middle East business.
Indian IT shares fell sharply on Friday after Accenture’s weaker outlook revived concerns that global technology spending remains fragile despite strong investor enthusiasm around artificial intelligence.
The Nifty IT index dropped as much as 5.8%, making it one of the worst-performing sector gauges in Mumbai, after Accenture lowered the upper end of its annual revenue growth forecast and issued a softer-than-expected sales outlook.
The warning hit large exporters including Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys and HCLTech, as investors treated the update as an early signal for demand across the broader outsourcing and consulting industry.
The selloff was triggered by Accenture’s fiscal third-quarter update, which showed the limits of the recovery in enterprise technology spending.
The company now expects full-year revenue growth of 3%-4% in local currency, compared with its earlier guidance of 3%-5%.
It also forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $17.75 billion to $18.4 billion, below Wall Street expectations.
Accenture’s third-quarter revenue rose 6% to $18.72 billion, but still missed market estimates.
New bookings fell about 2% to $19.3 billion, pointing to slower decision-making by clients on large transformation contracts.
The read-through was especially painful for Indian IT firms because Accenture competes directly for digital transformation, cloud migration, consulting and managed-services contracts.
When the global bellwether sounds cautious, investors tend to reassess growth assumptions for Indian exporters.
Shares of TCS, Infosys and HCLTech fell between 5% and 7%, while other technology names also came under pressure.
Infosys stock dropped as much as 8%, TCS fell 5.4%, Wipro lost more than 4%, and HCLTech and Tech Mahindra declined over 5% each.
The decline also weighed on the broader market, with the Nifty 50 and Sensex opening lower after a recent rally. That made the move more than a sector-specific correction.
It showed that investors remain sensitive to any sign that global discretionary spending is not recovering fast enough.
Goldman Sachs analysts noted that Accenture’s results signalled a weak read-through for Indian IT companies, as demand visibility remains limited across key client markets.
The bigger question is whether AI can offset weakness in traditional IT services.
Accenture said demand remains concentrated in areas such as AI, cloud, data and cybersecurity, and announced deals worth $4.18 billion to expand its industrial cybersecurity business.
Analysts said that Accenture’s results point to demand becoming more concentrated in targeted AI investments, while broader consulting and transformation spending remains under pressure.
That distinction matters for Indian IT firms. AI-led deals may support long-term demand, but they are not yet broad enough to fully replace delayed discretionary projects.
For now, investors are likely to demand clearer signs of deal conversion, revenue visibility and margin stability before paying higher multiples for the sector again.
Stocks of major Indian information technology companies fell as much as 7% on Friday after global professional service giant Accenture lowered its revenue guidance, souring sentiment toward the sector.
Shares of India's largest IT company, Tata Consultancy Services, were down over 5%. Infosys dropped more than 7% while Tech Mahindra declined over 4%. The benchmark Nifty IT Index slid more than 5%.
Accenture on Thursday cut its revenue growth guidance for the financial year ending August 2026 to between 3% and 4% from its previous forecast of 4% to 5%.
"On the revenue side, we missed revenue consensus by $90 million, and we had a $100 million impact from the Middle East," Accenture CEO Julie Sweet told CNBC's Squawk on the Street on Thursday, discussing the company's third-quarter results.
watch now
Global brokerage Citi said Thursday it remains cautious on the Indian IT sector, noting that the Nifty IT index trades around 16 times one-year forward earnings, while Accenture trades at 10 times.
"We have been cautious given AI disruption, increased competitive intensity, GCC trends, etc.; the macro uncertainty increases the challenges near term," as per Citi's note.

("INFRONEER HD"), in collaboration with Accenture (NYSE: ACN) and SAP Japan, today announced that it has built a new financial data and insights platform—the digital core of its data driven management—in just three months. This rapid delivery was made possible by CEO-led business process reengineering.
The new platform is the first deliverable of a broader project to build a data-driven, next generation digital core that seamlessly connects management information end-to-end—from project-level cost management to group-wide financial accounting—enabling faster, more sophisticated decision-making across the group. This project marks a key step in INFRONEER HD's transformation toward becoming an integrated infrastructure service company spanning the full lifecycle of infrastructure, moving beyond the traditional contracting-centered model. Responding to industry-wide challenges such as aging infrastructure, labor shortages, and slow digitalization, and amid group expansion through M&A, INFRONEER HD has advanced its group management capabilities by consolidating and visualizing critical management data with Accenture. INFRONEER Strategy & Innovation*, a joint venture established by the two companies in April 2025 accelerated this work.
For this project, SAP® Cloud ERP was implemented for the financial accounting domain at the core of group management. Achieving one of the fastest implementations of its kind in Japan reflects INFRONEER HD's long-standing, management led business reform approach—working closely with its operating companies to deeply understand frontline realities and business specifics. The achievement was further driven by the new implementation approach announced by Accenture and SAP in April—designed to rapidly deploy SAP Cloud ERP as a foundation for AI driven value creation—and by a joint dedicated team that led delivery.
Looking ahead, INFRONEER HD and Accenture will extend this approach to additional functions such as procurement and cost management, while advancing AI-powered analytics and predictive insights to elevate the quality and speed of decision-making across the group. In the longer term, INFRONEER HD aims to evolve these initiatives into a model that can be scaled across the infrastructure and construction industry, contributing to industry-wide productivity and the resolution of societal challenges surrounding infrastructure.
Kazunari Kibe, Representative Executive Officer and President, INFRONEER Holdings Inc., said, "The most important insight from this project is that building core enterprise systems should be treated not as an operational project, but as a management driven initiative. These projects often become prolonged because development begins before management has defined what data it needs to see and how it will use that data to make decisions—questions only management can answer. At INFRONEER HD, we have long practiced data driven management and refined our management framework together with Accenture. That foundation enabled us to deploy our financial accounting system in just three months and begin expanding into other business areas—rather than years such projects typically require. Going forward, we plan to extend this approach into other functions and across the entire group and position management led, data driven transformation as a catalyst for innovation in the infrastructure and construction industry."
Dai Hamaoka, Representative Director and President Japan Country Managing Director, Accenture, said, "Through its Reinvention Services, Accenture helps clients achieve rapid transformation by integrating management and performance improvement, business and operational reform, core system modernization, data and AI, ecosystem collaboration, and operations outsourcing into a single, connected effort. Our work with INFRONEER HD is Reinvention Services in action: We combined data- and AI-powered business reform with operational efficiency and end-to-end transformation from the boardroom to the front line to bring core enterprise systems live in just three months. This is a best-case outcome enabled by specific preconditions—executive engagement, prior business reform, organizational culture, and industry and process context—and while it may not apply to every client, this approach can reliably reduce both implementation timelines and investment. As AI becomes central to enterprise management, the ability to deliver this kind of implementation speed is more critical than ever to sharpening decision-making, raising productivity, and strengthening competitiveness."
Yoshiro Horikawa, President & Representative Director, SAP Japan, said, "This initiative by INFRONEER HD represents a concrete outcome of the collaboration program between SAP Japan and Accenture to rapidly establish SAP Cloud ERP as a foundation for AI driven value creation. Brought live in just three months, this advanced project serves as a flagship SAP Cloud ERP initiative in Japan's construction industry. By combining customers' strong commitment to management transformation and deep understanding of Japanese business operations with SAP's global standardization expertise and advanced technologies, SAP Japan will continue supporting customers in advancing operations that underpin social infrastructure."
