Marvell Technology (NASDAQ:MRVL | MRVL Price Prediction) has been one of the strongest performers in the 2026 AI infrastructure trade, rising from $84.88 at year-end to $276.70. The question now is whether the run has more left.
Based on our proprietary model, the 24/7 Wall St. price target for Marvell is $306.71, implying 10.84% upside over the next twelve months. Our recommendation is buy, with high confidence at 90%.
24/7 Wall St. Price Target Summary Metric Value Current Price $276.70 24/7 Wall St. Price Target $306.71 Upside 10.84% Recommendation BUY Confidence Level 90% From $85 to $276 in Six Months Marvell has gained 225.99% year to date and 268.9% over the past year, with a 40.94% move in the last month alone.
The catalyst was the Q1 FY2027 earnings report on May 27, 2026, when revenue of $2.417 billion grew 27.6% YoY and non-GAAP EPS hit $0.80. Data center revenue of $1.832 billion now represents 76% of the business.
CEO Matt Murphy raised the FY27 and FY28 outlook on what he called “exceptional AI-related bookings.” Shares pulled back 4.43% last week as profit-taking debates dominated Reddit threads.
Why Bulls See a Breakout to $356 Our bull case projects Marvell at $356.49 within a year, a 28.83% total return. The driver is custom XPU silicon. Murphy stated AI “now represents the majority of our data center revenue,” and the company has secured three-nanometer wafer and advanced packaging capacity for follow-on production in calendar 2026.
Q2 FY27 guidance calls for revenue of $2.70 billion, roughly 35% YoY growth, with EPS of $0.93. Recent acquisitions of Celestial AI and XConn Technologies, plus a partnership adding NVIDIA NVLink Fusion to the custom platform, extend the optical and chiplet roadmap. Free cash flow hit a record $483.1M, up 126.8% YoY.
The Risks Worth Watching The bear case targets $231.25, a -16.42% drawdown. The forward P/E of 91 leaves little room for execution slips, and analyst consensus target sits at just $241.79, well below our model. Customer concentration is real, with hyperscalers driving the bulk of data center revenue and the risk that they vertically integrate silicon.
Insider activity has skewed toward selling across 114 recent transactions. Stock-based comp rose to $207.6M from $142.1M. That said, the GAAP net income drop reflects a one-time contingent consideration charge tied to acquisitions rather than an operational miss, and operating cash flow still hit a record $638.8M.
Marvell Price Prediction 2026 to 2030 The 24/7 Wall St. price target reflects a buy at our stated confidence level. The tipping factor is the FY27 and FY28 outlook raise, which signals booked demand.
The setup strengthens if the Q2 earnings report confirms data center revenue sustains strong YoY growth. I’d stay on the sidelines if hyperscaler capex commentary turns cautious or if a major custom XPU customer signals a second source. For now, the setup favors the bulls.
Looking further ahead, here is where our model projects Marvell could trade, assuming continued AI infrastructure spend and gradual multiple compression as growth normalizes.
Year 24/7 Wall St. Price Target 2026 $306.71 2030 $400.58 These projections assume Marvell continues winning custom silicon sockets and ramping 1.6T optical interconnects. Significant upside or downside could come from hyperscaler capex shifts or trade restrictions on Chinese demand.

Wendy's Co (NASDAQ:WEN) is looking to extend yesterday's surge after Reddit's WallStreetBets forum kickstarted a meme stock rally. Traders on the platform pointed to the fast-food chain's new CFO hire Steve Cirulis, plans to close select stores, China expansion efforts, and the possibility of a buyout by Nelson Peltz's Trian Fund Management as catalysts behind the buying frenzy.
Yesterday's rally had WEN bouncing off 12-year lows with a 25.7% gap higher. Today, shares were last seen up 9% at $8.57, breaking into positive territory for 2026. Should these gains hold, WEN will nab its third straight daily win.
Coming into today, short interest still represents 29% of the stock's available float. It would take shorts five days to buy back their bearish bets, at WEN's average pace of trading.
Over in the options pit, WEN has seen has seen 126,000 calls and 48,000 puts exchanged, more than 22 times the options volume it typically sees in an entire day, though trading is subject to being halted amid the volatility. The weekly 6/26 9-strike call is the most popular, followed by the weekly 6/26 6.50-strike put.
Wendy's (WEN) saw its shares surge in the last session with trading volume being higher than average. The latest trend in earnings estimate revisions could translate into further price increase in the near term.
Taking full advantage of the stock market and investing with confidence are common goals for new and old investors, and Zacks Premium offers many different ways to do both.
The popular research service can help you become a smarter, more self-assured investor, giving you access to daily updates of the Zacks Rank and Zacks Industry Rank, the Zacks #1 Rank List, Equity Research reports, and Premium stock screens.
Zacks Premium also includes the Zacks Style Scores.
What are the Zacks Style Scores? Developed alongside the Zacks Rank, the Zacks Style Scores are a group of complementary indicators that help investors pick stocks with the best chances of beating the market over the next 30 days.
Each stock is given an alphabetic rating of A, B, C, D or F based on their value, growth, and momentum qualities. With this system, an A is better than a B, a B is better than a C, and so on, meaning the better the score, the better chance the stock will outperform.
The Style Scores are broken down into four categories:
Value ScoreFor value investors, it's all about finding good stocks at good prices, and discovering which companies are trading under their true value before the broader market catches on. The Value Style Score utilizes ratios like P/E, PEG, Price/Sales, Price/Cash Flow, and a host of other multiples to help pick out the most attractive and discounted stocks.
Growth ScoreGrowth investors, on the other hand, are more concerned with a company's financial strength and health, and its future outlook. The Growth Style Score examines things like projected and historic earnings, sales, and cash flow to find stocks that will experience sustainable growth over time.
Momentum ScoreMomentum trading is all about taking advantage of upward or downward trends in a stock's price or earnings outlook, and these investors live by the saying "the trend is your friend." The Momentum Style Score can pinpoint good times to build a position in a stock, using factors like one-week price change and the monthly percentage change in earnings estimates.
VGM ScoreWhat if you like to use all three types of investing? The VGM Score is a combination of all Style Scores, making it one of the most comprehensive indicators to use with the Zacks Rank. It rates each stock on their combined weighted styles, which helps narrow down the companies with the most attractive value, best growth forecast, and most promising momentum.
How Style Scores Work with the Zacks Rank The Zacks Rank is a proprietary stock-rating model that harnesses the power of earnings estimate revisions, or changes to a company's earnings expectations, to help investors build a successful portfolio.
Investors can count on the Zacks Rank's success, with #1 (Strong Buy) stocks producing an unmatched +24% average annual return since 1988, more than double the S&P 500's performance. But the model rates a large number of stocks, and there are over 200 companies with a Strong Buy rank, plus another 600 with a #2 (Buy) rank, on any given day.
With more than 800 top-rated stocks to choose from, it can certainly feel overwhelming to pick the ones that are right for you and your investing journey.
That's where the Style Scores come in.
To maximize your returns, you want to buy stocks with the highest probability of success. This means picking stocks with a Zacks Rank #1 or #2 that also have Style Scores of A or B. If you find yourself looking at stocks with a #3 (Hold) rank, make sure they have Scores of A or B as well to ensure as much upside potential as possible.
The direction of a stock's earnings estimate revisions should always be a key factor when choosing which stocks to buy, since the Scores were created to work together with the Zacks Rank.
For instance, a stock with a #4 (Sell) or #5 (Strong Sell) rating, even one that boasts Scores of A and B, still has a downward-trending earnings forecast, and a much greater likelihood its share price will decline as well.
Thus, the more stocks you own with a #1 or #2 Rank and Scores of A or B, the better.
Stock to Watch: Amphenol (APH - Free Report) Amphenol designs, manufactures and markets electrical, electronic and fiber optic connectors, interconnect systems, antennas, sensors and sensor-based products, and coaxial, high-speed, fiber optic and specialty cable. The company is headquartered in Wallingford, Connecticut.
APH is a #2 (Buy) on the Zacks Rank, with a VGM Score of B.
Momentum investors should take note of this Computer and Technology stock. APH has a Momentum Style Score of B, and shares are up 16.1% over the past four weeks.
For fiscal 2026, three analysts revised their earnings estimate upwards in the last 60 days, and the Zacks Consensus Estimate has increased $0.49 to $4.78 per share. APH boasts an average earnings surprise of +14.1%.
With a solid Zacks Rank and top-tier Momentum and VGM Style Scores, APH should be on investors' short list.

After reaching an important support level, Toast (TOST - Free Report) could be a good stock pick from a technical perspective. TOST surpassed resistance at the 50-day moving average, suggesting a short-term bullish trend.
One of the three major moving averages, the 50-day simple moving average is commonly used by traders and analysts to determine support or resistance levels for different types of securities. However, the 50-day is considered to be more important since it's the first marker of an up or down trend.
Shares of TOST have been moving higher over the past four weeks, up 6.2%. Plus, the company is currently a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) stock, suggesting that TOST could be poised for a continued surge.
The bullish case only gets stronger once investors take into account TOST's positive earnings estimate revisions. There have been 3 higher compared to none lower for the current fiscal year, and the consensus estimate has moved up as well.
Given this move in earnings estimate revisions and the positive technical factor, investors may want to keep their eye on TOST for more gains in the near future.
Toast (TOST - Free Report) is looking like an interesting pick from a technical perspective, as the company reached a key level of support. Recently, TOST crossed above the 20-day moving average, suggesting a short-term bullish trend.
The 20-day simple moving average is a popular trading tool. It provides a look back at a stock's price over a 20-day period, and is beneficial to short-term traders since it smooths out price fluctuations and provides more trend reversal signals than longer-term moving averages.
The 20-day moving average can show signals that are similar to other SMAs as well. If a stock's price is moving above the 20-day, the trend is considered positive. When the price falls below the moving average, it can signal a downward trend.
Shares of TOST have been moving higher over the past four weeks, up 6.2%. Plus, the company is currently a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) stock, suggesting that TOST could be poised for a continued surge.
The bullish case solidifies once investors consider TOST's positive earnings estimate revisions. No estimate has gone lower in the past two months for the current fiscal year, compared to 3 higher, while the consensus estimate has increased too.
Investors should think about putting TOST on their watchlist given the ultra-important technical indicator and positive move in earnings estimate revisions.
Key Takeaways Baker Hughes signed a geothermal development agreement with Mantle Reach Power across North America. The partnership targets up to 500 MW of geothermal capacity using BKR's subsurface and digital technologies. The collaboration aims to improve project economics and support growing demand for reliable low-carbon power. Baker Hughes Company (BKR - Free Report) has entered into a commercial agreement with Mantle Reach Power, a geothermal developer backed by EnCap Energy Transition Fund III, to accelerate large-scale geothermal energy deployment across North America. The partnership is designed to deploy the reliable, round-the-clock clean energy necessary to fuel the future of electrification, artificial intelligence and hyperscale data centers. By participating in the fast-growing geothermal market, BKR is expanding its exposure to the energy transition sector while creating new avenues for long-term revenue growth.
Per the agreement, Baker Hughes will serve as the integrated subsurface solution provider. Mantle Reach Power will oversee project development, ownership and financing, leveraging EnCap's extensive expertise and financial resources. The agreement is intended to improve project economics, optimize risk allocation and enhance financing prospects, thereby addressing one of the key barriers that has limited geothermal development at scale.
The collaboration could create a meaningful growth opportunity for Baker Hughes as geothermal projects advance toward commercialization. BKR expects to support the development of up to 500 megawatts of geothermal capacity by supplying its portfolio of subsurface, power generation and digital technologies, providing a potential source of additional cash flow. As demand for dependable, low-carbon baseload power continues to rise, geothermal energy is increasingly viewed as an attractive solution due to its reliability and minimal emissions profile.
Through this agreement, Baker Hughes is expanding its presence in the fast-growing geothermal energy sector, creating a new avenue for revenue growth beyond the traditional oilfield services business. This demonstrates BKR's ability to leverage its existing energy technology expertise for high-growth, clean-energy applications, thereby strengthening the business model and enhancing its appeal to investors. The partnership helps BKR diversify revenue streams, expand its participation in energy transition opportunities and enhance long-term shareholder value through scalable, technology-driven growth initiatives.
Baker Hughes currently carries a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold).
Business models in the oilfield services sector, including BKR, are closely linked to the capital spending of upstream players. With West Texas Intermediate crude prices trading around the $70-per-barrel mark and Brent prices trading above the $70-per-barrel mark, according to oilprice.com, players like Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. (VIST - Free Report) , YPF Sociedad Anónima (YPF - Free Report) and W&T Offshore, Inc. (WTI - Free Report) , which have a presence in upstream operations are benefiting from the elevated crude pricing environment. WTI and VIST currently carry a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy) each, while YPF sports a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy). You can see the complete list of today’s Zacks #1 Rank stocks here.
Vista operates 205,600 acres in Argentina's Vaca Muerta Basin, one of the world's premier unconventional shale basins. Supported by its Vaca Muerta footprint, VIST expects its daily production to reach 200 thousand barrels of oil equivalent by 2030.
Argentina’s integrated energy company YPF has an extensive footprint in the Vaca Muerta Basin to fuel production growth. YPF anticipates increased spending and activity in the coming quarters to bolster oil and gas production in the second half of 2026.
W&T Offshore’s offshore footprint in the Gulf of America spans approximately 605,000 acres and supports a large reserve base. WTI's 1P and 2P reserves have a production potential and resource longevity of 20 years.

Key Takeaways Jabil raised fiscal 2026 AI-related revenue outlook to about $13.6 billion on strong AI demand.JBL added a third hyperscale customer, expanding its AI infrastructure manufacturing opportunities.Jabil is expanding capacity, automation and connected factories to support growing AI production. Artificial intelligence is reshaping global manufacturing as cloud providers and technology companies invest heavily in next-generation computing infrastructure. Jabil, Inc. (JBL - Free Report) is positioning itself to capitalize on that trend by expanding its manufacturing capabilities, strengthening customer relationships and increasing automation across its global operations. While AI infrastructure has become the company’s fastest-growing business, its diversified manufacturing platform provides additional opportunities to benefit from several long-term industrial trends.
How JBL Is Scaling AI ManufacturingAI infrastructure has become Jabil’s largest growth driver, supported by rising demand from hyperscale customers and cloud service providers. The company has steadily expanded its capabilities across the AI hardware ecosystem, including compute, storage, networking, optics, power, cooling and rack integration.
Management recently raised its fiscal 2026 AI-related revenue outlook to approximately $13.6 billion, reflecting continued strength in cloud and data center infrastructure programs. Jabil also added a third hyperscale customer during the latest quarter, further expanding its addressable market and reinforcing its position as a strategic manufacturing partner for next-generation AI deployments.
The company’s exposure extends beyond servers alone, providing manufacturing support for networking equipment, capital equipment and warehouse automation systems that increasingly rely on AI-enabled technologies.
Jabil Builds Capacity for Future DemandMeeting growing AI demand requires significant manufacturing scale. Jabil continues expanding production capacity in North Carolina, Memphis, India and other strategic locations while maintaining its asset-light business model.
The company is investing in connected factories, automation technologies and operational improvements designed to increase productivity and support customer production ramps. At the same time, disciplined capital spending and efficient working capital management are helping improve returns while supporting long-term manufacturing flexibility.
These investments should allow Jabil to scale production efficiently as customer demand continues increasing across AI infrastructure and other higher-growth markets.
Why JBL Is Expanding Global PartnershipsJabil’s expanding relationships with hyperscale customers represent an important competitive advantage. Management noted that the company recently secured a third hyperscale customer and expects the relationship to broaden over time by leveraging expertise across multiple AI infrastructure technologies.
Beyond hyperscale deployments, Jabil continues supporting customers developing advanced networking, cloud infrastructure and automation solutions. These long-term collaborations deepen customer relationships while creating additional opportunities to expand manufacturing programs as new technologies move into commercial production.
Peers such as Celestica, Inc. (CLS - Free Report) and Flex, Ltd. (FLEX - Free Report) are also investing to capture AI infrastructure demand, underscoring the industry’s growing focus on advanced manufacturing capabilities for data center and networking applications.
Jabil Balances Growth With Execution RisksAlthough the long-term opportunity remains attractive, investors should continue monitoring execution risks. Customer concentration remains an important consideration, while geopolitical uncertainty and global trade dynamics could affect manufacturing operations and supply chains.
Demand also remains uneven across some end markets. Management continues to exercise caution regarding automotive demand despite recent improvement, and Connected Living continues to reflect a mixed consumer environment. Competitive pressures within the electronic manufacturing services industry and the possibility of customers bringing production in-house also remain ongoing challenges.
How JBL Technical Signals Complement the TrendJabil currently carries a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy), supported by a Momentum Score of A, Growth Score of B and VGM Score of A. Those indicators align with the company’s favorable earnings momentum and expanding participation in several long-term manufacturing trends, particularly AI infrastructure. You can see the complete list of today’s Zacks #1 Rank (Strong Buy) stocks here.
At the same time, the stock’s Value Score of C reminds investors that valuation remains an important consideration following its strong share price appreciation. While AI-related demand continues creating meaningful growth opportunities, sustained execution and disciplined capital allocation will remain essential to supporting the company’s long-term investment case.
Key Takeaways Jabil's diversified segments help balance revenue across AI, healthcare, automotive and cloud markets.JBL raised its fiscal 2026 AI revenue outlook to about $13.6 billion and added a third hyperscale customer.Jabil is expanding manufacturing capacity and automation while managing customer concentration risks. Jabil, Inc. (JBL - Free Report) has evolved well beyond its roots as an electronics manufacturing services provider. While AI infrastructure has emerged as the company’s most powerful growth catalyst, improving trends in industrial automation, healthcare, automotive and digital commerce have broadened its revenue base. That diversification is attracting greater investor attention because it helps reduce dependence on any single end market while positioning Jabil to benefit from several long-term technology trends.
How JBL Diversifies Revenue GrowthJabil organizes its operations into three segments: Regulated Industries, Intelligent Infrastructure, and Connected Living & Digital Commerce. During the fiscal third quarter of 2026, Intelligent Infrastructure contributed approximately 48% of revenue, followed by Regulated Industries at 36% and Connected Living & Digital Commerce at 16%.
Each business serves different industries, ranging from automotive, healthcare and renewable energy to networking, cloud infrastructure, warehouse automation and consumer electronics. Management has intentionally built a diversified operating model that seeks to balance operating income and cash flow across multiple end markets rather than relying on a single product category. This approach has helped cushion cyclical weakness in some businesses while allowing faster-growing markets to offset softer demand elsewhere.

Why Jabil Is Winning AI Infrastructure DemandAI infrastructure has become Jabil’s primary growth engine. Strong spending by hyperscale customers continues to drive demand across cloud and data center infrastructure, networking equipment, capital equipment and warehouse automation.
Management recently increased its fiscal 2026 AI-related revenue outlook to approximately $13.6 billion, up from its previous forecast and well above fiscal 2025 levels. The company also added a third hyperscale customer during the latest quarter, expanding opportunities across compute, storage, networking, optics, power, cooling and rack integration solutions.
These capabilities position Jabil as an important manufacturing partner as enterprises continue investing in AI infrastructure, with management expecting AI-related growth to remain robust even as the revenue base expands further in fiscal 2027.
JBL Expands Its Global Manufacturing FootprintSupporting that demand requires continued investment in manufacturing capacity. Jabil is expanding operations in North Carolina, Memphis, India and other strategic locations while maintaining an asset-light operating model.
The company is also investing in connected factories, automation and AI-enabled manufacturing to improve productivity and support customer production ramps. Disciplined capital spending and working capital management have allowed Jabil to increase manufacturing capacity without materially increasing capital intensity, supporting both operating efficiency and long-term margin expansion.
Jabil Still Faces Important Business RisksDespite its favorable growth outlook, investors should continue monitoring several risks. Customer concentration remains one of the company’s biggest challenges, as reduced demand from major customers could materially affect financial performance.
Jabil also operates in a highly competitive electronic manufacturing services industry alongside companies such as Flex Ltd. (FLEX - Free Report) and Celestica, Inc. (CLS - Free Report) , both of which continue investing in advanced manufacturing capabilities. In addition, geopolitical uncertainty, uneven consumer demand, automotive volatility and the possibility that some customers could shift production in-house remain meaningful risks that could affect future growth.
How JBL Rating Signals Fit the Bigger PictureJabil currently carries a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy), supported by a Momentum Score of A, Growth Score of B and VGM Score of A. Those indicators reflect favorable earnings momentum and solid growth characteristics over the near term. You can see the complete list of today’s Zacks #1 Rank (Strong Buy) stocks here.
At the same time, the company’s Value Score of C suggests valuation is less compelling following the stock’s strong appreciation. While expanding AI infrastructure demand and diversified operations continue to support a constructive outlook, investors should balance those strengths against valuation considerations and the cyclical nature of several of Jabil’s end markets.
Key Takeaways Jabil raised fiscal 2026 guidance after revenue, EPS and free cash flow topped expectations.JBL expects about $13.6 billion in fiscal 2026 AI revenue driven by hyperscale demand.JBL trades near its sub-industry forward P/E average as execution remains key after the rally. Jabil, Inc. (JBL - Free Report) has been one of the standout performers in the electronics manufacturing services industry, with its shares climbing sharply as AI infrastructure spending accelerated. The rally reflects growing investor confidence in the company’s ability to capitalize on AI-driven demand while improving profitability across its diversified business. The key question now is whether Jabil’s earnings growth can continue to justify its higher valuation.
JBL Earnings Continue Building MomentumJabil delivered another strong fiscal third quarter, reinforcing confidence in its execution. Revenue increased 11.8% year over year to $8.75 billion, while core diluted earnings per share climbed 23.9% to $3.16, exceeding the Zacks Consensus Estimate. The company also generated core operating income of $504 million, with its core operating margin improving to 5.8%.
Cash generation remained another bright spot. Adjusted free cash flow reached $359 million during the quarter, prompting management to raise its fiscal 2026 adjusted free cash flow outlook to more than $1.4 billion. Broad-based strength across AI infrastructure, capital equipment and warehouse automation, together with improving automotive and connected living demand, supported the stronger-than-expected results.
Why Jabil’s Outlook Remains ConstructiveManagement continues to expect favorable business conditions through the remainder of fiscal 2026. The company increased its full-year revenue outlook to approximately $35 billion while projecting core diluted earnings per share of about $12.70 and core operating margins of approximately 5.8%.
AI infrastructure remains the primary growth driver. Management now expects approximately $13.6 billion in AI-related revenue during fiscal 2026, supported by expanding hyperscale customer relationships and increasing demand across cloud infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, cooling and rack integration. Automotive demand has also improved from earlier expectations, while healthcare, digital commerce and warehouse automation continue contributing to a more balanced growth profile.
Strong operating leverage, disciplined capital spending and an asset-light manufacturing strategy should continue supporting margin expansion and healthy cash generation as new production capacity comes online.
What Could Limit JBL's Upside?Although Jabil’s operating momentum remains favorable, several factors warrant caution. Customer concentration continues to expose the company to the risk of reduced orders from major clients. The electronic manufacturing services industry also remains highly competitive, with companies such as Flex, Ltd. (FLEX - Free Report) and Sanmina Corporation (SANM - Free Report) competing for many of the same outsourcing opportunities.
Macroeconomic uncertainty, geopolitical developments and uneven demand across consumer-oriented markets could also create periodic volatility. While automotive trends have improved recently, management continues to view that end market cautiously because of ongoing demand fluctuations.
How JBL Valuation Shapes ExpectationsJabil's strong share price performance has lifted its valuation. The stock currently trades at a forward 12-month P/E of 25.52, compared with the sub-industry average of 25.89. While the premium is not significant, the valuation suggests much of the company's improving AI infrastructure outlook and earnings momentum may already be reflected in the share price. As a result, sustained revenue growth, margin expansion and continued execution will likely be important drivers of additional upside.
How JBL Ranking Indicators Support InvestorsJabil currently carries a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy), reflecting favorable near-term earnings momentum. The stock also earns a Momentum Score of A, Growth Score of B and VGM Score of A, indicating attractive momentum and growth characteristics that complement its positive earnings outlook. You can see the complete list of today’s Zacks #1 Rank (Strong Buy) stocks here.
However, the company’s Value Score of C suggests investors should balance those encouraging indicators against valuation considerations. Jabil’s AI-driven growth story remains intact, but after a powerful rally, continued execution will likely play an increasingly important role in determining future shareholder returns.

What are the Zacks Style Scores? The Zacks Style Scores, developed alongside the Zacks Rank, are complementary indicators that rate stocks based on three widely-followed investing methodologies; they also help investors pick stocks with the best chances of beating the market over the next 30 days.
Based on their value, growth, and momentum characteristics, each stock is assigned a rating of A, B, C, D, or F. The better the score, the better chance the stock will outperform; an A is better than a B, a B is better than a C, and so on.
The Style Scores are broken down into four categories:
Value ScoreValue investors love finding good stocks at good prices, especially before the broader market catches on to a stock's true value. Utilizing ratios like P/E, PEG, Price/Sales, Price/Cash Flow, and many other multiples, the Value Style Score identifies the most attractive and most discounted stocks.
Growth ScoreWhile good value is important, growth investors are more focused on a company's financial strength and health, and its future outlook. The Growth Style Score takes projected and historic earnings, sales, and cash flow into account to uncover stocks that will see long-term, sustainable growth.
Momentum ScoreMomentum traders and investors live by the saying "the trend is your friend." This investing style is all about taking advantage of upward or downward trends in a stock's price or earnings outlook. Employing factors like one-week price change and the monthly percentage change in earnings estimates, the Momentum Style Score can indicate favorable times to build a position in high-momentum stocks.
How Style Scores Work with the Zacks Rank The Zacks Rank, which is a proprietary stock-rating model, employs earnings estimate revisions, or changes to a company's earnings expectations, to make building a winning portfolio easier.
#1 (Strong Buy) stocks have produced an unmatched +24% average annual return since 1988, which is more than double the S&P 500's performance over the same time frame. However, the Zacks Rank examines a ton of stocks, and there can be more than 200 companies with a Strong Buy rank, and another 600 with a #2 (Buy) rank, on any given day.
With more than 800 top-rated stocks to choose from, it can certainly feel overwhelming to pick the ones that are right for you and your investing journey.
That's where the Style Scores come in.
You want to make sure you're buying stocks with the highest likelihood of success, and to do that, you'll need to pick stocks with a Zacks Rank #1 or #2 that also have Style Scores of A or B. If you like a stock that only has a #3 (Hold) rank, it should also have Scores of A or B to guarantee as much upside potential as possible.
Stock to Watch: CarMax (KMX - Free Report) CarMax, Inc. is the largest retailer of used vehicles in the United States. In fiscal 2026 (ended Feb. 28, 2026), the company sold approximately 781,000 used vehicles at retail. It is also one of the nation’s largest operators of wholesale vehicle auctions, with roughly 538,000 vehicles sold in fiscal 2026.
KMX is a #3 (Hold) on the Zacks Rank, with a VGM Score of A.
Momentum investors should take note of this Retail-Wholesale stock. KMX has a Momentum Style Score of A, and shares are up 20.2% over the past four weeks.
Six analysts revised their earnings estimate upwards in the last 60 days for fiscal 2027. The Zacks Consensus Estimate has increased $0.17 to $2.60 per share. KMX boasts an average earnings surprise of +28.9%.
With a solid Zacks Rank and top-tier Momentum and VGM Style Scores, KMX should be on investors' short list.
If you own the Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund (NYSEARCA:XLU) as your AI power play, the logic is straightforward: data centers need electricity, regulated utilities sell electricity, so XLU should capture the demand wave. The fund holds NextEra Energy at 13.59%, Southern Company at 7.47%, and Duke Energy at 7.15%, charges an expense ratio of roughly 0.08%, and pays a respectable dividend. It is doing its job. The problem is that XLU is up 7.03% year-to-date, while a more direct grid play has roughly tripled that return. That fund is the First Trust NASDAQ Clean Edge Smart Grid Infrastructure Index Fund (NASDAQ:GRID).
Why XLU Lags the Demand It Was Supposed to Capture Regulated utilities recover capital through rate cases. When a hyperscaler signs a load deal, the utility files for cost recovery, regulators rule, and the earnings show up over a 10 to 30-year rate base. That is a real but slow tailwind. The Bureau of Economic Analysis shows the utilities sector growing value added at just 1.5% in Q4 2025, slower than information services at 2.5%. Rate sensitivity does not help either: an Alpha Vantage sentiment scan flagged a somewhat bearish reading on XLU in early February 2026, tied to bond-yield concerns, with later coverage warning that much of the AI growth story “might already be priced in.”
Where the Capex Actually Hits First This fund tracks equipment makers, electrical contractors, and transmission specialists rather than rate-based utility operators. According to the March 2026 NPORT filing, the top four positions are Eaton at 8.28%, Johnson Controls at 7.90%, National Grid at 7.86%, and Schneider Electric at 7.26%. The whole thesis here flows through corporate earnings and equipment demand, not through regulatory rate cases and approved returns on equity.
GE Vernova (NYSE:GEV | GEV Price Prediction) reported Q1 2026 revenue of $9.30 billion, up 15.8% year over year, with orders climbing 71% organically to $18.30 billion. Its Electrification segment booked $2.4 billion in data center equipment orders in Q1 alone, more than all of 2025 combined. CEO Scott Strazik framed it directly: “Demand is accelerating for our Power and Electrification solutions from a diverse set of customers, with our backlog growing by more than $13 billion quarter-over-quarter.” GEV is up 58.68% year-to-date.
Quanta Services (NYSE:PWR), a 4.24% GRID position, posted Q1 adjusted EPS of $2.68, beating the $2.03 estimate, on revenue of $7.87 billion, up 26.3%. Backlog hit a record $48.47 billion. The stock is up 66.47% year to date. CEO Duke Austin identified a $2.4 trillion total addressable market through 2030 across utility, generation, and large-load customers.
The Performance Gap in Plain Numbers Through June 23, this fund has returned 23.41% year to date, compared with the utilities ETF’s 7.03%. Over one year, the first fund is up 42.41% versus 14.08% for the utilities fund, and over five years, the totals are 115.77% against 65.48%. That performance gap really reflects where money is flowing right now: equipment, engineering and construction, and transmission gear, rather than regulated rate base returns.
The Tradeoffs to Flag There are real tradeoffs here, though. The expense ratio comes in at 0.56%, compared with 0.08% for the utilities fund, representing roughly a 48-basis-point fee difference. The trailing dividend yield is around 0.80%, with a price-to-earnings ratio of 28, while the utilities fund offers a yield in the mid-2 % range. The first fund is also more cyclical, since it holds industrial equipment makers and contractors that tend to get marked down whenever capital spending pauses. A couple of its larger components trade on forward earnings multiples near 40 and 53, respectively, both well above typical utility valuations. For a retiree who depends on the utilities fund for income, making a full swap would mean giving up the yield profile that originally justified the position.
How to Think About the Swap For investors holding XLU specifically as an AI power proxy in a tax-advantaged account, a partial reallocation to GRID captures the equipment-cycle leg of the same trend at a lower-yield, higher-beta cost. In a taxable account, embedded gains in XLU after its 144.33% ten-year run argue for trimming rather than full liquidation. For investors who own XLU primarily for defensive yield, the swap case applies only to the AI-thematic slice, not the full position.
What Would Change the Call A sustained drop in GEV order intake, a stall in PWR’s backlog growth, or a regulatory shift that accelerates utility rate-base recovery would narrow the gap. So would a rate-cut cycle that re-rates XLU’s bond proxy holdings. Until any of that shows up in filings, the equipment, EPC, and transmission layer is collecting the AI power dollars first, and GRID is the cleanest way to own it.

Stock to Watch: Labcorp Holdings (LH - Free Report) Headquartered in Burlington, NC, Labcorp Holdings, Inc. or Labcorp, is a leading healthcare diagnostics company, providing comprehensive clinical laboratory services and end-to-end drug development support. In 2015, Labcorp acquired NJ based Covance, a drug development services company providing a wide range of early stage and late-stage product development services on a worldwide basis primarily to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
LH is a #2 (Buy) on the Zacks Rank, with a VGM Score of A.
It also boasts a Value Style Score of B thanks to attractive valuation metrics like a forward P/E ratio of 14.73; value investors should take notice.
Nine analysts revised their earnings estimate higher in the last 60 days for fiscal 2026, while the Zacks Consensus Estimate has increased $0.39 to $18.00 per share. LH also boasts an average earnings surprise of +3.3%.
With a solid Zacks Rank and top-tier Value and VGM Style Scores, LH should be on investors' short list.
Momentum investors typically don't time the market or "buy low and sell high." In other words, they avoid betting on cheap stocks and waiting long for them to recover. Instead, they believe that "buying high and selling higher" is the way to make far more money in lesser time.
Everyone likes betting on fast-moving trending stocks, but it isn't easy to determine the right entry point. These stocks often lose momentum when their future growth potential fails to justify their swelled-up valuation. In that phase, investors find themselves invested in shares that have limited to no upside or even a downside. So, betting on a stock just by looking at the traditional momentum parameters could be risky at times.
A safer approach could be investing in bargain stocks with recent price momentum. While the Zacks Momentum Style Score (part of the Zacks Style Scores system) helps identify great momentum stocks by paying close attention to trends in a stock's price or earnings, our 'Fast-Paced Momentum at a Bargain' screen comes handy in spotting fast-moving stocks that are still attractively priced.
There are several stocks that currently pass through the screen and ArcBest (ARCB - Free Report) is one of them. Here are the key reasons why this stock is a great candidate.
A dash of recent price momentum reflects growing interest of investors in a stock. With a four-week price change of 8.9%, the stock of this freight transportation and logistics company is certainly well-positioned in this regard.
While any stock can see a spike in price for a short period, it takes a real momentum player to deliver positive returns for a longer time frame. ARCB meets this criterion too, as the stock gained 45.7% over the past 12 weeks.
Moreover, the momentum for ARCB is fast paced, as the stock currently has a beta of 1.55. This indicates that the stock moves 55% higher than the market in either direction.
Given this price performance, it is no surprise that ARCB has a Momentum Score of A, which indicates that this is the right time to enter the stock to take advantage of the momentum with the highest probability of success.
In addition to a favorable Momentum Score, an upward trend in earnings estimate revisions has helped ARCB earn a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy). Our research shows that the momentum-effect is quite strong among Zacks Rank #1 and #2 stocks. That's because as covering analysts raise their earnings estimates for a stock, more and more investors take an interest in it, helping its price race to keep up. You can see the complete list of today's Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) stocks here >>>>
Most importantly, despite possessing fast-paced momentum features, ARCB is trading at a reasonable valuation. In terms of Price-to-Sales ratio, which is considered as one of the best valuation metrics, the stock looks quite cheap now. ARCB is currently trading at 0.80 times its sales. In other words, investors need to pay only 80 cents for each dollar of sales.
So, ARCB appears to have plenty of room to run, and that too at a fast pace.
In addition to ARCB, there are several other stocks that currently pass through our 'Fast-Paced Momentum at a Bargain' screen. You may consider investing in them and start looking for the newest stocks that fit these criteria.
This is not the only screen that could help you find your next winning stock pick. Based on your personal investing style, you may choose from over 45 Zacks Premium Screens that are strategically created to beat the market.
However, keep in mind that the key to a successful stock-picking strategy is to ensure that it produced profitable results in the past. The approval makes Signatera the first PMDA-approved molecular residual disease (MRD) test in Japan and represents an important milestone in the company’s international expansion efforts.
Per management, the approval of Signatera in Japan reflects the contributions of investigators and patients who helped build the clinical evidence supporting this milestone. The company is now focused on preparing for the commercial launch of Signatera for CRC and remains committed to expanding global access to Signatera across additional cancer types, with muscle-invasive bladder cancer representing its next planned submission in Japan.
Likely Trend of NTRA Stock Following the NewsFollowing the announcement, NTRA shares gained 10.7% at yesterday’s closing. Year to date, the stock has gained 13.5% against the industry’s 4.6% decline. The S&P 500 has risen 7.4% in the same timeframe.
The PMDA approval of Signatera may strengthen Natera’s position in the growing MRD diagnostics market and expand its commercial opportunities. Successful commercialization in Japan could drive broader adoption of Signatera among oncologists and healthcare providers seeking more personalized treatment approaches. Continued international expansion and additional regulatory approvals may further enhance Natera’s long-term growth prospects.
NTRA currently has a market capitalization of $33.62 billion.

More on the NewsNatera plans to launch Signatera commercially in Japan by the end of 2026, pending final reimbursement and pricing decisions. The approval addresses a significant clinical need, as more than 150,000 people are diagnosed with CRC in Japan each year, making it one of the country’s most prevalent cancers. The incidence is comparable to that of the United States, underscoring the demand for more personalized tools in post-surgical cancer care.
The approval was backed by findings from the GALAXY clinical trial, part of the broader CIRCULATE-Japan initiative. Results showed that patients who were MRD-positive after surgery experienced significant benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy, while MRD-negative patients did not. The study analyzed 2,240 samples and is among the largest prospective investigations of MRD testing in resectable colorectal cancer, involving thousands of patients across more than 150 Japanese institutions.
The commercialization of Signatera will be supported by existing recommendations from the Japan Society of Clinical Oncology and the Japanese Society of Medical Oncology, both of which recognize the value of MRD testing in colorectal cancer management.
Industry Prospects Favoring the MarketGoing by the data provided by Precedence Research, the MRD testing market was valued at $1.70 billion in 2025 and is expected to witness a CAGR of 12% through 2034.
Factors like the demand for highly sensitive technologies like next-generation sequencing (NGS) and digital PCR (dPCR), which accurately detect minimal residual cancer cells to guide treatment decisions and predict patient outcomes, are boosting the market’s growth.
Other NewsNatera recently announced a collaboration with CytoDyn to evaluate circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) dynamics and generate real-world molecular insights to support CytoDyn’s metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) development program. Signatera, Natera’s personalized assay for the detection of MRD, will be used to evaluate ctDNA dynamics and molecular response patterns associated with leronlimab treatment.
In May, Natera announced a collaboration with Diakonos Oncology to incorporate its Signatera molecular residual disease test into Diakonos’ DOC-RM Phase I/II investigational immunotherapy trial for patients with refractory melanoma.

Featuring daily updates of the Zacks Rank and Zacks Industry Rank, full access to the Zacks #1 Rank List, Equity Research reports, and Premium stock screens, the research service can help you become a smarter, more self-assured investor.
Zacks Premium includes access to the Zacks Style Scores as well.
What are the Zacks Style Scores? The Zacks Style Scores is a unique set of guidelines that rates stocks based on three popular investing types, and were developed as complementary indicators for the Zacks Rank. This combination helps investors choose securities with the highest chances of beating the market over the next 30 days.
Value ScoreValue investors love finding good stocks at good prices, especially before the broader market catches on to a stock's true value. Utilizing ratios like P/E, PEG, Price/Sales, Price/Cash Flow, and many other multiples, the Value Style Score identifies the most attractive and most discounted stocks.
Growth ScoreGrowth investors, on the other hand, are more concerned with a company's financial strength and health, and its future outlook. The Growth Style Score examines things like projected and historic earnings, sales, and cash flow to find stocks that will experience sustainable growth over time.
Momentum ScoreMomentum investors, who live by the saying "the trend is your friend," are most interested in taking advantage of upward or downward trends in a stock's price or earnings outlook. Utilizing one-week price change and the monthly percentage change in earnings estimates, among other factors, the Momentum Style Score can help determine favorable times to buy high-momentum stocks.
VGM ScoreIf you like to use all three kinds of investing, then the VGM Score is for you. It's a combination of all Style Scores, and is an important indicator to use with the Zacks Rank. The VGM Score rates each stock on their shared weighted styles, narrowing down the companies with the most attractive value, best growth forecast, and most promising momentum.
How Style Scores Work with the Zacks Rank A proprietary stock-rating model, the Zacks Rank utilizes the power of earnings estimate revisions, or changes to a company's earnings outlook, to help investors create a successful portfolio.
It's highly successful, with #1 (Strong Buy) stocks producing an unmatched +24% average annual return since 1988. That's more than double the S&P 500. But because of the large number of stocks we rate, there are over 200 companies with a Strong Buy rank, plus another 600 with a #2 (Buy) rank, on any given day.
But it can feel overwhelming to pick the right stocks for you and your investing goals with over 800 top-rated stocks to choose from.
Since the Scores were created to work together with the Zacks Rank, the direction of a stock's earnings estimate revisions should be a key factor when choosing which stocks to buy.

Device Offers Isolation Voltage of 5000 VRMS, VIORM of 1414 Vpeak, and VIOTM of 8000 Vpeak in 4-pin LSOP Low Profile Package
MALVERN, Pa., June 25, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) today introduced a new Automotive Grade phototransistor optocoupler designed to deliver signal transmission with high galvanic isolation for electric vehicles (EV) — including emerging 800 V battery architectures — and industrial automation systems. The Vishay Semiconductors VOLA617A combines an isolation voltage of 5000 VRMS with a VIORM of 1414 Vpeak and VIOTM of 8000 Vpeak in a 4-pin LSOP low profile package.
The device released today is ideal for grid-connected on-board chargers (OBC), DC/DC converters, battery management systems (BMS), isolated wake-up signals, and any system control with galvanic and noise isolation. While most automotive optocouplers can’t be used for battery voltages exceeding 500 V — limiting them to traditional 400 V EV platforms — the ability of the VOLA617A to isolate DC voltages up to 1000 V enables its use in next-generation high voltage EV architectures.
The VOLA617A consists of an infrared emitting diode, optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector in a low profile package with creepage and clearance distances of ≥ 8 mm. The device is available in four current transfer ratio (CTR) ranges and features a high 80 V collector-emitter voltage rating, allowing for more design flexibility.
The optocoupler operates over a wide -40 °C to +125 °C operating temperature — with a junction temperature capability up to +145 °C — while providing low coupling capacitance of 0.5 pF and high common mode transient immunity. Exceeding rigorous requirements for Automotive Grade performance and reliability, the VOLA617A’s robust package provides an extra safety margin by meeting dual AEC-Q102 qualification standards. The device is RoHS-compliant, halogen-free, and Vishay Green.
Samples and production quantities of the VOLA617A are available now, with lead times of eight weeks.

Key Takeaways Vishay posted 2.7% sequential automotive revenue growth in Q1 2026, led by Americas and Europe demand.VSH is gaining share through multi-source design wins as OEMs diversify semiconductor suppliers.Vishay is expanding across EV drivetrains, ADAS, battery systems and smart cockpit technologies. Vishay Intertechnology (VSH - Free Report) appears to be steadily strengthening its competitive position in the automotive semiconductor market as accelerating electrification trends create new long-term growth opportunities.
In the first quarter of 2026, the company reported automotive sequential revenue growth of 2.7%, driven primarily by solid OEM demand in the Americas and Europe. However, softer conditions in Asia, caused by Lunar New Year disruptions and tariff-related production shifts, partially offset the growth.
Management emphasized that rising electronic content per vehicle, alongside expanding hybrid and EV production programs, is supporting consistent automotive demand. It confirmed that the company is actively benefiting from share gains through multi-source design wins, particularly as automotive OEMs seek supply diversification.
Vishay disclosed that it has become the leading resistor supplier for multiple OEMs launching new EV platforms. This positions VSH to benefit from the ramp-up in annual vehicle production volumes, with peak production expected in 2028. This significantly improves long-term revenue visibility while strengthening customer relationships.
The company is also expanding its role in high-growth automotive electronics categories. Management highlighted strong design activity across hybrid and EV drivetrains, ADAS (advanced driver-assistance systems), battery management systems, electronic power steering and smart cockpit technologies. All these categories are critical and semiconductor-intensive applications, which are expected to grow faster than overall vehicle production.
Strategically, the company’s Vishay 3.0 transformation strategy, centered on capacity expansion, customer proximity and increased engineering support, is helping it win new automotive programs.
As EV adoption accelerates globally and automakers prioritize supplier diversification, Vishay appears increasingly well positioned to capture additional automotive share. This suggests that the sector could become one of its most durable long-term growth engines over the next several years.

Fox Tungsten Ltd (TSX-V:FOXT, OTC:HPYCF, FRA:1HC) announced that it has commenced a fully funded 20,000-metre diamond drilling program at its Fox project in south-central British Columbia, marking the largest exploration campaign in the company's history.
The company said the first of two drill rigs has been mobilized and drilling is underway at the project, located about 75 kilometres northeast of 100 Mile House. A second drill rig is expected to arrive in early July.
The 2026 program is designed around three main objectives. About 60% of planned drilling will focus on expanding the existing Fox mineral resource to support an updated resource estimate and a preliminary economic assessment targeted for the first half of 2027. Work will include testing mineralization continuity between the BN, RC and BK zones and evaluating down-dip extensions of the BN and RC zones.
Roughly 30% of drilling will target exploration opportunities elsewhere on the Fox property, including deeper extensions of known resource zones and potential new areas at Fox North and the August Showing.
The remaining 10% of drilling is planned for the nearby Silverboss property, where Fox Tungsten will assess copper and molybdenum targets. The planned work includes testing for molybdenum mineralization near Glencore's decommissioned Boss Mountain mine at the 10 Mile Creek target and drilling the Gus Zone copper soil anomaly.
The company expects drilling activities to continue through October 2026, with assay results to be released periodically as they become available.
In addition to drilling, Fox Tungsten plans to conduct prospecting, geological mapping, geochemical sampling and metallurgical testing during the field season.
To support the exploration program, the company recently completed construction of an expanded exploration camp intended to accommodate a larger workforce and increased operational activity.
Fox Tungsten said its exploration efforts are being managed by Coast Mountain Geological, while Paycore Drilling has returned as drilling contractor after completing the 2025 Fox drill program.
"We are excited to begin our largest exploration program to date at Fox," said Steve Gray, CEO of Fox Tungsten.
"With two drill rigs operating throughout the summer, a new camp in place, and a clear focus on resource growth and new discoveries, this program represents a major step toward unlocking the full potential of the Fox district. The results of this work will form the foundation of an updated resource estimate and our planned PEA in 2027."
Shares of Fox Tungsten added 14.3% at the open in Toronto at C$0.16.
Key Takeaways Flex plans a CPI spin-off as it sharpens focus on healthcare, robotics and networking markets.FLEX expects fiscal 2027 revenue growth of 18% at midpoint and adjusted EPS growth of 32%.PLXS posted record program wins, but lower free cash flow guidance and customer concentration pose risks. Flex Ltd. (FLEX - Free Report) and Plexus Corp. (PLXS - Free Report) are benefiting from favorable trends in the electronics manufacturing industry, supported by growing demand across advanced technologies and infrastructure markets. Flex is expanding its presence in AI-driven data center infrastructure through its power, cooling and compute integration capabilities, while also strengthening its portfolio through strategic investments and acquisitions. Plexus, meanwhile, is capitalizing on strong manufacturing program wins and growing opportunities across industrial, healthcare, aerospace and defense markets, including data center power and automation applications.
Both companies are leveraging their engineering, manufacturing and supply chain expertise to pursue growth opportunities in attractive end markets. As demand for advanced electronics, automation, AI infrastructure and mission-critical applications continues to rise, both Flex and Plexus remain focused on expanding their capabilities, improving operational performance and supporting long-term growth initiatives.
Let’s analyze their fundamentals, growth opportunities, market challenges and valuation to assess which one presents a stronger investment opportunity.
The Case for FLEXFlex is benefiting from its ongoing transformation toward higher-value, technology-intensive markets, a strategy that has strengthened its positioning for long-term growth. Over the past seven years, the company has streamlined its portfolio by exiting consumer-focused businesses, divesting non-core assets and investing in advanced technologies while maintaining disciplined execution. The planned spin-off of its Cloud and Power Infrastructure (CPI) business represents the next phase of this strategy, allowing both organizations to sharpen their focus, improve capital allocation and pursue growth opportunities more effectively. Following the separation, Flex will concentrate on advanced manufacturing markets such as healthcare, robotics, warehouse automation and networking.
The company is also gaining from the rapid growth of AI-driven data center infrastructure. Its CPI business has developed a differentiated end-to-end platform that combines power infrastructure, thermal management and compute integration, enabling customers to work with a single provider instead of multiple vendors. Management believes that the transition toward integrated power and cooling architectures, along with emerging technologies such as solid-state transformers and 800-volt DC distribution, creates a substantial long-term opportunity. These capabilities position Flex to benefit from the increasing complexity and power demands of next-generation AI data centers.
Flex continues to enhance its competitive position through strategic investments and acquisitions. The acquisition of Electrical Power Products (EP2) broadened its utility-grade power solutions portfolio and strengtheed its ability to support grid modernization and electrification initiatives. The company has also secured significant new business from hyperscalers and data center customers, including Google, spanning power infrastructure, thermal systems and complex hardware manufacturing. These multiyear engagements provide diversified growth opportunities and support planned capacity expansion through fiscal 2027 and beyond.
The company’s strong financial performance further supports its growth outlook. In fiscal 2026, revenue increased 8%, adjusted operating income grew 21% and adjusted earnings per share rose 25%. Continued strength across cloud, power and industrial businesses, combined with operational improvements, enabled Flex to achieve record profitability and generate approximately $1.1 billion in free cash flow. Management expects fiscal 2027 revenue to reach $32.3-$33.8 billion, representing 18% growth at the midpoint, while adjusted EPS is projected to increase 32%. The CPI business is expected to deliver revenue growth of 65-75% in fiscal 2027 and more than 80% in fiscal 2028, supported by expanding AI infrastructure demand, multiyear contracts and continued margin expansion.
Despite these strengths, Flex faces several near-term challenges. The Integrated Technology Solutions segment continues to be adversely impacted by weakness in lifestyle and consumer-related markets, leading the company to further reduce its exposure to lower-value businesses. At the same time, elevated capital expenditures and infrastructure investments within the CPI segment are temporarily pressuring margins and limiting free cash flow conversion. Although management expects these investments to generate higher returns over time, execution risks related to the planned spin-off, capacity expansion initiatives and large-scale AI infrastructure projects remain important considerations.
The Case for PLXSPlexus continues to benefit from strong program ramp activity and a growing pipeline of manufacturing opportunities. Fiscal second-quarter 2026 revenues increased 18.7% year over year to $1.164 billion, supported by 30 manufacturing program wins expected to generate approximately $355 million in annualized revenue once fully ramped into production. These wins were diversified across Industrial, Healthcare/Life Sciences and Aerospace/Defense markets, with notable exposure to growth areas such as data center power, automation, robotics, semiconductor capital equipment and defense platforms. Management noted that record program wins and improving market demand position the company to achieve mid-teens or higher revenue growth in fiscal 2026, while its qualified opportunity pipeline has expanded to $4 billion.
The company also maintains a solid financial foundation supported by healthy cash generation and disciplined capital allocation. During the fiscal second quarter, Plexus generated $28.5 million in operating cash flow and $16 million in free cash flow, exceeding expectations despite continued investments in the business. Strong cash generation has enabled the company to repurchase shares and reduce debt, including $20.6 million of share buyback during the quarter. Over the long term, management targets annual revenue growth of 9-12% while achieving a 15% ROIC, supporting sustained shareholder value creation.
However, the company’s revenue in the Healthcare segment is expected to remain flat sequentially in the current quarter, while certain Industrial subsectors continue to experience weak demand conditions. Management also guided for slightly lower gross margins at the midpoint for the fiscal third quarter due to program ramp timing, ongoing investments and higher incentive compensation expenses. In addition, uncertainty surrounding evolving trade policies continues to create a challenging macroeconomic backdrop.
Near-term cash flow is expected to come under pressure as the company increases investments in working capital to support revenue growth. Management expects the current quarter to result in a use of cash and has lowered its fiscal 2026 free cash flow outlook to $50-$75 million from its previous expectation of $100 million. Higher working capital requirements, along with planned capital expenditures of $100-$120 million, are expected to weigh on cash generation. Any delays in revenue ramps, customer order timing or inventory turnover could further affect free cash flow performance.
Another key risk is Plexus’ dependence on a relatively small group of large customers. The top 10 customers accounted for 54% of revenue in the second quarter of fiscal 2026, up from 52% in the prior quarter and 51% in the year-ago period. This concentration exposes the company to customer-specific risks, as the loss of a major customer or project could negatively impact financial results. Additionally, Plexus provides most of its manufacturing services on a turnkey basis, which requires higher investment levels and increases operational and execution risks within a highly competitive industry.
FLEX vs. PLXS Share Price PerformanceOver the past six months, FLEX shares have gained 138%, while Plexus has soared 85.8%.

Doss ("Doss"), acknowledging "unusual volume challenges for the industry and our customers" over the past several years, Graphic Packaging forecasted full year ("FY") 2025 net sales, adjusted EBITDA, and adjusted earnings per share ("EPS") of $8.7 billion to $8.9 billion, $1.68 billion to $1.78 billion, and $2.53 to $2.78, respectively, excluding foreign exchange impacts. Defendant Doss attributed the Company's ability to weather the aforementioned headwinds to its overall business model and operations, asserting that Defendants would continue to "build on" the Company's "consisten[t]" and "profit[able]" and "strong and steady" results in 2025.
The complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company's business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (i) Graphic Packaging was experiencing, inter alia, significant inventory management issues, as well as significantly reduced demand and volumes and increased costs; (ii) Defendants downplayed the true scope and severity of the foregoing issues, which were likely to, and did, have a material negative impact on the Company's business and financial results; (iii) Defendants likewise overstated the strength and sustainability of the Company's business model and operations, as well as its ability to weather ongoing macroeconomic headwinds; (iv) accordingly, the Company's previously issued FY 2025 financial guidance was unreliable and/or unrealistic; and (v) as a result, Defendants' public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
The truth began to emerge on May 1, 2025, when Graphic Packaging issued a press release reporting its first quarter ("Q1") 2025 financial results. Among other results, the press release reported Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.51, missing consensus estimates by $0.07, and revenue of $2.12 billion, representing a 6.2% year-over-year decline, and missing consensus estimates by $10 million. The press release further revealed that the Company had negatively revised its previously issued FY 2025 net sales outlook to a range of $8.2 billion to $8.5 billion, significantly down from its prior guidance of $8.7 billion to $8.9 billion; its adjusted EBITDA outlook to a range of $1.4 billion to $1.6 billion, significantly down from its prior guidance of $1.68 billion to $1.78 billion; and its adjusted EPS outlook to a range of $1.75 to $2.25, significantly down from its prior guidance of $2.53 to $2.78. The Company blamed the negatively revised guidance on "an expectation of a 2% volume decline and $80 million of input cost inflation at the midpoint", as well as "higher macroeconomic and consumer spending uncertainty."
On this news, Graphic Packaging's stock price fell $3.94 per share, or 15.57%, to close at $21.37 per share on May 1, 2025.
On December 8, 2025, Graphic Packaging issued a press release announcing that it "plans to accelerate certain inventory reduction plans into the fourth quarter that were originally planned for 2026", and that "[p]roduction curtailment is expected to impact fourth quarter operating results by $15 million, which is in addition to the $15 million relating to" certain earlier-announced curtailments. The Company further revealed that it had negatively revised its FY 2025 financial guidance again, now expecting its adjusted EBITDA "to be in the range of $1.38 billion to $1.43 billion"—significantly below its previously revised guidance of $1.4 billion to $1.45 billion—and adjusted EPS "to be in the range of $1.75 to $1.95"—significantly below its previously revised guidance of $1.80 to $2.00.
In a separate press release issued the same day, Graphic Packaging announced that Defendant Doss had "mutually agreed with [its] Board of Directors to step down from his role [as President and CEO] and as a director effective December 31, 2025."
Following these disclosures, Graphic Packaging's stock price fell $1.35 per share, or 8.66%, to close at $14.23 per share on December 9, 2025.
Then, on February 3, 2026, Graphic Packaging issued a press release reporting its fourth quarter ("Q4") and FY 2025 financial results. Among other results, Graphic Packaging reported Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $0.29, missing consensus estimates by $0.06. The Company attributed its disappointing Q4 2025 earnings results to, inter alia, lower volumes, increased costs, and inventory reduction. Further, Graphic Packaging projected a meaningful decline in adjusted EBITDA in 2026, citing "a $130 million negative impact from actions taken to reduce inventory and generate [FCF], an approximately $100 million accrual (non-cash in 2026) for a return to more normal incentive compensation, January weather and production impacts, and other largely offsetting operating items."
In the same press release, Graphic Packaging's new President and CEO, Robbert Rietbroek, announced that he had "initiated a comprehensive review of our organization structure, operations, and footprint," among other aspects of the Company's business, thereby confirming the weakness and unsustainability of its present business model and operations.
On this news, Graphic Packaging's stock price fell $2.36 per share, or 15.97%, to close at $12.42 per share on February 3, 2026.

Axon Enterprise (AXON - Free Report) has recently been on Zacks.com's list of the most searched stocks. Therefore, you might want to consider some of the key factors that could influence the stock's performance in the near future.
Shares of this maker of stun guns and body cameras have returned +16.7% over the past month versus the Zacks S&P 500 composite's -1.4% change. The Zacks Aerospace - Defense Equipment industry, to which Axon belongs, has gained 1.2% over this period. Now the key question is: Where could the stock be headed in the near term?
While media releases or rumors about a substantial change in a company's business prospects usually make its stock 'trending' and lead to an immediate price change, there are always some fundamental facts that eventually dominate the buy-and-hold decision-making.
Earnings Estimate RevisionsHere at Zacks, we prioritize appraising the change in the projection of a company's future earnings over anything else. That's because we believe the present value of its future stream of earnings is what determines the fair value for its stock.
We essentially look at how sell-side analysts covering the stock are revising their earnings estimates to reflect the impact of the latest business trends. And if earnings estimates go up for a company, the fair value for its stock goes up. A higher fair value than the current market price drives investors' interest in buying the stock, leading to its price moving higher. This is why empirical research shows a strong correlation between trends in earnings estimate revisions and near-term stock price movements.
For the current quarter, Axon is expected to post earnings of $1.91 per share, indicating a change of -9.9% from the year-ago quarter. The Zacks Consensus Estimate remained unchanged over the last 30 days.
For the current fiscal year, the consensus earnings estimate of $8.09 points to a change of +18.1% from the prior year. Over the last 30 days, this estimate has remained unchanged.
For the next fiscal year, the consensus earnings estimate of $10.68 indicates a change of +32% from what Axon is expected to report a year ago. Over the past month, the estimate has remained unchanged.
With an impressive externally audited track record, our proprietary stock rating tool -- the Zacks Rank -- is a more conclusive indicator of a stock's near-term price performance, as it effectively harnesses the power of earnings estimate revisions. The size of the recent change in the consensus estimate, along with three other factors related to earnings estimates, has resulted in a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) for Axon.
The chart below shows the evolution of the company's forward 12-month consensus EPS estimate:
12 Month EPS
Projected Revenue GrowthWhile earnings growth is arguably the most superior indicator of a company's financial health, nothing happens as such if a business isn't able to grow its revenues. After all, it's nearly impossible for a company to increase its earnings for an extended period without increasing its revenues. So, it's important to know a company's potential revenue growth.
For Axon, the consensus sales estimate for the current quarter of $868.35 million indicates a year-over-year change of +29.9%. For the current and next fiscal years, $3.64 billion and $4.6 billion estimates indicate +31% and +26.3% changes, respectively.
Last Reported Results and Surprise HistoryAxon reported revenues of $807.34 million in the last reported quarter, representing a year-over-year change of +33.7%. EPS of $1.61 for the same period compares with $1.41 a year ago.
Compared to the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $780.58 million, the reported revenues represent a surprise of +3.43%. The EPS surprise was -3.01%.
Over the last four quarters, Axon surpassed consensus EPS estimates two times. The company topped consensus revenue estimates each time over this period.
ValuationWithout considering a stock's valuation, no investment decision can be efficient. In predicting a stock's future price performance, it's crucial to determine whether its current price correctly reflects the intrinsic value of the underlying business and the company's growth prospects.
While comparing the current values of a company's valuation multiples, such as price-to-earnings (P/E), price-to-sales (P/S), and price-to-cash flow (P/CF), with its own historical values helps determine whether its stock is fairly valued, overvalued, or undervalued, comparing the company relative to its peers on these parameters gives a good sense of the reasonability of the stock's price.
The Zacks Value Style Score (part of the Zacks Style Scores system), which pays close attention to both traditional and unconventional valuation metrics to grade stocks from A to F (an A is better than a B; a B is better than a C; and so on), is pretty helpful in identifying whether a stock is overvalued, rightly valued, or temporarily undervalued.
Axon is graded F on this front, indicating that it is trading at a premium to its peers. Click here to see the values of some of the valuation metrics that have driven this grade.
ConclusionThe facts discussed here and much other information on Zacks.com might help determine whether or not it's worthwhile paying attention to the market buzz about Axon. However, its Zacks Rank #1 does suggest that it may outperform the broader market in the near term.
Key Takeaways AXON's Dedrone offerings help agencies detect, track and minimize unauthorized drone threats.AXON launched Dedrone C2 with enhanced sensor fusion and mitigation management capabilities.AXON's Dedrone platform revenues grew about 300% year over year in Q1 2026. Axon Enterprise, Inc. (AXON - Free Report) is strengthening its foothold in the counter-drone space with the growing capabilities of its Dedrone offerings and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered command-and-control platform. Equipped with advanced radar, radio frequency (RF) and acoustic sensors, the company’s Dedrone offerings enable law enforcement agencies to locate, track and minimize the threat of unauthorized drones.
It’s worth noting that Axon acquired Dedrone, a global leader in airspace security, in October 2024. The inclusion of Dedrone’s advanced airspace technology boosted AXON's capability to enable customers to protect their communities against drone threats and improve response to critical incidents.
The company recently launched Dedrone C2, an upgraded version of the Dedrone platform. This C2 version comes with enhanced sensor fusion technology, offering stronger detection capabilities. It features an integrated mitigation management capability that offers public safety entities wider access to mitigation tools. Apart from this, Axon’s Dedrone C2 offers seamless integrations with several third-party sensors and effectors.
AXON has also been focusing on strategic collaborations with other companies to expand its counter-drone capabilities and customer base. Last year, Axon entered into a partnership with TYTAN (a leading provider of interceptor systems for Group 3 drones) to boost detection, identification and mitigation capabilities of counter-drone equipment.
The company is witnessing solid momentum in its Dedrone platform, which experienced robust revenue growth of about 300% year over year in first-quarter 2026. Given the rising global demand for Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS), Axon is expected to witness strong demand for its Dedrone platform.
Performance of AXON's PeersAmong its major peers, Teledyne Technologies Incorporated’s (TDY - Free Report) Digital Imaging segment’s first-quarter 2026 revenues increased 7.9% year over year to $816.9 million. Its another peer, Woodward, Inc.’s (WWD - Free Report) Aerospace business segment reported net sales of $703 million in second-quarter fiscal 2026, up 25% year over year. Woodward generated 64.5% of its total sales from this segment in the quarter. The increase in revenues for Woodward’s segment is primarily attributable to broad-based strength across commercial services, commercial OEM and defense OEM.

NEW YORK, June 25, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mister Car Wash, one of the largest car wash companies in the United States, has successfully transformed its frontline employee experience by partnering with Staffbase, a leading provider of employee communication platforms. Through the launch of its branded app, Mister Connect, the company has established a single source of truth for its 7,000+ employees across more than 550 locations in 23 states.
Before introducing Mister Connect, Mister Car Wash relied on an office-bound SharePoint site accessible only to management. For the roughly 5,000 hourly, frontline team members without corporate email accounts, information access was fragmented and critical updates were often shared verbally. The people closest to the customer had the least direct access to the information they needed to do their jobs.
“Before Mister Connect, we had a SharePoint site available to managers and above. It was very limited—it was essentially a document repository," said Rosie Cayetano, Senior Manager of Communications at Mister Car Wash. "We have thousands of employees that are not managers, that are not in offices, and before Mister Connect, we really were limited in how we were able to communicate with them.”
By launching Mister Connect on the Staffbase platform, Mister Car Wash introduced a mobile-first solution engineered specifically for the fast-paced nature of field operations. The strategy prioritized regional and general managers, giving them ownership of localized channels, while offering executive leadership a direct line to engage openly with the workforce.
"Reaching a 93% active adoption across a highly distributed, deskless workforce is a real achievement and a level of frontline reach we’re proud to help our customers deliver," said Dave Maffei, GM, Global Markets at Staffbase. "By giving the Mister Car Wash team a single source of truth, direct access to the tools and information they need, and a clear line to leadership, we’ve helped turn day-to-day communication into operational efficiency. We’re excited to keep partnering with them as they continue to innovate and bring next-generation, AI-driven communication to their teams."
Key Operational and Strategic Impacts Include:
Operational Clarity at Scale: Replaces communication noise with bite-sized, practical, and highly relevant updates that optimize daily business decisions, safety compliance, and throughput.Mobile-First Inclusivity: Connects deskless employees seamlessly to site benefits, company updates, and critical operational data without infringing on off-the-clock boundaries.Data-Driven Communication: Leverages internal engagement analytics to refine content strategy continuously, ensuring corporate messaging remains practical and targeted.Visible Leadership: Deepens organizational trust and aligns corporate culture through active executive participation, posting, and commenting within the app. Mister Car Wash is already deepening its partnership with Staffbase with AI built for the realities of frontline work. An integrated AI companion recently in deployment lets busy field leaders surface immediate, contextual answers drawn from trusted, governed internal content, putting reliable information directly in the hands of the people doing the work.

On April 21, 2026, after the market closed, Calix reported results for the first quarter of 2026 earnings, including that "[n]on-GAAP gross margin was 57.2%, a decrease of 80 basis points sequentially." Further, the Company reported gross margin guidance for the second quarter of 2026 is "55.8% (at the midpoint) is down 140 basis points from the previous quarter. This decline is primarily due the increase in memory component costs." In an accompanying earnings call on the same day, Calix's Chief Financial Officer, Cory Sindelar, said that "advanced purchasing had allowed us to avoid higher memory component costs during the first quarter. However, that advanced supply has run its course, and we now face market prices." Sindelar further revealed that, "reflecting the effects of higher memory component costs," "[f]or the year, we expect our non-GAAP gross margin to decline between 50 and 150 basis points."

Crescent Energy (CRGY - Free Report) has been on a downward spiral lately with significant selling pressure. After declining 13.8% over the past four weeks, the stock looks well positioned for a trend reversal as it is now in oversold territory and there is strong agreement among Wall Street analysts that the company will report better earnings than they predicted earlier.
We use Relative Strength Index (RSI), one of the most commonly used technical indicators, for spotting whether a stock is oversold. This is a momentum oscillator that measures the speed and change of price movements.
RSI oscillates between zero and 100. Usually, a stock is considered oversold when its RSI reading falls below 30.
Technically, every stock oscillates between being overbought and oversold irrespective of the quality of their fundamentals. And the beauty of RSI is that it helps you quickly and easily check if a stock's price is reaching a point of reversal.
So, by this measure, if a stock has gotten too far below its fair value just because of unwarranted selling pressure, investors may start looking for entry opportunities in the stock for benefiting from the inevitable rebound.
However, like every investing tool, RSI has its limitations, and should not be used alone for making an investment decision.
Why a Trend Reversal is Due for CRGYThe RSI reading of 28.6 for CRGY is an indication that the heavy selling could be in the process of exhausting itself, so the stock could bounce back in a quest for reaching the old equilibrium of supply and demand.
The RSI value is not the only factor that indicates a potential turnaround for the stock in the near term. On the fundamental side, there has been strong agreement among the sell-side analysts covering the stock in raising earnings estimates for the current year. Over the last 30 days, the consensus EPS estimate for CRGY has increased 0.3%. And an upward trend in earnings estimate revisions usually translates into price appreciation in the near term.
Moreover, CRGY currently has a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy), which means it is in the top 5% of more than 4,000 stocks that we rank based on trends in earnings estimate revisions and EPS surprises. This is a more conclusive indication of the stock's potential turnaround in the near term. You can see the complete list of today's Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) stocks here >>>> .
Global study of 1,100 business leaders reveals only 23% say their workforce is ready for AI – declining 6 points from 2025
, /PRNewswire/ -- Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, today announced the release of its second annual People Readiness Report, a global study of 1,100 senior business and technology leaders across eight countries, revealing a notable drop in workforce AI readiness and a widening gap between AI expectations and execution.
The report illustrates what leaders are doing right to ride the AI surge, and that AI success is not driven solely by different strategies, use cases or technologies – it's driven by whether organizations redesign work and manage those changes throughout their organizations. The data also shows that trust in AI can be built through deliberate operating model and governance changes.
The findings come as companies accelerate AI adoption and invest heavily to realize value at scale. "Worldwide spending on AI is forecast to total $2.52 trillion in 2026, a 44% increase year-over-year, according to Gartner®, Inc., a business and technology insights company."
"This is a critical moment for global enterprises as they race to adopt AI, redesign workflows and pursue innovation, yet they're finding that their greatest assets – their people – need more attention," said Kim Basile, CIO, Kyndryl. "The data shows that the organizations investing in people – whether it's rethinking roles and workflows, dedicating resources for upskilling and retraining, or guiding employees through change – are experiencing positive outcomes at a much higher rate."
"AI's ability to reshape work is challenging organizations to reshape their workforce more rapidly than ever before," said Mark Paulek, Chief Human Resources Officer, Kyndryl. "The leaders pulling ahead are aligning skills, roles and decision-making with how work is actually changing. When people understand their role in that system, trust and performance scale together."
According to the study:
57% say AI is embedded in core business processes or deployed broadly across the enterprise; last year, 35% said AI was fully integrated across their organizations. Only 32% have achieved at least one of their top two AI goals; just 11% have achieved both. The study identifies a Pacesetters group, the 9% of organizations that have done three things: they redesign roles around AI, implement change management so the workforce understands its new operating model and has guardrails in place, and have built workforce readiness. These three behaviors are the operational foundations that consistently distinguish the organizations achieving the strongest results from AI. As they do these things, at each stage they are building the important governance frameworks. Pacesetters are roughly twice as likely to have fully implemented every governance dimension measured.
Pacesetters are:
1.5 times more likely to achieve AI-related revenue growth. 1.6 times more likely to report better innovation for products and services. Business leaders consistently rank workforce readiness among the most challenging aspects of AI adoption:
Just 23% of organizations think their workforces are fully ready for AI, a six-point drop from last year. And 79% agree that the speed of AI will outpace their organizations' workforce, governance and operating models. The risk of falling behind is increasing as more organizations adopt autonomous AI agents.
81% of organizations expect AI agents to make impactful decisions for their organizations within the next year, but today just 25% completely trust AI systems operating without human oversight. Readying Workforces for AI-enabled Workplaces
The report identifies actions that organizations are taking to get their workforces ready for an AI-enabled workplace:
Redesigning roles for the future: 61% say their organizations have already redesigned roles, and 24% are creating new roles focused on AI management. Addressing skills gaps: Half of leaders (52%) say it has become more challenging to find employees with the right skills to advance their AI strategy, and a third have fully implemented training programs focused on helping employees effectively collaborate with AI tools. Building trust through governance: A third of organizations (33%) claim they have clear policies on which decisions AI can and can't make, and 27% are using a registry and monitoring capabilities for all their AI systems. Organizations with stronger governance assert their workforces trust more in AI strategy and execution, and high-trust organizations are significantly more likely to report transformative outcomes from their AI investments. A 66-year-old with $1.3 million can’t afford a dividend cut. The hunt for yield often pushes retirees into mega-caps, but I think the real income value sits in mid-caps whose GAAP earnings are masked by non-cash charges or sector stigma. Here’s my dividend safety read on three overlooked names.
Nexstar: Cash Flow Hides Behind a Scary Payout Ratio Nexstar Media Group (NASDAQ:NXST | NXST Price Prediction) yields 4.54% on a $7.44 annual payout. The trailing earnings payout looks ugly because EPS of $4.73 trails the dividend, but that’s a D&A illusion.

CEO Perry Sook called the deal “a critical step in solidifying our future.” With 2026 EBITDA guided to $1.95B-$2.05B, I rate the dividend Safe.
Amdocs: A 10x P/E Masks Fortress Cash Flow Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX) trades at a 10x P/E with a 4.4% yield after a brutal 42.69% one-year drawdown. The telecom-software stigma is weighing on sentiment while cash generation remains intact.

Banc of California: A 20% Raise Signals Confidence Banc of California (NYSE:BANC) yields 2.08%, modest on the surface, but the dividend just jumped from $0.10 to $0.12 quarterly, a 20% raise.

My Verdict for a Retiree I’d be comfortable owning all three for income if the goal is sustainable cash yield from misunderstood cash machines. I’d be cautious if leverage at Nexstar rises further or if credit conditions sour for Banc of California. Amdocs is the cleanest of the three.
