SKALE has rolled out Agent Pit, a dedicated sandbox environment where developers can train AI agents on prediction market mechanics before letting them loose on Polymarket with real capital. The platform went live on August 12, offering what SKALE describes as identical Polymarket mechanics, complete with risk parameters and performance leaderboards for benchmarking agent strategies.

What Agent Pit actually does The core premise is straightforward. Agent Pit replicates the conditions agents would encounter on Polymarket, including market structures, risk frameworks, and outcome resolution mechanics. Developers can iterate on their strategies in this controlled environment, measure performance against other agents via leaderboards, and refine their approaches before committing actual funds.

In the month prior to Agent Pit’s announcement, AI agents on Polymarket executed over 4,200 trades and achieved notable returns. SKALE’s framing positions Agent Pit as more than just a testing tool. The leaderboard component introduces a competitive dynamic, turning agent development into a publicly ranked sport.

SKALE’s broader AI infrastructure play SKALE operates as an Ethereum-compatible multichain network. The network’s V4 upgrade, which went live in January 2026, was specifically designed with AI agent applications in mind. That upgrade introduced scalable infrastructure improvements and privacy tools aimed at supporting autonomous actors, along with agent payment rails that let bots transact without requiring constant human intervention.

The network has been explicitly branding itself as “the blockchain for a billion agents.”

Why prediction markets became the testing ground Polymarket’s emergence as the de facto venue for AI agent experimentation isn’t accidental. Prediction markets offer a uniquely structured environment for autonomous agents. Outcomes are binary or categorical, resolution is deterministic, and the information inputs are well-suited to the kinds of pattern recognition that AI systems excel at.

The 4,200-plus trades executed by AI agents on Polymarket in the period before Agent Pit’s launch suggest the ecosystem is already reaching meaningful scale.

What to watch from here A sandbox is only as good as its fidelity to real-world conditions. If Agent Pit’s simulated environment doesn’t adequately capture the liquidity dynamics, slippage, and adversarial conditions agents face on live Polymarket, developers might find that sandbox performance doesn’t translate. SKALE’s claim that the platform mirrors “identical Polymarket mechanics” will be tested as agents trained in Agent Pit start deploying real capital.

As reported by the data, opBNB currently has 1.62 million daily unique active wallets (UAWs). It topped all gaming blockchain networks in user activity, highlighting continued growth and robust engagement across its gaming ecosystem.

Skale (SKL) Skale Network (SKL) is second on the list, with 1.09 million UAWs, representing a 2.06% increase from the past month. This growth indicates increased user confidence in this Layer-2 blockchain gaming platform.

Ronin (WRON) Ronin Network (WRON) secured the third position with 696,170 daily unique active wallets. The record shows that the Layer-1 blockchain built for gaming experienced a decrease in UAWs by 11.6% over the past 30 days.

Sei (SEI) Sei (SEI), a Layer-1 chain, clinched the fourth spot with 670,560 daily UAWs.

Wax (WAX) Fifth on the list is Wax (WAX), which currently has 215,650 daily Unique Active Wallets (UAWs), an impressive increase of 11.98% over the past 30 days. This record cements WAX as the fifth most active blockchain for gaming.

Other Top Prominent Markets   Other top chain gaming networks that recorded prominent unique active wallets over the past 30 days include Immutable, Planetarium, Starknet, and Xai.

Immutable ZkEVM currently has a record of 104,510 daily unique active wallets, though a decrease by 23.92% from the last month.

Planetarium (WNCG) is on the seventh place in this list, recognized for attracting the most active wallets in the sector over the period, holding 41,770 UAWs currently.

Lastly, Starknet (STRK) and Xai (XAI) made it to this list with 28,900 UAWs and 28,510 UAWs, respectively, showcasing prominence of their blockchain gaming networks.

Latest Trends in the Growing Blockchain Gaming According to the data, the Web3 gaming landscape has witnessed substantial stability in unique active wallets, with significant increases in daily UAW and surging investment.

The data shows that customer engagement has been significantly stable over the last 30 days, with gaming remains one of the major contributors for the acceptance of crypto world.

This is an indicator that the P2E model continues to catalyse engagement and bring more people to decentralized gaming, incentivizing players with virtual currencies.

The growth of the blockchain gaming sector implies that strategic investments continue to rise, mainly pumped towards infrastructure advancement.

Lastly, another interesting observation is that L2 scaling blockchain platforms such as opBNB and SKALE are becoming popular. Since January this year, opBNB has been the leader in the gaming sector. Other prominent networks like Ronin, Sei, Wax, and Immutable maintain their traction, supported by beloved games.

Open Campus, Le & Associates, and SKALE partner to pilot credential-powered job matching initiative in Vietnam

Open Campus, the community-led decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) building the blockchain-powered financial layer for education, today announced that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Le & Associates and SKALE in relation to the intended launch of a credential-powered job matching initiative focused on the Vietnamese market.

The collaboration will combine Open Campus’s education ecosystem and credential and identity infrastructure with Le & Associates’s recruitment expertise and SKALE’s digital recruitment platform to enable candidates to share verified achievements directly with employers, and allow companies to screen applicants based on validated skills rather than solely self-reported resumes. Further details on the rollout will be announced in due course. 

The pilot will initially focus on high school and university students entering the workforce and evaluate how trusted, portable credentials can improve alignment between candidates’ verified skills and employers’ hiring requirements.
