Lisk Chain končí 31. října 2026, aktiva převeďte na Ethereum
LSK Lisk
CoinGecko News 92
Original source text
The Lisk Chain shuts down on 31 October 2026. If you hold anything on it, you need to withdraw it to Ethereum before that date.

Action required: withdraw all assets from Lisk Chain by 31 October 2026. If you hold LSK, ETH, stablecoins, bridged tokens, DeFi positions, or anything else on Lisk Chain, withdraw it to Ethereum as soon as possible. After 31 October there is no way to withdraw or recover assets left on the Chain.

This post covers who needs to act and how to withdraw each type of asset, step by step.

Quick answer Withdraw all assets from Lisk Chain to Ethereum by 31 October 2026. This applies to every asset, not just LSK. Staked LSK must be unlocked and unstaked first. The emergency unlock penalty has been waived. Unstaking adds a 3-day waiting period. Bridging from Lisk Chain to Ethereum takes around 8 days. Allow at least 11 days in total if you are staking. We recommend starting immediately. LSK already on Ethereum or on an exchange needs no action. Who needs to act Where your assets are What to do LSK on Ethereum or on an exchange No action required. LSK, ETH or stablecoins in a wallet on Lisk Chain Bridge them to Ethereum. Start as soon as possible, at least 8 days before 31 October. Staked LSK Unlock and unstake, wait 3 days, then bridge. Start as soon as possible, at least 11 days before 31 October. DeFi positions on Lisk Chain Close the position, then bridge the assets. Start early. Some protocols may have their own timelines. If you are not sure what you hold on Lisk Chain, search each wallet address you use on a Lisk Chain block explorer and check the token balances and contract interactions listed there.

How to withdraw staked LSK Staked LSK does not return to your wallet on its own. You have to unlock and unstake it. The emergency unlock penalty has been waived following the passing of the Lisk DAO proposal, so there is no cost to unstaking now, only a 3-day waiting period.

Go to the Lisk Portal and connect your wallet. Unlock and unstake your LSK. There is no penalty. Wait 3 days. Your LSK is released back to your wallet on Lisk Chain. Bridge it to Ethereum using the steps in the next section. Unstaking and bridging take around 11 days together, so anything started in the final days of October may not complete in time. We recommend starting immediately.

How to bridge LSK, ETH and stablecoins to Ethereum All withdrawals from Lisk Chain go through a bridge to Ethereum. Use bridge.lisk.com. It is the only bridge that still works, so do not rely on any other route.

It follows the standard Ethereum L2 withdrawal, which runs in three steps over around 8 days.

On the bridge, connect your wallet, set the route from Lisk to Ethereum, select the asset and the amount, and confirm the withdrawal. About an hour later, return to the bridge and submit the "prove" transaction on Ethereum. The 7-day countdown starts at this step, not the first one, so do not skip it. After the 7-day challenge period, submit the final transaction to claim your assets on Ethereum. You will need a small amount of ETH on Ethereum to pay for the prove and claim transactions. Repeat the process for each asset you hold.

How to withdraw DeFi positions Assets inside a liquidity pool, a lending market or a vault cannot be bridged directly. Withdraw from the protocol first so the underlying tokens are back in your wallet, then bridge each token as described above.

Check the protocol's own announcements too. Some projects on Lisk Chain are migrating to Celo and may set their own deadlines for closing positions. Those deadlines may fall before 31 October.

Timing, in plain terms Unlocking and unstaking takes 3 days. Bridging takes around 8. Together that is around 11 days, assuming every step goes through on the first attempt.

The chain closes on 31 October 2026. A withdrawal that is still in its 7-day challenge period when the chain closes may not complete. We recommend starting immediately, not in the final weeks.

After 31 October Once Lisk Chain shuts down, the bridge to Ethereum closes with it. Assets left on the chain at that point become inaccessible. There is no recovery process, no claim window and no support route that can restore them afterwards.

Lisk Chain končí, LSK za 24 hodin vyskočil o 344,5 %
LSK Lisk
CoinGecko News 78
Original source text
In an unexpected turn of events, Lisk Chain, which upgraded to an Ethereum [ETH] Layer 2 mainnet in 2024, has announced its plans to shut down.

Schedule for 31 October 2026: the Lisk Chain, along with the DAO governance system, staking, and all the governance-related programs running on the chain, will all be closed down.

However, the token, LSK, itself is not being discontinued.

Why would holders face the major brunt of this shutdown? Now this has become a huge problem for existing holders. This is because if the tokens were already on Ethereum or sitting on an exchange, the shutdown would not require the holder to migrate them.

But since LSK is sitting on the Lisk Chain, the holder would need to move it before the shutdown.

In that process, staked LSK first needs to be unstaked, which involves a three-day waiting period, and then the tokens would have to go through the bridge process to Ethereum.

This might take at least another seven days because of the optimistic rollup challenge period.

LSK experiences an exit pump Needless to say, this has impacted the token price action, which in technical terms can be referred to as an “exit pump.” At press time, the LSK was trading at $0.9428 after a hike of 344.5% in the past 24 hours.

So given the current scenario, the token is expected to rise sharply despite deteriorating or disappearing long-term fundamentals. Here, the idea is that traders get a chance to buy the token and earn profits.

However, this won’t last long, as the RSI lying in the overbought zone and the candles crossing the upper band of the Bollinger Bands suggest that there is incoming major selling pressure from the bears.

Source: Trading View As Pricesync’s founder put it best when he said,

Here it’s doing clear exit pump cause MM got the point after all of this there will be no future demand in $LSK

Lisk Chain is not alone Well, Lisk Chain is not the first one to shut down. As in the past two months, BitMEX, the crypto exchange co-founded by Arthur Hayes in 2014, announced plans to shut down after 11 years. At the same time, BitMart has also announced its closure.

Then DeFi aggregator Odos has also been permanently shut down on 30th July. And, at last, ABFinance, a U.S.-compliant crypto platform founded by former Bybit co-CEO Helen Liu, has suspended operations and canceled its planned launch just months after being announced in March 2026.

All these suggest that the crypto market is going through a lot of strain, and regulatory delays are further putting a lot of pressure on the market.

Final Summary Lisk’s DAO governance-related programs running on the chain and staking will all be shut down. Lisk Chain has joined other firms that decided to wind down their operations in H2 2026.

Aster DEX přidává perpetual futures na LSK a POWR
ASTER Aster LSK Lisk
CoinGecko News 78
Original source text
Aster DEX has added perpetual futures contracts for Lisk (LSK) and Power Ledger (POWR) to its trading roster, offering traders up to 5x leverage on both pairs. The platform announced the listings on September 13, 2026, continuing its pattern of rapid altcoin expansion across its derivatives marketplace.

For context on scale: Aster reportedly runs between 558 and 590 perpetual markets and adds over 40 new markets every month. LSK and POWR are the latest additions to a catalogue that already spans major crypto assets, tokenized equities, and commodities, all settled in USDT-margined contracts.

What traders are actually getting The 5x leverage cap on these listings is deliberate. Aster applies that ceiling to lower-cap altcoins as a risk management measure, reserving higher leverage for more liquid, established assets.

Both LSK and POWR already have spot market presence across various exchanges, so the perpetual listings give traders a way to express directional views, or hedge existing positions, without touching spot markets. The POWERUSDT market on Aster had already been trading with 5x leverage prior to this announcement, which suggests demand for POWR derivatives existed before the formal listing.

No open interest or volume figures for the newly launched LSK and POWR contracts were publicly available at launch.

Lisk’s complicated moment The timing of the LSK listing is worth noting. Lisk’s mainnet is scheduled to shut down on October 31, 2026, roughly six weeks after this perpetual contract went live. Post-shutdown, LSK transitions into a loyalty and rewards token operating primarily on the Ethereum and Base blockchains.

Power Ledger operates in a different corner of the crypto landscape. The project focuses on peer-to-peer energy trading and real-world energy marketplace solutions, giving POWR a use-case narrative tied to physical infrastructure rather than pure speculation.

The bigger picture at Aster DEX Aster’s growth strategy is essentially the opposite of selective. Rather than curating a small number of high-liquidity pairs, the platform lists aggressively and lets trading activity sort out which markets gain traction. The community-driven listing framework it uses, called AOS-2, gives the model a governance layer, though the practical result is a catalogue that expands at a pace most centralized exchanges would consider impractical.

LSK and POWR, as established tokens with existing spot markets, are better positioned than typical meme coin listings to attract genuine two-sided interest.

Lisk (LSK) climbed above $2 on Sunday, a gain of more than 900% from its August floor. On Sunday alone, it soared by over 500% before surrendering most of that within hours and now trades near $0.80.

The round trip made LSK the single largest liquidation event in crypto over 24 hours. Traders positioned on both sides of the move were forced out.

Lisk (LSK) Price Performance. Source: TradingViewShort Sellers Paid for the LSK Price SpikeCoinglass recorded $41.13 million in LSK liquidations across the day. Shorts accounted for $33.68 million of that total, against $7.44 million in longs.

That four-to-one split points to forced buying rather than fresh demand. Short sellers betting on a decline had to repurchase the token as it rose. Each repurchase lifted the price further.

Open interest, meaning the value of outstanding futures positions, reached roughly $42 million against $501 million in daily futures turnover. Spot order books were far thinner. LSK’s current price and volume show it holding near $0.81, still up more than 300% on the day.

Lisk Liquidations. Source: CoinglassBeInCrypto flagged the conditions in July, when Binance added LSK to its Monitoring Tag, a delisting risk warning label applied to unusually volatile listings.

The Burn Traders Bought Has Not Been ApprovedMost of the positioning traces back to August 25, when Lisk said it would shut down its blockchain on October 31 and rebuild as a stablecoin payments service for company finance teams.

That plan carries a proposal to destroy 100 million LSK held in the treasury, cutting maximum supply by a quarter. Token holders have not yet voted on it.

LSK continues as a loyalty token on Ethereum and Base. Anyone still holding on the old chain must bridge out before the deadline.

Important: users holding funds on Lisk Chain must bridge to Ethereum before its closure on October 31st.

The withdrawal takes ∼8 days.

Unlocking and unstaking adds another 3-day waiting period.

The token remains more than 97% below its 2018 peak, and whether Sunday’s bid survives the vote is the question the next three weeks will answer.

Gelato Network, renowned for its roll-up as a service platform within the Web3 space, has announced a significant milestone with the launch of the Lisk L2 Developer Mainnet. This development marks a pivotal moment for Gelato, as it continues to broaden its scope and enhance its offerings in the decentralized ecosystem.

The Lisk L2 Developer Mainnet is not just another layer; it’s part of Gelato’s strategic initiative to integrate more deeply with the Optimism network, heralding a new era of interoperability and efficiency in blockchain technology.

Driving Innovation and Interoperability in Web3 During the initial Devnet phase, Gelato facilitated the deployment of essential infrastructure components such as bridges, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and applications in preparation for the public mainnet launch. This phase was critical in ensuring that Lisk L2 could seamlessly integrate into the Optimism collective known as the Superchain.

This integration is aimed at enhancing sequencer revenue and contributing to a unified network of rollups that promise to revolutionize the way developers and applications interact across the blockchain.

The transition of Lisk Devnet to become the first Layer 1 blockchain migrating to Optimism’s network underscores a significant advancement in the blockchain domain. This move leverages Optimism’s OP Stack, which is designed to foster a unifying framework for rollups, enhancing communication, security, and governance across the network.

The Superchain, which now includes Lisk among its 13+ chain integrations, supports asset bridging without fragmentation, shared governance under the OP Collective, and a robust security model that benefits all participating chains.

Moreover, the Gelato network has expanded its ecosystem to include over 17 infrastructure providers, enriching the chain’s environment with diverse services. These providers range from Web3 functionalities like Across Fi for bridging, RedStone oracles for reliable data feeds, to user interface solutions such as Protofire Safe UI and comprehensive analytics from Goldskyio indexers.
