League of Kingdoms (LOKA) is a blockchain-based Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) strategy game. As a play-to-earn ecosystem, League of Kingdoms allows players to earn real income through in-game activities.
During the game, users can build kingdoms, create armies, form alliances, and compete on battlefields for power and wealth. The game supports player versus environment (PvE), player versus player (PvP), and party game (MMO) modes.
LOKA, the governance token of League of Kingdoms, allows holders to participate in the decision-making process on the platform, purchase in-game items, and earn profits through staking. The project’s utility token, DST (Dragon Soul Token), is necessary for breeding dragon-like in-game characters called Drago.
Drago accompanies kingdoms and can participate in various game activities. Represented as ERC-721 NFTs on the platform, they will form a foundation for further developing the project’s play-to-earn economy. Owning a Drago is a prerequisite for players to earn DST. Both LOKA and DST are required to breed Drago. DST will also be used to develop, upgrade, and unlock various in-game utilities.
All land parcels in the game are represented as ERC-721 non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Ownership of tokenized digital real estate offers players the opportunity to gather and monetize resources, earn dividends from renting lands, and share in the project’s revenue.
As a sophisticated socio-economic ecosystem, League of Kingdoms requires well-thought-out governance to ensure long-term sustainable prosperity. The platform plans to gradually decentralize into a DAO to guarantee fair distribution of control and value within the community. Although the game is centrally controlled in its initial development stages, it aims to achieve full community-led governance as the decision-making infrastructure on the platform develops.

With crypto exchange giant Binance extending support to the League of Kingdoms Arena (LOKA) P2E crypto project, market sentiments surrounding the token turned highly bullish on Tuesday. LOKA price shot up nearly 20% as the exchange announced futures listing for the token on its platform. Meanwhile, traders appear to have reacted positively to the listing announcement, as even the coin’s intraday trading volume rocketed nearly 155%.
Binance Debuts League of Kingdoms Arena (LOKA) Futures Trading In an official Binance announcement dated September 24, the leading crypto exchange revealed that it is launching the LOKAUSDT perpetual contract today at 11:30 UTC. This decision by the exchange comes as a mover to expand the list of trading choices offered on the platform.
Binance notified that users could enjoy up to 75x leverage when trading the asset. The capped funding rate was set at +2.00% / -2.00%, per the announcement. Further, the tick size was set at 0.0001 by one of the top crypto exchange. However, the listing announcement also notified users that the perpetual contract may be subject to potential changes ahead, primarily due to market risk conditions. These potential changes could encompass adjustments in funding fee, tick size, maximum leverage, initial margin, and maintenance margin requirements.

P2E Token Price Blows Up 20% At press time, LOKA price shot up slightly over 20% from its 24-hour low to trade at $0.2723. The coin’s intraday low and high were $0.2236 and $0.2959, respectively. LOKA’s 24-hour trading volume experienced a 155% surge to $22.74 million in light of Binance’s listing announcement. Intriguingly, today’s price upswing primarily aligns with the futures trading announcement, as also seen in other tokens’ price action post-listing.
Notably, Aavegotchi (GHST) price soared nearly 37% on Binance futures listing, CoinGape Media reported yesterday. Simultaneously, another report revealed that Telegram-based P2E crypto project Catizen (CATI) price skyrocketed remarkably on its debut on the exchange. Overall, these chronicles validate LOKA’s price upswing witnessed today.

In brief League of Kingdoms is expanding into a multi-game ecosystem called Arena-Z, launching two new games with unified progression across all titles. The ecosystem introduces new tokens: A2Z (replacing LOKA) for cross-game rewards and HT for the Hunters game, all on Arena-Z Chain. Arena-Z launched a $20 million fund to attract external developers to build games and apps for the ecosystem. League of Kingdoms, a long-running blockchain massively multiplayer online real-time strategy game, or MMORTS, is expanding into a multi-game ecosystem called Arena-Z. With that, a pair of additional games are launching soon, along with fresh tokens and a fund to encourage additional community development.
The Arena-Z ecosystem will welcome two additional games by the end of the quarter: League of Kingdoms Chronicle, a dungeon-crawling role-playing game (RPG) that supports the original game’s NFT heroes, and League of Kingdoms Hunters, an idle RPG that gives players an “always-on” way to boost progression. Both are currently in beta testing.
“We're not just rebranding—we're evolving from a single game into a gaming ecosystem with deep Asian roots,” 3MERGED COO Han Yoo told Decrypt. “League of Kingdoms proved Web3 gaming could achieve mainstream success with 5 million players and remarkable longevity, maintaining our community over 5 years. But we realized the future isn't about one great game—it's about connected gaming universes where your progress never stops.”
All three games run on the same OP Superchain network, Arena-Z Chain, which is powered by Ethereum layer-2 Optimism tech, and is designed to enable unified on-chain progression between them. Yoo said that like the main game, the blockchain features are bonuses and not required, but enable “deeper experiences” for players.
“Progress gets supercharged with blockchain tech when data streams and item ownership flow across games on blockchain rails,” said Yoo. “Arena-Z represents our vision of 'Your Play Never Stops'—where achievements, assets, and rewards flow seamlessly across multiple titles.”
Yoo added that the next two games are “baby steps” towards a broader ecosystem that they envision can support “infinite” games tied to the same IP.
Part of that shift involves a new token called A2Z, which holders of the game’s current LOKA token can swap for at a 1:20 ratio beginning July 28. Exchanges like Binance and Gate will support the new token, and Yoo said that it is designed to fuel cross-game rewards and a larger ecosystem, including externally developed games.
Arena-Z will also launch a non-governance HT token on its network that’s specifically designed for League of Kingdoms Hunters. The token will be issued for each in-game season, typically lasting about four weeks, and used to help fuel onboarding and engagement to the new game. Arena-Z community governance will help determine HT allocations.
In an effort to attract builders, Arena-Z has launched a $20 million ecosystem fund to try and bring in quality games along with apps and infrastructure to benefit players.
“We're keen to support builders that prove Web3 can enhance, rather than complicate the player experience,” said Yoo. “Our Asian roots give us unique access to studios ready to bridge Web2 excellence with Web3 innovation.”

Through the rebrand, Arena-Z presents a franchise-based business strategy that facilitates consistency and interoperability across various games. A new token (A2Z), a $20 million fund to assist ecosystem growth, and many game titles in development to create a Web3-native gaming franchise are among the major projects. The first blockchain MMORTS game in the world, League of Kingdoms, has announced that it would be rebranded as Arena-Z and will become a player-owned, gamified progression platform. A new token (A2Z), a $20 million fund to assist ecosystem growth, and many game titles in development to create a Web3-native gaming franchise are among the major projects that have been launched.
Through the rebrand, Arena-Z presents a franchise-based business strategy that facilitates consistency and interoperability across various games. By the end of the quarter, two more games—LOK Chronicle and LOK Hunters—that are now in beta will join the main title. Players may now formally carry their identity, resources, and accomplishments across all three games.
This strategy represents a change from stand-alone games to a Web3-native franchise model, in which a player’s experience in one game directly affects their experience in another. Arena-Z has established an Ecosystem Grant Program with $20 million in committed capital, financed by a mix of ecosystem reserves and staking, to assist expansion. The New Order (TNO), Pebble City, and XOCIETY are confirmed ecosystem partners.
The native token LOKA will be renamed as A2Z as part of the brand upgrade, and it will be traded at a 1:20 ratio. In addition to adding new features across the Arena-Z ecosystem, such as cross-game incentives, player identification and advancement, and ecosystem-level governance and coordination, the A2Z token will keep all of the existing utilities. Support for the token migration has been verified by Binance and HTX, with more exchanges to follow shortly.
July 28 at 03:00 UTC is when the user swap portal will be accessible.
Arena-Z is the first gaming infrastructure project located in Korea on both Binance and Coinbase, and it established the first Layer 2 network specifically for gaming on the OP Superchain. Major institutions’ faith in the game as it aims for worldwide growth is strengthened by a recent agreement with NHN, one of South Korea’s biggest gaming powerhouses.
Additionally, Arena-Z is launching AZZY, a digital companion system that tracks and incentivizes user behavior on the platform and in games. AZZY functions as an interactive depiction of a user’s involvement, progressively changing as a result of gaming and involvement. At debut, the Arena-Z website will provide a beginner edition of AZZY.

LOKA staged a strong rally earlier today as more exchanges pledged their support for its ongoing migration to Arena-Z.
Summary
LOKA surged over 600% on July 31 before correcting, driven by exchange-backed migration to Arena-Z. A whale wallet withdrew 170M LOKA from exchanges, triggering a 97% drop in available supply on exchanges. Binance completed the LOKA-to-A2Z token swap at a 1:20 ratio. According to data from crypto.news, League of Kingdoms (LOKA) shot up 606% to an intraday high of $0.82 on July 31 before settling much lower at $0.30 when writing. The Ethereum-based gaming token has remained at 74.8% over the past 24 hours, with a market cap of $159 million.
LOKA price chart — July 31 | Source: crypto.news The rally occurred amid a surge in trading activity, with 24-hour volume soaring over 10,000% to $32.4 million, significantly higher than the around $1 million recorded the previous day.
What drove the rally? LOKA’s explosive rally today comes as the project has officially rebranded to Arena-Z. As part of the transition, holders are swapping their LOKA tokens for A2Z at a fixed swap ratio of 1:20.
Several tier-1 exchanges have supported the migration. Most recently, Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, completed the token swap on July 30 and launched deposits, withdrawals, and spot trading for A2Z.
According to data from CoinGecko, the new token was launched at an initial price of $0.0059. A2Z initially saw a brief rally as trading ensued, but subsequently lost most of its intraday gains and was down roughly 17% at press time.
In addition to Binance, several other top-tier exchanges, including Bitget, KuCoin, Gate.io, MEXC, and Crypto.com, have supported the migration. The coordinated support from major platforms may have helped push LOKA onto the radar of a broader investor base, with traders possibly eyeing one final speculative push to lock in gains before the token is fully phased out.
However, a more immediate driver of the surge was significant on-chain activity by a single whale wallet.
According to data from blockchain analytics platform Arkham, a wallet identified as arena-z.eth withdrew 170 million LOKA tokens from exchanges just two days prior to the rally. At the time, the stash was worth approximately $19.25 million, but has since ballooned in value to $52.56 million as of press time, representing an unrealized gain of nearly $37 million.
The wallet alone now holds about 34% of LOKA’s circulating supply, and its massive withdrawal caused exchange reserves to trigger a 97% drop in exchange reserves, effectively removing most of the available supply from the market and causing a significant supply shock.
With such a dominant share of the circulating supply moved off exchanges, the market likely interpreted the move as a strong signal of conviction, sparking a wave of retail buying.
Why is League of Kingdoms rebranding? League of Kingdoms is a Web3 MMO strategy game first launched in 2020. It allows players to build kingdoms, form alliances, and compete in massive online battles
Initially, the LOKA token supported in-game purchases, staking, and governance. However, the development team sought to expand the project beyond a single game. To achieve this, the project rebranded to Arena-Z on July 16, 2025, aiming to build a broader multigame ecosystem.
The new platform now hosts multiple titles, including LOK Chronicle and LOK Hunters, and introduces cross-game rewards, universal progression, and a unified player identity. Arena-Z also integrates with the OP Superchain, enabling faster, low-cost transactions while maintaining Ethereum compatibility.
