Astral Wars Astral Wars continued its steady journey through 2025 as Surgent Gaming refined and expanded its vision for a competitive, skill-driven digital trading card game. Over the year, the team successfully launched Astral Wars on Google Play, marking a major milestone in bringing the game to a broader mobile audience. This release validated months of work across game design, backend systems, and live infrastructure, transforming Astral Wars from an experimental concept into a live, playable product.

Throughout 2025, development focused on strengthening the game’s core systems rather than chasing short-term hype. Key improvements were made to combat depth, progression, deck-building, and overall game stability. The team also introduced early live-ops foundations, backend analytics, and ongoing balance adjustments based on real player behavior. Alongside gameplay, Astral Wars continued integrating blockchain elements in a subtle, player-first way, using decentralized infrastructure for ownership and transparency without compromising accessibility or gameplay flow.

Community engagement remained central to the project. Feedback from early players helped guide feature prioritization, tutorial improvements, and onboarding clarity. By the end of the year, Astral Wars had established a solid foundation: a live mobile card game, an engaged early community, and a clearer understanding of what drives retention and long-term depth in competitive card gameplay.

Looking ahead, the focus remains on refinement, sustainability, and thoughtful growth rather than aggressive expansion. As the team reflects on 2025’s progress, they remain committed to building something enduring.

“We’re excited to deepen Astral Wars in 2026 by focusing on meaningful progression, competitive play, and systems that reward mastery over time. This through the upcoming nexus systems and rogulike tower of trials along with many other planned features.”

Beat Brawls In 2025, the BeatBrawls team successfully launched its Web3 multiplayer game in the third week of October, marking a major milestone after months of focused development, internal testing, and iteration. This alpha release represented the first live deployment of BeatBrawls’ hybrid architecture, combining off-chain gameplay logic with carefully designed on-chain components. This approach ensured smooth, responsive gameplay while preserving decentralization and true digital asset ownership where it mattered most.

A key achievement during the alpha phase was the successful integration with the Hive ecosystem, leveraging Hive’s gas-free blockchain model to significantly lower the barrier to entry for players. The team introduced two core in-game assets: Beat, an on-chain token built on Hive Engine and earned through Hive Power delegation, and Brawl, a stable in-game token pegged 1:1 to HBD. During the alpha, players were able to deposit and withdraw both assets, allowing the team to validate wallet flows, economic mechanics, and real-world token interactions in a live environment.

Community growth and engagement were another major focus in 2025. Alongside the alpha launch, BeatBrawls conducted multiple community giveaways to reward early testers, encourage participation, and onboard new players. These initiatives helped build early traction, gather valuable gameplay feedback, and stress-test reward distribution systems under real usage conditions.

In parallel, the team formed early partnerships beyond Hive, including collaborations with Push testnet and Skale, reinforcing BeatBrawls’ multi-chain vision and technical flexibility. By the end of 2025, BeatBrawls had transitioned from development into a live alpha product with an engaged early community and a solid technical foundation.

"We’re excited to deepen gameplay, expand chain integrations, and grow a truly player-owned competitive ecosystem in the new year!"

Dungeon Cities Dungeon Cities made significant strides in 2025, marking the year as a foundational milestone for the project’s long-term vision. Built on the Hive blockchain, Dungeon Cities is a Web3 P2E dungeon crawler inspired by the narrative depth and progression style of Solo Leveling.

Throughout the year, the project focused on building a complete, stable and engaging gameplay ecosystem. Major systems were successfully introduced which included a fully functional PvE and PvP battle system, a P2P marketplace, a referral system and HP delegation rewards that strengthened player-driven economics.

Content expansion was a central achievement, with over 1,000 items and gear pieces, 100+ unique skills, extensive crafting recipes and more than 200 unique monsters populating the world of Dungeon Cities.

The game world itself grew substantially, now featuring five distinct cities with a total of 60 dungeon floors, each designed to encourage strategic and balanced gameplay. Player progression was enhanced through a robust leveling system, VIP tiers, daily login rewards and a comprehensive quest system that deepened long-term engagement.

By the end of 2025, Dungeon Cities had evolved into a feature-complete experience. With the core systems firmly in place, the project is now positioned to shift focus outward. As the team looks ahead, one sentiment captures the vision clearly:

“We’re excited to bring Dungeon Cities to a wider audience and finally focus on marketing and growth in the new year.”

Exode EXODE used 2025 to turn years of world building into a living and repeatable game loop.

EXODE started proposing food crafting mechanics and a new "Next Day" presentation and is now advancing on a colonization 2.5 gameplay prototype, a concept making the bridge between 2.0 and 3.0.

On the gameplay side the main achievement is Colonization Challenges: a weekly repeatable game loop. Procedurally generated planetary scenarios where players assemble teams from their entire collection to face environmental hazards, risks, comfort constraints and "mystery" objectives.

Challenges now run in waves with weekly content. Players tackle problems raised on several planets and compete on a leaderboard for rewards. Next upgrades are card cool-downs, level-ups, strategic resources and rewards.

EXODE reports a big increase in utility from this, to all 500+ card models and > 1 million card assets.

UX was strengthened through manager interface. EXODE deployed new explanatory videos and tested new visitors. Using this experience the studio is working on improved versions for 2026.

The game also lately demonstrated features for Aramea player owned space station and announced a new objective about its novel series, with a "Book One" Contract Pack introducing playable cards directly tied to the upcoming EXODE novel ; with named Origins like Nimodia Galatan and key characters such as Sigis Astona and Siren. It will give ongoing chapter access in a fun and innovative "WEB3 way". This merges world, writing, gameplay and WEB3 together, and proves how WEB3 can support it.

With one developer EXODE weights over 800k lines of self-written code and over 100 000 words in blog articles.

"We're proud of carrying our vision forward of the vibrant world of 2325 supported now by a weekly game loop, and to bring the EXODE novel's characters into player hands!"

Hdev Team Throughout 2025, the Hdev Team delivered substantial growth across many HAF-based projects, expanding the ecosystem with numerous new endpoints and deploying advanced frontend utilities. Their work strengthened core infrastructure, particularly through major enhancements to the HAF Block Explorer and the Balance Tracker. Key achievements included the development of proxied accounts APIs, multi-tier witness proxy support, richlist and wallet market order endpoints, balance-under-conversion data, and many other additions that broadened HAF’s analytical and operational capabilities.

A significant portion of the team’s focus went into elevating the HAF Block Explorer (as seen on https://hivescan.info). In 2025 it underwent extensive upgrades: refined layouts, richer datasets, new screens, expanded community and proposal support, aggregated insights, analytics dashboards, searchable voter lists, historical views, new charting features throughout the interface and much more. These improvements greatly enhanced usability and provided a more complete and accessible window into Hive’s on-chain activity.

Looking ahead, and pending proposal funding, the Hdev Team is preparing several new HAF applications designed to advance the ecosystem further. Planned initiatives include HAF Stats (powering a next-generation Hive Stats experience), HAF FYP (a “For You Page” system enabling algorithmic content delivery), and HAF Chat (supporting on-chain encrypted chat queries – Discord style).

"We’re excited to continue building powerful tools that help drive Hive’s growth and adoption in the new year!"

Hive Open Market Hive Open Market has been released, allowing buying and selling of products/services with crypto payments. This functions as a decentralized marketplace with transparent operations and community moderation. The underlying open protocol makes this marketplace very integrated with the rest of the Hive ecosystem and potentially other ecosystems.

Each account is now empowered to have its own webstore, integrated directly with their blog. New use cases for HBD can be created by accounts that list products/services.

PeakD PeakD is introducing a new suite of transparency tools for AI, designed to give users clearer insight into how generated content is produced. These tools will help creators as AI becomes more deeply integrated into the platform. The frontend is also expanding its creative capabilities with advanced video and photo generation and editing features. Combined with support for private browser-based storage, users will be able to create, modify, and manage rich media securely and directly within their own browsing environment.

A major enhancement to user experience comes with the integration of Peak Open, a state-of-the-art, fully customizable notification system. This system will allow individuals and communities to tailor alerts, ensuring that important updates are surfaced and unnecessary noise is filtered out.

PeakD is also upgrading its publishing interface with a powerful visual text editor, providing a smoother, more intuitive writing experience. This editor aims to streamline the creation process while supporting the rich formatting options users expect. Backend development is preparing for HF28 infrastructure upgrades and moving toward full support for HafSQL, which will allow for improved performance and future scalability. As part of this modernization, legacy HiveSQL support will be phased out.

But that's not all! PeakD will also include an integrated VSC wallet, enabling seamless interaction with blockchain features directly from the platform. This integration will simplify transactions and improve overall usability for both new and experienced users.

Snapie Snapie is a mobile-first Hive frontend inspired by PeakD Snaps, built around one core idea: onboarding should feel effortless. The project was created to lower the cognitive and emotional barrier that often comes with Web3 by intentionally hiding complexity. Snapie does not ask users to understand keys, wallets, or blockchain mechanics upfront. Instead, it focuses on “proof of fun.” Share photos, short videos, memes, or audio clips—post first, learn later, if at all.

In 2025, Snapie successfully launched as a functional mobile application, marking a major milestone for the project. Beyond the initial release, significant progress was made in bridging familiar Web2 behaviors into Hive. Support was added for sharing content from major platforms such as Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube, allowing users to bring existing content and habits with them rather than starting from zero. This helped Snapie feel less like a “crypto app” and more like something people already know how to use.

A web-based version of Snapie was also launched at snapie.io, expanding accessibility beyond mobile and making it easier for curious users to explore the platform without installing an app. Additional features rolled out throughout the year included direct video uploads and audio snaps, further broadening the ways users can express themselves on Hive without friction.

Snapie’s progress in 2025 demonstrates that onboarding doesn’t need to be instructional or ideological—it can simply be enjoyable.

“We’re excited to keep stripping away friction in 2026 and let people discover Hive by using it, not studying it.”

Splinterlands In 2025, Splinterlands delivered one of its strongest and most innovative years, marked by major content releases, ecosystem growth, and industry recognition. The introduction of new foil types and the launch of the Conclave Arcana set generated over $3.75 million in pack sales, while the Splinterlands secondary market averaged more than $200,000 in monthly volume, demonstrating a healthy and active player-driven economy. The release of Land cards, which fully sold out, further expanded long-term strategy and progression within the game.

A key focus throughout the year was improving accessibility without sacrificing depth. Splinterlands introduced a new Campaign Mode, designed as an engaging entry point that teaches core mechanics and serves as a foundation for future expansion. Alongside this, the all-new Frontier format was launched, allowing players to play completely free while still experiencing the full strategic fun of Splinterlands. Frontier has become both a stepping stone for new players and a format many choose to stay in for daily entertainment.

For existing players, excitement remained high with the addition of Jackpot cards in reward chests, giving all players the chance to pull powerful, high-value cards. Weekly Fortune Draws became a community highlight, regularly rewarding max-level Gold Foil Arcanes, Black Foils, and Black Foil Arcanes.

These achievements culminated in Splinterlands being named Best Card Game at the Blockchain Game Awards 2025. Looking ahead, the team shared:

“We’re excited to expand on these systems and deliver even more meaningful gameplay and rewards for our players in the new year.”

Travelfeed TravelFeed continued to enhance its ecosystem of travel blogging tools throughout 2025, delivering meaningful improvements across its iOS app, truvvl stories app, and hosted blog service.

TravelFeed Hosting, the service that lets travel bloggers run their travel blog on a custom domain, introduced its biggest feature yet: an AI-powered HTML Assistant that lets you vibe code widgets on your site without writing actual code. Just describe what you want: a dreamy photo header, a bucket list for your sidebar, a custom about section - and the assistant builds it for you. It's blog customization through conversation, making personal travel sites truly personal for everyone regardless of technical background. The hosted blogs also gained contact forms with custom dropdown fields and additional flexibility for those who want to add their own touches.

Truvvl, TravelFeed's mobile stories app for travel creators, saw substantial feature additions based on community feedback. Users can now select multiple photos from their gallery at once, with each image automatically added as a separate slide—streamlining the creation process significantly. The team also removed the rigid 9:16 aspect ratio constraint, introducing custom cropping so creators can showcase landscape shots and other compositions as intended. New photo filters round out the Truvvl updates, giving travel moments extra visual polish.

"We're excited to keep building tools that make sharing travel stories easier and more beautiful in the new year!" said the TravelFeed team.

“2026 is Worldmappin’s breakthrough year. Our rebuilt app brings the power of Hive blockchain to millions of travelers worldwide. With sleek design, new journey features, and true content ownership, we’re proving decentralized platforms can lead the future of travel storytelling.”

Everything but the Dapps But that's not all, we also given the opportunity for all sorts of Hive projects to put a word in. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the efforts of the busy Hive community. We've left it up to themselves to outline their own contributions and accolades.

Supporting Hive means showing how multifaceted Hive is - showing its many sides to the world, showing what Hive stands for. Even AI knows what's important to Hive, with ChatGPT describing it as "a community-governed, scalable, feeless blockchain suitable for social, gaming, and financial Web3 interactions". Through creativity and perseverance, Hive social activities continue to shine the global spotlight on Hive as the truly decentralized and transparent portal to digital freedom.

Delta Squad The Delta-Squad is a team that was formed in May 2025 out of the love that its members had for the Hive blockchain and different systems that are built on it. They decided to come together to form the Delta-Squad team which the aim is to be running different promotional activities that will attract builders and other content creators to the Hive blockchain.

They started promoting the @distriator project which is called "spendhbd". They visited different schools and gave students scholarships in the name of the Hive blockchain and the Distriator system because their intentions was for schools to adopt the system system as a payment method. Their activities are outlined in blog posts here, here, and here. They were able to achieve results with the rewards they get from each post they made. As time goes one, they got some support from the Distriator team, @starkerz and other friends too.

A few months ago, they were pleased to be able to carry out more promotional activities at Warri Delta State, Nigeria which is very far from the location where they are located. They visited Kids Town (a toy store) and promoted the Hive blockchain and the "spendhbd" system as a payment method. Some relevant posts can be found here, here, and here.

"We're excited to see Hive Blockchain and different systems and community in it grow more stronger and bringing builders to Hive through our promotional activities in the new year!"

FinFarm In 2025, FinFarm propelled Hive Blockchain onto the global stage and into the spotlight of developer, student, and trading communities. The team conducted three major events, including two hackathons and a meetup during ETH Global in New Delhi, where founders and venture capitalists engaged directly with Hive. These efforts helped Hive become a buzzword across developer circles.

FinFarm also launched Chain Chapter, a college student-driven DAO, and hosted an introductory Hive session at VIPS College, further strengthening grassroots adoption. Educational resources were expanded with tutorials, resulting in over 500 unique signups.

From hackathons, standout projects such as Dungeon Cities and Beat Brawls were onboarded and have since gone live, showcasing Hive’s potential as a platform for innovation. Hive branding gained visibility through FinFarm’s podcast series Koffee with Krypto, while more than 50 trading calls and live technical analysis sessions amplified Hive’s presence in trading communities.

Most notably, Hive was represented on a global stage at TEDx and FinFarm successfully negotiated this landmark opportunity at no cost, underscoring both strategic vision and resourcefulness. Collectively, these achievements positioned Hive as a credible, innovative, and community-driven ecosystem.

"We’re excited to scale Hive’s ecosystem further, onboard groundbreaking projects, and deepen community engagement in the new year!"

Hive at the Museum of Fine Arts (MBA) During 2025, the Web3 integration project at the Museum of Fine Arts in Caracas (MBA) consolidated fundamental milestones that laid the foundations for an unprecedented technological transformation. Among its most significant achievements was the successful relaunch of training classes on the Hive ecosystem, where a new cohort of users was trained in the use of blockchain tools and the digital economy. Likewise, the execution of the NFT contest “Turn your crypto art into art history” allowed for the identification and promotion of talented creators who are now an active part of the community. The project also managed to strengthen its social impact through a strategic link with the Vida Verde community, integrating principles of sustainability with technological innovation.

After a year of preparation and constant growth, all efforts are now focused on the major milestone in its schedule: the realization of the institution's first large-scale digital art exhibition. The highly anticipated “Hive Crypto Exhibition” is scheduled to take place in 2026, representing the culmination of the educational and curatorial work carried out previously. This exhibition promises to transform the visitor experience by integrating tokenized works into a traditional museum setting. More can be learned here.

Hive Creators In 2025, Hive Creators consolidated its strategic foundations across Latin America, deliberately focusing on sustainability, efficiency, and preparation for its next phase of growth. In a challenging macroeconomic environment, the project executed a strategic shift toward operational efficiency, optimizing its allocation plan and extending its runway to 12 months, while developing educational and multimedia assets with a projected lifespan of up to 15 months within the ecosystem.

Rather than prioritizing immediate acquisition spend, Hive Creators dedicated the year to building a strong, reusable regional marketing infrastructure. This included narrative validation, deep cultural analysis, and the systematization of key learnings to clearly understand how Hive’s value proposition connects with diverse LATAM communities. This approach transformed 2025 into a year of strategic validation, reducing uncertainty and preparing a scalable adoption model.

On the operational side, the team strengthened internal and community cohesion through initiatives such as Hive Power Up Day, while also developing community marketing tools designed to connect and empower creators. By the end of the year, Hive Creators had established a clear, efficient, and aligned marketing foundation, ready to meet its acquisition goals by March 2026.

Looking ahead to 2026, the project enters a phase of focused and measurable execution.

"We’re excited to turn everything we’ve learned into tangible growth, deploying clear and measurable actions that drive a new, sustained wave of creator adoption across Latin America."

Hive Goes to School Hive Goes to School represents a pedagogical innovation that transcends traditional education. The team has designed a curriculum full of practical and useful knowledge, developing students' personal, economic, and digital skills so that they can thrive in the global Web3 ecosystem.

Hive Goes to School turns the classroom into an engine of ideas that flow through Hive. This year, more than 250 students learned about the potential of our blockchain. They experienced the Web3 world firsthand with Hive, earning their first cryptocurrencies through their tasks and discovering talents they didn't know they had. Notably, they got the first two schools to accept HBD for student tuition payments.

The team also created the first game on Hive where you can learn about blockchain and finance. This will be a tool that enhances onboarding and was born from the iteration in “Hive Goes to School.” They are excited about this game for 2026, which will help many people join Hive in an easy and fun way. They are also working to develop activities for students and their parents with a major global exchange that already lists Hive. Although they are in the early stages of negotiations, they are confident that it will be a success.

Hive Rally The Hive Rally project continued building visibility for Hive another year in a row in the World Rally Championship. The season opened with a strong result at the iconic and so loved Rallye Monte Carlo, where unpredictable roads and winter conditions didn’t stop the team from taking 7th place in WRC3 category and earning six championship points and valuable momentum for future events! This result showed clear potential and strengthened the project’s visibility within the community.

Sardinia brought a different kind of challenge. The rally began with confidence, but one of the toughest WRC stages in recent history forced the crew to stop early, the same stage that caught out more than ten other crews. Instead of letting the setback define the season, the team used the experience to guide focused testing sessions afterwards, applying everything learned to improve pace, consistency, and communication. That work paid off in stronger preparation and renewed motivation. Later, although a technical issue prevented the start at the Central European Rally, the progress made during testing became a foundation the team will carry into the new season.

It achieved major success in community outreach and Hive promotion. We focused on again, outreach, education, and engagement. The service park and special stages became a booth where spectators, volunteers, marshals, sponsors and rally fans were introduced to Hive for the very first time right there and then, leading to a notable number of new registrations and long term connections that will support the ecosystem’s growth. Just what we strive towards.

Being part of the global WRC community once again proved to be a worthy and valuable experience and a privileged opportunity to represent Hive in an authentic way.

"We’re excited to return in 2026 for an even stronger season with WRC events, more points, more impact on the stages and even more people discovering Hive!"

Hive Students Hub The year 2025 came with hope for students to be freed. Freed from centralization and to enjoy decentralization with Hive. This purpose birthed Hive Empower projects which brought a sibling as Web3 and Blockchain tech summit in Tamale, Ghana. This was to unite students under the umbrella of decentralization to feel that the future is moving and web3 is the gamechanger.

Web3 comes with many and Hive is the savior of them all. They brought about 200 people to the event and 160 individuals left with proud Hive accounts. It was a great moment for the team and heartwarming seeing more intentional people joining the Hive blockchain.

"We are excited for 2026 as we will do more not only to spread the good name of hive but to bring intentional individuals to the Hive Blockchain."

Hive Talk Project HiveTalkProject is a project focused on education and financial technology in Web3, promoting the development of blockchain. It is dedicated to spreading awareness of Hive and its ecosystem, with the aim of achieving understanding and promoting its use among small and medium-sized merchants, professionals, and university students in technical or related fields.

By 2025, it has established itself in universities in the region. An important achievement at the National Polytechnic University "Antonio José de Sucre" (UNEXPO) was the holding of ongoing training meetings, hybrid training sessions (Building Day), with a clear methodology that enabled participants to obtain the necessary knowledge to train as Hive-based blockchain developers, achieving not only a general understanding of Hive at a technical level, but also managing to build an application to facilitate payment management for university events within our ecosystem, replicable for other institutions, being the first Hive Daap developed by and for students in the state of Lara, Venezuela.

The project has continued its program of workshops for entrepreneurs, prioritizing financial education and promoting the integration of $HBD into business models and important companies in the central-western region of the country. In partnership with CEDETAHU, a company focused on professional training, workshops ("Fundamentals of Blockchain and Crypto Assets") have been held, providing participants with a certification endorsed by the Ministry of Education for the first time. This regional outreach strengthened connections with institutions such as the Lara State Chamber of Commerce, private banks, media outlets, and national companies interested in innovation, creating collaborative environments.

HiveTalkProject ended the year with a stronger community, young university students with blockchain development skills who want to continue their Web3 training, and, last but not least, a clearer educational path for the future.

Street Workout Community (SWC) SWC is a project that began as an idea and, through the interaction of its members, followers, and users, has become a sports community, a large family where ideas, projections, and achievements are the result of the passion and love for the sport that SWC promotes and the athletes' deep connection to the technological ecosystem. 2025 was a year of great achievements for SWC as a bimodal sports community within the Hive ecosystem, as it managed to capture the attention of world-class athletes who came to Venezuela thanks to SWC and the sponsorship of the Hive blockchain.

SWC continues to promote Street Workout and boost the sport nationally and internationally, giving visibility to the ecosystem through initiatives that involve organizing events with large-scale logistical deployments, showcasing athletes, and providing massive exposure for brands within the Hive ecosystem. The year 2025 saw several major initiatives; World-class street workout athletes were brought to Venezuela, including Tony Gaste and Víctor Allendes, five-time and two-time world champions, respectively, who both performed exceptionally well in the events organized by SWC. Víctor Allendes is now an SWC athlete.

Another achievement in 2025 was the high level of interaction on Web 2 and Web 3, making it one of the most engaged communities in terms of publications within the Hive ecosystem.

For 2026, SWC will continue to promote Street Workout and Calisthenics on a larger scale, given that world-class athletes are now paying more attention to SWC-organized events, due to the presence of high-level competitive athletes within this niche and partnerships with new organizations. The challenges continue, bringing with them new challenges, a new projection of objectives and goals to achieve. New aspects of organizing events will be explored in 2026. SWC anticipates a year full of great challenges and extraordinary experiences.

"The SWC family wishes the entire Hive blockchain ecosystem a Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2026. Thank you! Let's go for more!!!"

What a crazy busy year! Looking back, it’s clear that 2025 was one of the busiest and most exciting years yet for the Hive community and ecosystem. We can't wait to see what 2026 holds!

Stifel: U.S. economy in "overheated expansion" as AI investment cycle outweighs consumer pressure

U.S. large diversified financial services holding company Stifel has raised its year-end S&P 500 target and rolled out a stock allocation framework for a "high-growth, high-inflation" environment. The firm lifted its year-end S&P 500 target to 7,800 points, noting the U.S. economy is entering a "running hot" state—where economic growth is strengthening alongside mounting inflationary pressure. Stifel’s models show U.S. growth momentum is picking up while inflation momentum is clearly overheating, a trend that will reshape the market’s leading sector structure in the second half of the year. Instead of traditional consumer sectors, Stifel’s top picks are investment-led cyclical industries, including banks, transportation, materials, energy, semiconductors, software and equipment. The firm adds that fixed-asset investment in AI remains on the rise: large tech firms including Amazon, Microsoft, Meta and Google are projected to combine for roughly $725 billion in total capital expenditures in 2026, some $100 billion higher than prior estimates. This means the AI investment chain is likely to continue outperforming the consumption chain squeezed by inflation. Stifel advises investors to reduce exposure to discretionary consumer, consumer staples, communication services and some financial services sectors, as these areas see weaker earnings revisions. Conversely, the firm favors cyclical value stocks and hedges with defensive value sectors such as insurance, autos, energy and banks.

Analyst: Micron's earnings boost overall market sentiment for the tech sector

Chris Strazzeri, Financial Trading Manager of Moomoo’s Australia and New Zealand branch, stated: “The targeted sell-off indicates that following a sustained, strong rally in AI-related and speculative growth stocks, investors are enforcing strict valuation discipline. This serves as a warning to the market that actual earnings levels must now rise to support the currently overvalued price-to-earnings ratio. Micron Technology’s post-market earnings results largely confirm this, and its robust performance has lifted overall market sentiment in the tech sector.”

BCA Research raises its S&P 500 target to 8,100 points, with AI remaining a core variable.

BCA Research has become the latest strategy firm to raise its US stock market target, reflecting Wall Street’s growing optimism about earnings support for US equities in the second half of the year. The institution lifted its year-end S&P 500 target from 7,700 points to 8,100 points. BCA’s core view is that first-quarter corporate earnings exceeded expectations in both strength and breadth, and the US economy has re-entered an expansion phase. Similar to JPMorgan Chase, BCA believes this stock rally is not only driven by valuation expansion—earnings themselves are delivering the index’s gains. AI remains the core variable in this assessment. Large tech firms including Alphabet, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta and Oracle continue to increase capital spending on data centers and AI infrastructure, driving growth in orders for chips, servers, construction, power and related industrial chains. This provides a clearer fundamental basis for upward revisions to 2026 and 2027 earnings. The institution points out that risks exist: the earnings expansion brought by AI investments has already been quickly priced into the market. If subsequent returns on capital spending are questioned, or interest rates remain elevated, further upside for the index will require more earnings confirmation rather than relying solely on investor risk appetite.

Tom Lee: Markets have nearly priced in two interest rate hikes from the Federal Reserve this year, and the rise in US Treasury yields is weighing on market sentiment.

Tom Lee said the market is still digesting Kevin Warsh’s remarks from his first press conference last week and repricing the macro environment. Over the past week, oil prices have pulled back, with war premiums contracting. Current oil prices are not far from the roughly $65 level seen before the conflict, indicating the market views related war risks as declining. On the other hand, 10-year U.S. Treasury yields continue to rise, now around 4.5%, higher than the pre-conflict level of roughly 4.2%. The main headwind the market has faced recently has shifted from oil prices to yields. Tom Lee noted that the market is not only focused on 10-year U.S. Treasury yields but also starting to price in potential additional interest rate hikes from the Federal Reserve. According to federal funds futures, the market is currently pricing in nearly two rate hikes this year. Bank of America further projected today that the Fed will raise rates three times this year, in September, October, and December respectively. Jeffrey Gundlach often emphasizes the importance of monitoring 2-year U.S. Treasury yields, as they typically lead the Fed and signal the central bank’s policy direction. Between 2023 and 2025, the relationship between 2-year U.S. Treasury yields and the federal funds rate indicated that the Fed’s policy was overly tight, requiring interest rate cuts. However, this relationship has recently reversed, meaning the Fed would need two rate hikes to catch up with 2-year U.S. Treasury yields. He believes that, at least for now, yields have become a headwind for the market.

PANews reported on February 17th that Bitcoin mining company Hive announced that in the third quarter of its fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, the company's revenue reached $93.1 million, a year-on-year increase of 219% and a quarter-on-quarter increase of 7%. Hive also achieved a record high quarterly revenue last November.

Hive attributed its revenue growth to the overall expansion of its Bitcoin hashrate clusters and the BUZZ high-performance computing platform. However, a net loss of $91.3 million from Hive Mining Company, due to "accelerated depreciation and non-cash revaluation adjustments related to its expansion in Paraguay," undermined its success in revenue growth.

Hive and Keel shift $115 million from BTC mining to AI
HIVE Hive
CoinGecko News
Original source text
HIVE Digital and Keel Infrastructure, two major players known for their involvement in Bitcoin mining, are rapidly pivoting towards artificial intelligence and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure. Amid intensifying competition and ongoing volatility in the cryptocurrency market, both companies have unveiled new investment strategies aimed at redefining their core business areas.

Major investments and strategy overhaulHIVE Digital, headquartered in Canada, is seeking to expand its global data center network, moving beyond its traditional focus on crypto mining. On Wednesday, the company announced it had raised $115 million through the issuance of zero-interest convertible bonds. The fresh capital will be allocated to increasing data center and GPU capacity, enabling diversification into AI and advanced computing projects.

Furthermore, HIVE is targeting enhancements at its Tier III data centers in Canada, Sweden, and Paraguay. These upgrades are designed not only to support Bitcoin mining but also to provide robust infrastructure for AI and compute-intensive initiatives. The round of funding is supported by mechanisms intended to mitigate share dilution risks for existing investors.

Keel Infrastructure exits Latin AmericaKeel Infrastructure, previously known as Bitfarms, has recently streamlined its business and rebranded, channeling capital into emerging technologies. As part of this strategic refocus, Keel sold its 70-megawatt facility in Paraguay for $13 million, completely withdrawing from the Latin American market.

The move enables Keel to concentrate on developing AI infrastructure in North America. CEO Ben Gagnon emphasized that the sale finalized the company’s exit from Latin America, marking a decisive end to its operations in the region.

Ben Gagnon said the cash generated from the sale brings forward anticipated cash flows by two to three years, and will now be reinvested in high-performance computing and AI opportunities.

Market impact and sector directionThese consecutive strategic announcements from HIVE and Keel highlight the accelerating transformation within the industry. As Bitcoin mining becomes less lucrative, key players are shifting toward more sustainable and rapidly expanding sectors, with data center investment and AI gaining significant traction.

Investors responded positively to the companies’ new direction, with shares of both HIVE and Keel rising by approximately 7% following the announcements.

HIVE and Keel are positioning themselves with broader, more technology-driven strategies that go well beyond traditional crypto mining. Industry observers anticipate these moves will encourage other major firms to follow suit and adapt to the changing environment.

Both companies’ aggressive moves into AI and HPC reflect wider trends across the digital asset industry, as firms adapt to evolving profitability and technological opportunities.

The shift away from Latin America also underscores the increasing focus on North American infrastructure, where advanced data center development is seen as critical for AI growth.

With their significant investments and operational pivots, HIVE and Keel are actively setting new benchmarks for the sector, potentially reshaping the competitive landscape in both crypto and AI infrastructure fields.

DECRYPT: Keel, Hive Shares Jump as Companies Continue Shift From Bitcoin Mining to AI
BTC Bitcoin HIVE Hive
CoinGecko News
Original source text
In brief Shares in Keel Infrastructure (KEEL) and Hive Digital Technologies (HIVE) have jumped on Wednesday. Both firms announced advancements in their growing AI plans as they distance themselves from Bitcoin mining. Bitcoin has risen about 4% in the last 24 hours to trade near $79,000. Shares in publicly traded Bitcoin miners turned AI-focused data center companies Keel Infrastructure (KEEL) and Hive Digital Technologies (HIVE) have jumped on Wednesday amid new announcements on the firm's respective AI plans.

Keel, formerly known as Bitfarms, closed on the sale of its mining site in Paso Pe, Paraguay, netting $13 million in proceeds as it continues its departure from mining the top crypto asset.

Hive, on the other hand, closed a $115 million private offering of convertible notes, with proceeds earmarked for GPU purchases or data center development, among other things.

Keel’s sale leaves it with “no remaining non-core assets to manage or divest,” according to CEO Ben Gagnon. The firm initially expected to net as much as $30 million in proceeds from the sale, but walked away with about 56% less in proceeds at the time of closing.

“The price adjustment reflects where Bitcoin mining economics stand today and our thesis remains the same,” Gagnon said in a statement. “We brought forward roughly two to three years of estimated free cash flow under current market conditions, in cash, and upfront.”

“That capital will be immediately allocated to our HPC/AI pipeline development, where we believe we will be able to generate much stronger returns and create more value for our shareholders,” he added, noting that the firm has now cleanly exited from Latin America and has its sights squarely set on supporting AI in North America.

The pair have been active in expanding their AI businesses in the last six months, with Hive notching a deal with computer maker Dell in a bid to empower its AI expansion in November via its Buzz subsidiary. Shares in the firm have fallen since then, but have rebounded more than 31% in the last month of trading, recently changing hands at $2.66—up more than 7% on the day.

Meanwhile, KEEL has risen even further over the same period, gaining more than 40% in the last month of trading to change hands around $3.06—with a roughly 9% gain on Wednesday so far.

Bitcoin, the leading crypto asset that the firms continue to distance themselves from, has risen 4% in the last 24 hours to trade around $79,000. It remains 37% off its October all-time high of $126,080.

DECRYPT: Hive Shares Hit Highest Price This Year After Bitcoin Miner Unveils Ontario 'AI Gigafactory'
BTC Bitcoin HIVE Hive
CoinGecko News
Original source text
In brief Hive Digital Technologies’ stock price jumped 26% on Monday, after touching its highest point this year, following the data center announcement. Hive’s subsidiary, Buzz High Performance Computing, is building a 320-megawatt (MW) artificial intelligence facility in the Greater Toronto Area. Billed as a "sovereign AI infrastructure" project, the facility is designed to keep data and processing power within Canada to foster domestic tech dominance. Hive Digital Technologies’ stock price popped on Monday, touching its highest point of the year after the Bitcoin miner unveiled a massive data center buildout in Ontario, Canada.

The company’s shares changed hands around $3.39, a 26% increase on the day, according to Yahoo Finance. Shortly before Monday’s opening bell, Hive’s stock price soared to $3.92, temporarily extending gains beyond 35% year-to-date.

Hive reported that subsidiary Buzz High Performance Computing plans to construct an “AI Gigafactory” in the Greater Toronto Area, which will have roughly 320 megawatts (MW) of utility capacity—enough to power at least 200,000 average homes.

The firm, which began its strategic pivot away from being a pure-play Bitcoin miner in 2022, indicated the facility for artificial intelligence is expected to be one of Canada’s largest. The site will support fully vertically integrated AI supercomputers when fully built, Hive added.

In a statement, Hive and Buzz Executive Chairman Frank Holmes portrayed the company’s latest move as a way to accelerate Canada’s tech boom, providing “sovereign AI infrastructure that turns Canadian intelligence into Canadian dominance.”

Buzz expects its Ontario facility to come online in the second half of next year, which will likely necessitate 800 construction workers. In total, the buildout is expected to require roughly $3.5 billion Canadian dollars ($2.55 billion), eventually leading to the creation of highly skilled roles.

At the same time, Hive said Buzz’s facility is built in a way that is designed to minimize water usage, featuring closed-loop cooling systems. Across North America, local residents are increasingly pushing back against the proliferation of data centers, which have the potential to spike electricity rates due to their massive power needs.

At 320 MW, the Ontario site would bring Hive’s total power capacity to 850 MW globally. Currently, the company is using 450 MW to power data centers. With the resources, Hive said it has enough land and power to create facilities that support around 130,000 GPUs.

In the three-month period ended Dec. 31, Hive generated $88.2 million from mining digital assets compared to $26.6 million a year ago. High-performance computing revenue clocked in at $4.8 million and $2.5 million, respectively, representing a sliver of its overall business.

As Hive has embraced AI, the company has pared its Bitcoin holdings. As of Dec. 31, the company held 481 Bitcoin on its balance sheet, a sum recently valued at $36.7 million as the digital asset traded around $76,300, according to CoinGecko. A year ago, Hive controlled 2,805 Bitcoin, a cache worth $214.5 million today

Hive Digital Technologies plans $2.5B AI gigafactory in Ontario by 2027
HIVE Hive
CoinGecko News
Original source text
Hive Digital Technologies just made the kind of bet that signals where crypto-native companies think the real money is heading. The company announced plans to build a 320 MW AI gigafactory in the Greater Toronto Area, a facility designed to support AI and machine learning workloads at a scale that would make it one of the largest of its kind in Canada.

The project, developed through Hive’s BUZZ High Performance Computing unit, carries a projected capital investment of approximately CAD $3.5 billion. At full build-out, the facility aims to house more than 100,000 GPUs, with an operational target set for the second half of 2027.

What Hive is actually building The company has already started assembling the physical footprint. Land acquisitions in the Greater Toronto Area total 25 acres across two purchases: $46M for a 21-acre parcel and $12M for an adjacent 4-acre plot. That’s $58M just for the dirt, before a single server rack gets installed.

The facility will utilize a closed-loop cooling system, which is Hive’s nod toward clean energy infrastructure. Cooling is one of the biggest operational headaches in high-performance computing. Traditional data centers can burn through enormous amounts of water and electricity just keeping chips from overheating. A closed-loop system recirculates coolant rather than pulling fresh water continuously, reducing both environmental impact and long-term operating costs.

Hive is framing this as “sovereign AI infrastructure,” a term that’s gained traction as governments and corporations increasingly worry about relying on foreign-owned compute capacity. The pitch is straightforward: Canada should have its own large-scale AI compute facilities rather than depending on hyperscalers headquartered elsewhere.

Construction alone is projected to create more than 800 jobs, which gives the project a political tailwind that pure crypto plays rarely enjoy.

From Bitcoin mining to AI compute Hive’s pivot, or more accurately its expansion, from Bitcoin mining to AI infrastructure follows a well-worn path in the industry. Companies like Core Scientific, Iris Energy, and Applied Digital have all made similar moves over the past two years, recognizing that the same power infrastructure and cooling expertise required for mining Bitcoin translates directly to running GPU clusters for AI training and inference.

The economics tell the story. Bitcoin mining revenue depends on a volatile commodity price and an ever-increasing difficulty adjustment. AI compute, by contrast, operates on long-term contracts with enterprise clients who need guaranteed capacity. The margins can be more predictable, the revenue more stable, and the customer base includes some of the most well-capitalized companies on the planet.

Hive has been positioning for this shift through its BUZZ High Performance Computing division, which serves as the corporate vehicle for its AI ambitions. The 320 MW capacity target puts the planned Ontario facility in serious territory. For context, 320 MW is enough to power a small city, and dedicating that entirely to GPU compute creates an enormous amount of processing capability.

Over 100,000 GPUs at full build-out would represent a significant concentration of AI training capacity. The exact GPU models haven’t been specified, but at that scale, even mid-tier chips would produce a facility capable of handling the largest commercial AI workloads currently in demand.

What this means for investors Here’s the thing about a CAD $3.5 billion project: it dwarfs Hive’s current market capitalization. As of recent trading, Hive Digital is a company valued in the low single-digit billions in USD. Financing a project of this magnitude will require some combination of debt, equity raises, partnerships, and potentially government incentives. The gap between announcement and execution is where the risk lives.

Canada has been actively courting AI infrastructure investment, and Ontario’s relatively affordable power grid compared to major US data center markets gives the location a cost advantage. But building a facility of this scale on schedule and on budget is a monumental operational challenge, even for companies with deep experience in large construction projects. Hive is not one of those companies.

The competitive landscape is also worth watching. Hive isn’t the only former crypto miner chasing AI compute dollars. Core Scientific has secured deals with CoreWeave, and Iris Energy has been expanding its own GPU hosting capabilities. The question for Hive is whether it can differentiate on location, cost structure, or customer relationships in a market that’s getting crowded fast.

Investors should pay close attention to financing announcements over the coming quarters. A CAD $3.5 billion commitment needs to be backed by capital, not just press releases. The land purchases totaling $58M show real money moving, which is a start. But the distance between 25 acres of Ontario real estate and a fully operational 320 MW AI gigafactory is measured in billions of dollars and years of execution risk.

DECRYPT: Bitcoin Miner Hive Reports Revenue Surge as It Bets on Powering AI Boom
BTC Bitcoin HIVE Hive
CoinGecko News
Original source text
In brief Hive Digital Technologies nearly tripled revenue to $297.8 million in fiscal 2026, driven by surging Bitcoin prices and a fourfold increase in mining capacity. The company mined 2,885 Bitcoin for the year while expanding into AI computing, with its BUZZ HPC division growing 94% to $19.5 million in revenue. HIVE is now betting big on AI infrastructure, announcing plans for a massive 320-megawatt data center near Toronto intended to become Canada's largest private AI facility. Hive Digital Technologies reported a sharp revenue surge for its fiscal year ending March 31, fueled by last year’s soaring Bitcoin prices and a rapidly expanding computing business, as the Canadian miner attempts to recast itself as a major player in artificial intelligence infrastructure.

The company posted total revenue of $297.8 million for fiscal 2026, a 158 percent increase from the prior year, driven primarily by a dramatic expansion of its Bitcoin mining operations.

Hive mined 2,885 Bitcoin during the year—more than double the 1,414 it mined in fiscal 2025—while benefiting from an average Bitcoin price of roughly $98,000, compared to about $75,900 the year before.

Despite rising mining rewards last year, the company’s Bitcoin holdings actually fell during the span. Hive reported holding 150 BTC—about $10 million worth—as of the end of the fiscal year, down from 481 BTC as of December 31.

But the company's ambitions extend well beyond cryptocurrency. Hive's high-performance computing division, branded BUZZ HPC, generated $19.5 million in revenue, up 94% year-over-year, and executives are positioning it as the company's engine for future growth.

In May, Hive announced plans for a 320-megawatt AI data center in the Greater Toronto Area, designed to house more than 100,000 Nvidia GPUs at full buildout—a project the company is calling Canada's largest planned AI infrastructure facility under private ownership. The company has set a target of $660 million in annualized recurring revenue from its computing business by the end of 2028.

The results were not without complications. HIVE reported a GAAP net loss of $148.4 million for the year, though the company said roughly $221 million of losses were non-cash items, including depreciation charges.

The company holds operations in Canada, Sweden, and Paraguay—all powered by green energy—with a total installed hash rate of 25.1 exahashes per second.

Hive (HIVE) shares are down about 2.6% on the day, recently trading at $4.63 per data from Yahoo Finance, but touched their highest price this year earlier in the session at $4.97.

Summary

The $220 million deal will see HIVE provide sovereign AI computing infrastructure in Canada through a deployment of more than 2,300 Nvidia GPUs. The agreement is expected to add roughly $70 million in annual recurring revenue, pushing HIVE's contracted HPC revenue above $100 million.HIVE Digital Technologies (HIVE) shares jumped 10% in pre-market trading on Thursday after the company announced a $220 million, three-year GPU cloud contract with Bell Canada and AI firm Cohere, as the company continues its transition away from pure-play bitcoin mining.

The deal will see HIVE's BUZZ High Performance Computing unit deploy 2,304 Nvidia Grace Blackwell GPUs at Bell's AI Fabric facility in Merritt, British Columbia, forming the dedicated compute layer for Cohere's enterprise AI models serving Canadian government and corporate clients.

All infrastructure will remain on Canadian soil, supporting Ottawa's broader push to reduce reliance on foreign-controlled AI technology.

The deployment is expected to go live from late 2026 to early 2027, adding roughly $70 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). Combined with approximately $35 million of current realised ARR, HIVE's contracted HPC revenue target now exceeds $100 million, a clear signal that its infrastructure pivot is gaining serious commercial momentum.

2. Virtuals Protocol ($VIRTUAL) – Connect & Move Assets Between Virtual Worlds

Virtuals Protocol ($VIRTUAL) is a bot that can help users navigate various digital worlds. These include gaming worlds (MMORPGs, for example), metaverses, social media platforms, virtual classrooms and offices, and training simulations.

It can manage your digital assets (such as NFTs, avatars, and game items), interact with those assets across platforms, and offer personalized recommendations unique to each user.

At a time when virtual worlds are expanding (you only need to look at Mark Zuckerberg’s efforts to create a metaverse on Facebook), tools like Virtuals Protocol leverage AI models trained to manage crypto assets and interact with blockchain APIs. They then move across multiple virtual worlds and manage the digital assets in each one.

In the virtual world, the AI agent learns, interacts with the environment, and makes decisions for you. For example, if you use a crypto wallet in an online game, the AI agent will manage the wallet for you inside the game.

$VIRTUAL is currently trading at $3.20 a token, and its market cap is a hefty $1.9B. This gives the AI agent coin credibility and investor confidence because they can see that a large amount of money is behind the project to pay out promised dividends and cover operating costs..

You can follow Virtuals Protocol on X and Telegram and check out their governance platform.

3. Artificial Superintelligence Alliance ($FET) – Create a Unified Ecosystem For Multiple AI Agents

Artificial Superintelligence Alliance ($FET) is a team of four top AI companies joining forces to produce a superior AI product. Those companies are:

SingularityNET focuses on decentralized AI development and an AI services marketplace. Fetch.AI develops autonomous AI agents to learn, act, and interact within decentralized systems. Ocean Protocol offers secure and decentralized data sharing. Cudos provides high-performance computing power for blockchain and AI applications. The four companies are now pooling their knowledge and expertise to make better, more innovative, more accessible AI products and services. It’s unusual to see such a business alliance in the AI space.

$FET is currently sitting on a token price of $1.34 and a total market cap of $3.2B. There have been some big fluctuations in the price lately, but the coin is now rallying, and investor confidence looks to be extremely bullish.

4. ai16Z ($AI16Z) – Participate in AI-Powered Investment Strategies

ai16Z ($AI16Z) has created a smart assistant to help you make better venture capital investment decisions.

It’ll take what humans can take hours, days, and weeks to do and do it in a tiny fraction of the time. It will then make decisions on your behalf based on the data it has analyzed.

Venture capital investment usually involves finding and researching promising companies and closely examining reams of company data. Then, a judgment has to be made about whether to invest in each company based on a series of internal and market analyses – all highly complex stuff that is better carried out by specialized AI agents.

In a world where faster decisions can make all the difference between making a profit and suffering a loss, ai16Z can become a very valuable tool in speeding up long, tedious, labor-intensive processes. However, VC-backed companies can still not be successful, so using something like ai16Z is no guarantee of fewer financial failures.

$AI16Z is currently at $1.68 per token, and its market cap is just over $1.8B.

Being a venture capital firm, ai16Z has a rather corporate-looking X account, although strangely, there’s also a parody account unconnected to the company. There looks to be no Telegram channel presence.

5. Freysa AI ($FAI) – Test AI Against Humans in Crypto Games

Freysa AI ($FAI) is an AI agent where humans have to convince the AI to release a pot of cryptocurrency. Look at it as humans interacting with AI, testing its capabilities and limits, and attempting to get the AI to agree with them. With each interaction, Freya learns, so in theory, each successive interaction gets harder and harder.

You’ll get money if you win, and the AI model learns. In other words, you must chat it up and get it on your side. And one user actually managed to do it, gaining almost $21,000. Not a bad day’s work.

Freysa.AI is currently trading at a very low 7 cents per token, with a market cap of ‘only’ $587M (which is relatively low compared to the others on this list.) Although the token price is relatively low, the substantial market cap should allay investor concerns about Freysa’s long-term stability and liquidity.

Plus, 7 cents a token is a nice, low-barrier entry for anyone looking to buy AI agent tokens for the first time.

Check Freysa out on X and Telegram.

6. PAAL AI ($PAAL) – Gives AI-Powered Chatbots Custom Trading Tools

PAAL AI ($PAAL) is an AI assistant providing crypto research and real-time metrics. It can provide real-time data on cryptocurrencies and give you the tools to buy, sell, and withdraw crypto from your wallet.

PAAL.AI can make trades on your behalf based on your defined rules. It can also analyze the market, study new coins, and then buy them for you, again based on the parameters you set in advance, such as the minimum token price you would accept and the maximum amount you would want to spend.

And in case you’re worried that the AI bot will mess up and lose your money, you can pre-set parameters such as trade size, take profit, stop loss, and maximum slippage.

PAAL.AI is currently running at around 44 cents per token, with a total market cap of $386M. This is again a bit on the low side compared to, say, Virtuals Protocol’s $1.9B. But it’s still a large enough amount to satisfy investors that PAAL is a viable investment option.

If you want to follow their online communities, PAAL.AI has a presence on X, Telegram, and Discord.

How We Selected the Best AI Crypto Coins to Invest in AI agent coins have a different use case than meme coins, so you’re probably wondering how we selected these five recommendations. What metrics did we look at to come to our conclusions?

Origin & Team The first thing we check out is who’s behind the project. Are they geeky developers? Wall Street bankers? What’s their background? Traditionally, those behind crypto coins don’t reveal themselves (we still don’t know who Satoshi Nakamoto is).

But developers sometimes leave subtle clues online about themselves, such as references to Wall Street. So we check that out first.

Community Then we check out the community angle. AI agent coins will have a different type of community. Meme coins tap into the existing fan bases of the original meme. AI agent fans, on the other hand, will get excited about the technology and its future potential.

AI agent coins are a bit more niche than meme coins. Their success or failure may not depend on an online community. Some big investors don’t appear on social media.

Functionality AI agent coins are going to have a function. Unlike some meme coins that may exist purely to please its fans and bring them together into one community, AI agents will have been built with a specific tech purpose in mind. So we always look closely at that and analyze its potential usefulness.

Investors prefer to see a long-term vision for real utility before deciding whether to invest their funds in the project. They may also like the meme itself, but obviously, they’re also looking for signs that they will get a good ROI.

Time in Market & Market Performance Like any other kind of investment, it’s good to look at a cryptocurrency’s past performance and price history. There’s always hype around a new project trying to attract capital. The project’s cheerleaders always claim big successes, but are they truthful?

A past history helps to answer that, and it helps to assess an AI agent coin’s viability. However, if the coin has just launched, we must look at other factors instead.

Are AI Agent Coins a Good Investment? AI agent coins can be a good investment if their real-world use case promises to bring improvements or radically new ideas. If the agent’s purpose becomes popular with users, its long-term investment prospects can look very bright.

However, we must provide a big disclaimer – we’re not financial advisors, lawyers, Wall Street bankers, or crypto developers. We’re simply a group of people who analyze cryptocurrencies and attempt to provide the best recommendations we can to our readers.

This is to say that you shouldn’t take what we say as gospel. A prediction is not a cast-iron guarantee that you can take to the bank. Besides our predictions, you recommend bookmarking other trusted sites like CoinMarketCap.

The crypto market waters can get rather choppy, so you need to consider several factors when doing your research. We also follow these markers when making predictions.

1. Growth Potential We first obviously need to judge a coin’s future growth potential.

Here, indicators to watch out for include total market capitalization, past performance and pricing history, and the current token price. Studying what the AI agent coin has been designed to do can also help judge how much mileage it potentially has in the future. Crypto trading tools are likely to do exceptionally well.

After all, why invest in a coin that will go nowhere fast? Some wealthy idle people may buy crypto for fun and as an amusing distraction. However, many crypto token holders do it for investment reasons. They want to make a profit.

2. Lower Token Price It’s normal to look for bargains when figuring out what AI agent coins to buy next. A lower token price makes it more cost-effective to buy more early and then let the markets take it forward. After all, that’s how big profits can be generated.

But sometimes, a lower token price can tell a different story. It may be because it has a low market capitalization, making it potentially worthless.

However, low market cap coins aren’t always dead on arrival, and there are always exceptions. The trick is figuring out which ones are hidden gems. How do you do that? Research. Lots of research.

3. Diversification Diversification is the key to minimizing your losses. Instead of putting $50,000 on one coin, for example, splitting it up into $5,000 payments on 10 coins makes more sense. So if one coin flops, you still have hope in the other nine. This is why we give you multiple recommendations.

There are lots of crypto coins hitting the market in 2025. With 13,000+ cryptocurrencies estimated to be out there, with a total market cap of over $1.3T, it makes finding potential high performers difficult, and you’ll obviously lose money if you back the wrong horse.

Should I Invest in AI Agent Coins? Ultimately, whether you should invest in AI agent coins is your own personal decision. You have to consider all the various risk factors, your willingness to take a potential loss, and your ability to hold on when the crypto waters lurch.

But here are some guidelines to help you make that decision:

Buy AI Agent Coins If: You like investing in new cutting-edge technologies. You don’t mind the volatility and uncertainty. You’re willing to take a long-term view on holding the investment You can take a financial hit if the coin takes a dive. Don’t Buy AI Agent Coins If: You prefer safe, stable currencies with a proven track record. You don’t fully understand what a specific AI agent bot does. You prefer short-term gains over long-term ones. You can’t afford to lose your investment. Best AI Agent Coins Summary The six options listed here have practical and productive real-world uses. From analyzing and making investment decisions to managing your digital assets, these AI agents have the potential to do remarkable things. So if they do as well as their developers hope, investing in these coins will likely be a good decision.

Once again, we must stress that we only provide predictions, not solid financial advice. Always do your own research and come to your own conclusions.

FAQ 1. What is an AI agent? An AI agent is a sophisticated bot that can perform tasks on your behalf on the blockchain, and learn from its mistakes. These can include automating crypto transactions, managing portfolios, and providing personalized financial advice.

2. What are the best AI agent coins to invest in? Based on our in-depth analysis, the best AI crypto coins to invest in right now are Virtuals Protocol, Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, ai16Z, Freysa AI, and SUBBD. Their low token cost makes them an attractive low-barrier investment that will hopefully mature over time.

3. What are AI agent tokens? AI agent tokens act as the currency in the blockchain transactions AI agents undertake on your behalf. Every action on a blockchain costs money, and these coins would finance those operations.

Developers would also be rewarded for creating and maintaining their AI agent, and token holders would be rewarded for contributing and participating in the network.

4. Which cryptocurrency is linked to AI? Quite a few cryptocurrencies are throwing their lot in with AI. Leveraging AI technology can improve the coins in various ways. Some top cryptocurrencies currently doing this include NEAR, ICP, Render, and TAO. However, it’s worth noting that there are both general AI coins and AI agent coins, which are different.

With AI mania at a fever-pitch right now, there are thousands of such coins with varying degrees of trustworthiness. So you should only invest your money in projects that have been strictly vetted.

5. What are AI agents in crypto? AI agents are technologically sophisticated bots that are designed to perform automated tasks on your behalf on the blockchain and are, in a sense, “self-aware” enough to learn from previous mistakes. With training, they can perform blockchain tasks like placing crypto transactions or managing crypto portfolios, but in a fraction of the time it would take a human to do it.
